Do you remember  when Charlie Lee said litecoin price could drop to about 40usd - when it was said it seems to be unimaginable, but now we know it is reality - and it seems to it is not a finish of dumps.. While bitcoin is close its bottom (however we have to be aware it could be much lower - about 3k) such decrease could cause much more decreas in altcoins prices (and LTC isn't excluded)
and I don't think any news could help - maybe for daytrading only...

I think it might be ICO-funds sell-off; or people are aware of Futures contracts impact - and are afraid
Although we have a recover in price now I don't think it will be significant increase
I think is much more likely we will see ETH price under 100 than significant price increase
