Noone of good exchanges nowdays dont accept coins for free. They just must to pay for listing on good exchanges. And this money will returned to them. I think if bitcoin starts its rally, altcoins will fall in relation to BTC, 1000 sat is a good level to fix part of profit

As far as I know utility tokens are listed everywhere and have no issue so far. It is about dividends tokens but lot of things weer seeming impossible in past and now are normal. Bittrex may not pick PPP up at this stage but Binance or other alternative exchanges are all fine with listing.
Binance top 1 exchange now. ICO finished more than half of year ago and they just added one small exchange (fatbtc). You think it possible to hit to top 1 exchange? |

I think you have mistaken. But they will burned all unsold tokens after end of private sale only I think? Right? yes unsold tokens should be burned but not yet and marketcap showing 20 billion PCL token supply that huge supply and unsold token not burnt then price will go down more because there is not much demand right now for PCL tokens and supply is huge 0.003$ is good price for and token having 20 billion supply  The total supply was just decreased to <15B today.In the coming months, they plan to destroy even more tokens, so as to add maximum value to your portfolio.
