Where is the head office of bankaero cards service located?
Our company is registered in London, but the head office with development and management staff is located in Riga (Latvia). That is, any potential client can come to you for additional help, even a regular consultation? We don't provide support services and consultations at our office, we are operating as completely digital organisation. However, in case you are interested in our project and would like to take a cup of coffee with our team, we could arrange a meeting in our office in Riga  Are you always in the office or just for a meeting with a client? No, not always. Just during business hours from 9:00 till 18:00 (UTC +3), Monday to Friday inclusive. But in case you have support inquires, you are free to contact us in any time by opening support ticket. We strive to answer support emails within 24 hours. Sometimes, when customer support is overloaded with requests, the response time might increase to 48-72 hours. |

Actually we have our own token BANK. It's a utility token created in accordance with the ERC-20 standard, to be integrated in the BANKAERO platform in Q4 2019, providing a number of advantages to the owners of BANK tokens, such as discounts on BANKAERO services, advantages when ordering BANKAERO cards, etc. We will announce when there will be possibility to participate in our bounty campaign, so stay tuned! In your google play app, the last update was May 2019, but why up until now it is showing only 10+ installs?  Are you sure you are going to attract more crypto users later on? And your Bankaero card has the Visa logo. Did you secure partnership with Visa already? So far, our app is released in beta to show our platform possibilities and to get first feedback from potential users. Currently we are not promoting our app to get large number of installs, our main target is to ensure that all working fine before going live. As you probably already noticed, there is some features like "plastic card order", "crypto baked loans", which will be available only after successful ICO / IEO. We will not partnership with Visa directly, but we are ready to launch cards programme with one of Principal Members of Visa in Europe (with an ability to sponsor projects looking to issue Visa products). |

Already seen more than 10 similar projects that have the exact same concept. I do not say that this is definitely a failure. However, there are a lot of such "Banks" and in reality they still do not work, everyone is waiting for something.
As we know there were a lot of projects which promised crypto-friendly cards and most of them are still not working due to wrong project management. These projects were so focused on the fundraising that they forgot to check the technical and financial requirements to launch crypto-friendly cards on market. Unlike these projects, BANKAERO team already invested its own money to develop minimum viable product and checked all necessary guidelines, just to be sure that our platform will comply with Visa rules and regulations, before we started promoting our project. |

BANKAERO is registered in United Kingdom, and there is one reason: the government of the United Kingdom and regulatory authorities had created beneficial conditions for companies in the digital and cryptocurrency sectors of the economy. В эпоху IEO в первую очередь обратил бы внимание на проекты, которые листят на биржах. Думаю что это своего рода гарантия качества и надежности проекта, другое дело что далеко не все желающие успевают купить заветные токены На крупных биржах ieo проходят как по маслу, гарантией я бы не стал это называть, это просто хайп, все знают о грядущих ieo и участников соответственно много в итоге успешные сборы. Критики очень много, надо следить за развитием событий, интересно как долго эта тема ещё будет продолжаться. Гарантия в том плане, что далеко не каждый проект возьмут на биржу для ieo, по крайней мере на binance launchpad я не видел проектов с откровенно невыполнимыми обещаниями. |
