What happened:
I was p2pb2b.io exchange user since Feb 2019.

I've passed their KYC and was trading via API.

On 01st of July 2019 I've tried to log in into my p2pb2b account and got this error: "Your account has been blocked, please contact support".

I've emailed to support (both info@p2pb2b.io and support@p2pb2b.io) and got this answer:

But in order to take further legal actions (including reporting to law enforcements) we kindly ask you to make your report in conformity with our fraud reporting procedure.
In accordance to section XV of P2PB2B’s Terms of Use Agreement “User has to report fraud, related to certain operation(s)/asset(s)/account(s) to the P2PB2B’s legal department legal@partida.io. Fraud report has to be made from the User’s email bound with his verified account to authenticate User's identity”.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to make the request from email, bound with your account, verified on p2pb2b.io to email legal@partida.io. Please, explain all the circumstances known to you.
Please accept our apologises for possible inconveniences as you have already submitted the report to us via other channels. But we ask to make formal request as mentioned above.
We appreciate your understanding!

After this I've messaged several times to support@p2pb2b.io and received answers like this:

I've sent message to legal@partida.io and got no answer.

I've also messaged at their Telegram "support" group and the only answer from admin was like "Please, wait, we will answer you".

On 16th July I've called to p2pb2b "office" (+3726026577) and got a conversation with operator regarding my issue. The only answer was "I will send information to our legal department, please wait for answer by email".

Today is 18th of July and I still got no reply from p2pb2b with explanations regarding block of my account.

Well done for opening a scam thread. I have added support to your flag against them.

What they have done to you since 1st July 2019 (and today is 18th July 2019) shows all the hallmarks of what other exchanges have done when they selective scam their users.

Hopefully many people will read the threads and not send their crypto to the Coinsbit and P2PB2B scammers.

Besides, as you understand, we can't share nor our correspondence with regulator nor process of the investigation nor the exact reasons for blocking the account.
It is the choice of each person to deal with regulated exchanges with compliance, AML, KYC demands or with not regulated who don't face such issues.

I got almost the same as PM from p2pb2b.io. I would like to ask konungbarber to confirm if the issue was resolved.

@p2pb2b.io, you guys really need to communicate with your customers. If they are hard to handle then give them enough time, nurse them so that they understand you and leave you with this feeling that you have tried your best.

P2PB2B is a complete scam, do not trust them with your crypto or your upcoming IEO / STO. I am a coin developer since 2014 and I encourage you to read the following thread before you are financially harmed by these thieves.

In your opinion do you think these scammers deserve a pat on the back now they unlocked your account? In my opinion they selectively scammed you but did not expect the backlash.

They froze your account from 1st July to 18th July with next to nothing in real communication. You open a scam thread here on 18th July and on the 4th day your account has been unlocked - that clearly shows they did it to minimise their negative publicity.

In your opinion do you think these scammers deserve a pat on the back now they unlocked your account? In my opinion they selectively scammed you but did not expect the backlash.

They froze your account from 1st July to 18th July with next to nothing in real communication. You open a scam thread on the 4th day your account has been unlocked - that clearly shows they did it to minimise their negative publicity.
I guess they didn't expect me to put this matter on public, and "red flag" here was a good reason for them to unblock my account.

That is exactly what I was saying.

You exposed them here by opening a scam thread against them and on the 4th day your account access was restored. It seems they never expected you to bring their scam to this forum and destroy their reputation.

Their p2pb2b.io user last posted here on 26th July but was active a few hours ago even though the posts, questions and accusations line up against the coinsbit and p2pb2b scammers they do not put forward a defence  Roll Eyes

And support on live chat and telegram has been block me
The support on ticket say my problem will be within 10 working days
But i've been waiting 11 work days

I am sorry to read about your situation.

We heard from several sources p2pb2b scammers are banning people from their Telegram when they ask questions about why their accounts were frozen or access to funds restricted.

Now that you have mentioned here what happened to you it might mean they will quickly resolve your situation because they fear more negative posts.

It is all about damage limitation for p2pb2b while they selectively scam users otherwise they will fail in their grand plan for an exit strategy when they steal everything and run.
