As you may have already seen, some users may need to redo KYC. The team has provided an explanation of why this is: Due to the fast changing regulatory nature of the crypto markets, our Compliance and Legal departments have determined that our KYC verification procedure needed additional security checks to comply with the most recent trends in future regulations and updates.
By abiding by these additional verification criteria and checking our KYC submissions on a case by case basis, we have determined that some of our KYC submitters need to update their documentation and re-do their KYC.

A common question we see is "When Airdrop".
