1  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [p2pb2b.io] The next generation cryptocurrency exchange [IEO (STO) for Startups] on: September 13, 2019, 09:46:45 AM
-snip-
I am not surprised, Scam exchanges like p2pb2b do a lot of washing trading and report fake volumes.
Just try and checkout Digifinex's daily volume  Grin It all faked.

I once tried to trade on that platform, placed my sell order just around the sell price at that time but it never went through after almost 4 days. The trading history showed that the bidding price had even gone way above my sell order but still, it was never touched  Grin Grin

I got so pissed, withdrew all my holdings and promised never to every used it again.
Please pay attention that we do not control trades. All orders are accepted by users of the exchange. If you have any problem, please create a ticket on our site in the Support tab and provide the ticket number here.

Just a quick follow-up regarding my issue with p2pb2b (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5166605.0):
They've unblocked my account, but about 70% of my funds are "frozen", so I can't make a withdrawal. Support is not responding (surprise, surprise).
Hello, please tell us if your problem still not solved. And provide your ticket number here.
3  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [p2pb2b.io] The next generation cryptocurrency exchange [IEO (STO) for Startups] on: September 13, 2019, 09:23:27 AM
If someone find a way to make them move please tell me.

I already lost 4 days with them without being able to withdraw polis. Then I converted it in btc and eth.

Still not able to withdraw ETH.

I never receive their mail except my confirmation mail and my first registration mail.

They just tell me wait. About 400 dollars lost by this scam. Pretty sad to be honest.

Hello, we did not find any information about the unsuccessful Polis withdraw. Please provide the ticket number or create a ticket on our site in Support tab
4  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [p2pb2b.io] The next generation cryptocurrency exchange [IEO (STO) for Startups] on: September 13, 2019, 09:19:15 AM
I still cannot withdraw my btc from this exchange, I have tried 10 times and opened 4 support tickets and contacted them by email. No help from any of them, I am just being told to "please wait"

I now believe that this exchange has some very serious issues and that this technical issue where users were sent free hempcoins might not be isolated to only hempcoin, they may of messed up and mismanaged other coins as well and now they are financially doomed.

Why else would they not send users their funds and not provide any sort of support or public response? This exchange appears to have massive issues and I would recommend you pull your currency off of here as quickly as possible (if you even can, I can't even withdraw my btc) certainly do not deposit funds on this exchange, you will never get your money back.
Hello, we have carefully checked all your inquiries. BTC has been withdrawn from your account. We apologize for the long-term solution to this problem. If you still have any unresolved issues, please write to us about it.

The p2pb2b.io username is not logging in

Logged in today at 02:53:50 PM. I do believe he checks all the topics. The moment of truth for the serial scammer is when he forced to delete all the bitcointalk post. Just like honeycrypto did.

Hello. Sorry for the delay answer. We have improved our platform. And completely updated our support.

8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: P2PB2B Scam!! Selling coins they don't have, wash trading, fraud and theft! on: July 26, 2019, 04:14:42 PM
Good afternoon.

As Mr. Dopey mentioned in the topic-starting post, the withdrawal request was freezed due to divergence between the withdrawal amount and our financial records.  P2PB2B Security Service has initiated an investigation on this matter - unfortunately, we found that amount of THC, which was sold to this user was acquired in a non-legal way by the seller. Therefore, we rolled back the first deal of Mr. Dopey with the seller on July 9, 2019 and today we performed the same procedure with the other deals.  The assets, which Mr. Dopey spent during these deals were fully returned to the main balance and ready for withdrawal at any time.

We deeply regret that this incident occurred and acknowledge the difficulties that have been caused.

Hello

related to topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5166605.0

Please understand that we are a regulated licensed institution and are bound by very strict AML/CFT regulation, internal compliance/AML procedures. Our procedures are registered by the regulator and not meeting them may cause criminal liability.
At certain circumstances we are forced to freeze accounts of users - it is the demand of law and it is how the regulated financial world works at a moment whether we like it or not.

Besides, as you understand, we can't share nor our correspondence with regulator nor process of the investigation nor the exact reasons for blocking the account.

It is the choice of each person to deal with regulated exchanges with compliance, AML, KYC demands or with not regulated who don't face such issues.

At a moment the issue, discussed in the topic, is solved. The account is unblocked.

I want to repeat again: p2pb2b.io is free of scam

All queries were solved.

Thank you for your time, guys.

Hello

Your account was blocked because of suspicious activity in the time of user's complaints about 2FA shutdown. Account is unlocked now because no violations were found. As apologies for long waiting, your trading fee will be lower for three months.

Oh how convenient, as soon as you realise the user that was getting selectively scammed united the whole community against P2PB2B they decided to unlock the user account.

Too late, the damage is done. Both the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scam exchanges have been exposed.

Please stop spread FUD.

11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM ALERT!] b2bp2p exchange is stealing your money on: July 25, 2019, 10:48:13 AM
Beware of so-called b2bp2p exchange.

https://p2pb2b.io

They will steal your money.

Today I decide to give a try to this service. After the registration I tried to deposit some money and found that there's minimum amount requirement.

Ok, the minimum is 50 Sem so I transfer exactly 50 Sem to the address provided by b2bp2p.

PROOF:https://semux.info/explorer/transaction/0x37e0c528d34d9017691bd86805615a06cee533fd846337fe8dc07200a049effa

Now see what scammers do. They get exactly 50 sem, to the address provided than transfer the funds to their so-called inner wallet and voila your 50 sem become 49,995 which is below their minimum.

And what the fraudsters say:

All transactions which were less than the minimum deposit amount will be lost.

In other words they deduct their own fee, take it, than steal the remain balance.

"Nice" business!

BEWARE AT ALL COST.

Hello

Your issue was solved last week.

Did my deposit address got 50 sem? YES
NO, you send us 49.995 SEM

Did I asked to play with my money to send 'em between wallets? NO

It's only your mistake that you sent not correct sum. that's why your funds stuck at node

Have I lost my entire deposit according to scammers' logic. YES

It's only your inattention too.

Please be more attentive next time to avoid misunderstandings. We will make refund 49.995 SEM for the first time

Wish you all the best

Dear friend, it is not P2PB2B, but Semux blockchain took commission. Be attentive with transactions.

What happened:
I was p2pb2b.io exchange user since Feb 2019.

I've passed their KYC and was trading via API.

On 01st of July 2019 I've tried to log in into my p2pb2b account and got this error: "Your account has been blocked, please contact support".

I've emailed to support (both info@p2pb2b.io and support@p2pb2b.io) and got this answer:
Quote
Dear customer!
Please be informed that we are carrying out the investigation based on your report.
But in order to take further legal actions (including reporting to law enforcements) we kindly ask you to make your report in conformity with our fraud reporting procedure.
In accordance to section XV of P2PB2B’s Terms of Use Agreement “User has to report fraud, related to certain operation(s)/asset(s)/account(s) to the P2PB2B’s legal department legal@partida.io. Fraud report has to be made from the User’s email bound with his verified account to authenticate User's identity”.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to make the request from email, bound with your account, verified on p2pb2b.io to email legal@partida.io. Please, explain all the circumstances known to you.
Please accept our apologises for possible inconveniences as you have already submitted the report to us via other channels. But we ask to make formal request as mentioned above.
We appreciate your understanding!

After this I've messaged several times to support@p2pb2b.io and received answers like this:
Quote
Your account was currently blocked for the security. Soon we will contact you by your email. Please wait!

I've sent message to legal@partida.io and got no answer.

I've also messaged at their Telegram "support" group and the only answer from admin was like "Please, wait, we will answer you".

On 16th July I've called to p2pb2b "office" (+3726026577) and got a conversation with operator regarding my issue. The only answer was "I will send information to our legal department, please wait for answer by email".

Today is 18th of July and I still got no reply from p2pb2b with explanations regarding block of my account.

The p2pb2b.io username is not logging in here any more since they were exposed in the forum.

I always suspected them after I exposed them last year (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4971628.msg48239174#msg48239174) but it took others to post here about being scammed before things really took off and helped bring about the downfall of the Coinsbit and P2PB2BN scammers

Could you stop spread FUD.

It's good to see that someone from p2pb2b represent this exchange here.
You need to pay attention to the scam accusation board and give a clear answer to the community.
for example, P2PB2B Scam!! Selling coins they don't have, wash trading, fraud and theft!
[SCAM ALERT!] b2bp2p exchange is stealing your money You already answered here, but not in scam accusation against you.

Also, I don't like about JollyGood talks https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4971628.msg48239174#msg48239174

Hello, examplens

Thank you so much, we will answer at these topics asap.

Why did Valerii Solodovnyk choose Estonia rather than Ukraine for this scam?
That could be quite easily explained: Better crypto regulation, lower taxes, less interference from goverment, better business climate. (Not sure if you've noticed but there's kind of a civil war going on in the Ukraine.)

Not defending P2PB2B, but this isn't necessarily a red flag.

Sure you are right it is not necessarily a red flag but the intricate web of layer upon layer of off-shore ownership in Belize and Seychelles and actively hiding that fact - while claiming it is owned by a London based company with a headquarter office when it is a mailing address that 801 other companies use for the same purpose? That might not also be a red flag

Add to that when pressed for answer P2PB2B claim to have shared the same development team in the "early stages" but claim P2PB2B are not affiliated in any way to Coinsbit. Having said that, both made identical very recent changes to their respective websites yet claim not to use the same developers.

They shared the same nameservers pointing to the same place and only changed them after I pointed out in the Coinsbit thread they were linked.

Individually they might not be raising red flags but when all put together, for me they raise a lot of concern at the very least and red flags at the most.

I read the explanation P2PB2B offered to disassociate themselves from Coinsbit but I do not buy it at all. It seems a classic scam where they left a trail behind and are now trying to show are not linked.

It is your right to associate us with whatever you desire including killing Kennedy. We understand that conspiracy theories are the effective way to pump your account.
We will not refute your comments related to recent updates identical to Coinsbit for one simple reason - it is part of obvious manipulation.
Even if being true your assumption (identical updates on different exchanges) doesn't mean scam intentions - at least for prudent people.
If you accuse somebody in scam intentions groundless (or with grounds like because the sky is blue) please remember - everyone judges people according to how they see themselves.
You let everyone know that you're manipulator and the chief source of fud but it isn't really a problem for anonymous, right?

Hello, konungbarber

Thank you for you message.

Could you provide in PM your e-mail registered at p2pb2b.io, please?
Hello.

Could you please make official statement here regarding the matter of blocking accounts without any explanations? It will be useful for your future users.

I've already called your office several times, and operator just told me "Please wait, we will reply to you by email".

And still no reply.

Looks like an easy way for exchange to get extra "profit" from users - my account was holding about 0.15 BTC at the moment of blocking.

Hello, konungbarber

Your query is in processing, please wait for the answer from security department.

Wish you a good day

I look forward to reading what excuses or explanations are given. The blocking of accounts is usually the first step in the process that exchanges use when selective scamming users.

Sure, feel free to visit our topic anytime.

This is the blockchain.
You can't hide the truth.

P2PB2B generated my deposit address as 0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4

Go check the records:

https://semux.info/explorer/account/0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4

12:42:06, 17 Jul 2019 0x3ced649fbbce02397bdc7edfaf87bc12ac6eafa4 50 SEM arrived.

a minute later at 12:43:02, 17 Jul 2019 scammers took my money from my deposit and sent 'em to unknown address 0x0bf9e08ec7f34fd2f9b503a132915b1880cba7f7

Voila! No money in my wallet. Where they're? On the unknown account.

Did my deposit address got 50 sem? YES
Did I asked to play with my money to send 'em between wallets? NO
Was I warned that scammers gonna play with my money thus they need more sem to pay the fee for their games? NO
Have I lost my entire deposit according to scammers' logic. YES
Should I label P2PB2B as scammers? The answer is obvious.

It seems the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers are being slowly but surely exposed while they selective scam investors.

Maybe the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers will try to selective scam some users periodically but then will completely clean out their reserves when they implement their exit scam strategy

Hello, JollyGood, could you stop to connect coinsbit with p2pb2b, please. They are different projects at all with no connection between each other.

p2pb2b.io is free of scam
