If you equate the "craze" with prices, probably. But as far as general usage and adoption that is occurring, quite the opposite. Some people just need to get realistic about things and realize that Bitcoin won't be experiencing these meteoric rises anymore.
I was driving on the QEW today and saw a Mazda with a Bitcoin bumper sticker. It's good to see.

I predict that: bitcoin will go to the moon, it will also crash and it will stay where it is.

This is funny. People are so spoiled by the meteoric rises that they can't go a day without seeing a +/- $100 change each day.

I find these kinds of rationalizations to be hilarious. Bitcoin will succeed on it's own merits, not because "zomg wall street/putin/buffet/gates/justin bieber" are going to discover bitcoin and invest in it.

I think it will remain within the $300-$600 range throughout 2014. Bitcoin went through a lot of bad things this year in particular and people are more hesistant about it. It will take time to heal though I don't expect it to skyrocket again.

Bitcoin will go down some more... but it will go back up and then some.

Bitcoin will not go to new highs this year. This is a year for bitcoin to strengthen itself in other ways that don't necessarily have anything to do with worth.

I believe in Bitcoin. That said, I don't believe Bitcoin will be around in 2040. It will be replaced by something else in the same vain, that is more efficient, accessible and secure.

It might jump up again to around $3500 or so but I feel that it will likely be somewhere between $1500-$2000.
