No need to look at that story of yours. So if you think that it's necessary to sell it to that offer, why not have a negotiation and test them if they're for real?
That's the purpose of you, right? To have investors that will be interested to your project. But it seems that you're too worried and doubtful about them.
Yes sir because i figured out they just wanted to play so safe. Like what they are offering they offering me all token buy in token sale all rounds. In return i have to deal with their bank and give the bank 10% of security in case i scam them they will take legal action for me. But bank will return the investors full return. Also lets say my project not perform well those investor or capital company said will own the share of my company . Like they want to play safe never get in loss. But can bankrupt my company own it also want secure their investment through banks. Totally in their favor. So i dont want hear from these kind of loan companies. They really dragged my all confidence down from more than week. I hope my this post will help new startup. And they beware of these kind of offers. |

Respected members of bitcointalk , There are many finance companies contacting me and offering me their clients is interested in my project and want to buy like big amount of equity or share or can invest in my token like 20 or 30% of my total token supply. I am suspecious as more people contacting me. Now I want you to let me know if you experience same thing or know something like that to understand their intentions . Thanks.
I am not going to investigate about your company or project, whatever it is (you did not write anything about them) But question is, why are you afraid of potential investors? Do you want to sell part of your project shares or not? if you have enough resources to finance the whole project yourself, then keep your tokens and sell them more expensive when they get value. there is not much discussion here. Actually I want i just afraid they are not as natural straght crypto investors are as in any average ico participants. They maybe ask for security or a contract sign. Hi my question is, in my project i have plan to buy back my own token on exchange with 1000$ each day. What token circulating supply will demonstrate more X gains, a circulating supply with 100million , 1Billion or 10 Billion. Kindly can you demonstrate with little bit equation how much price will pump with less money require. Hi i came cross with solution needed by creating own crypto, which is basically tokenizing nft gaming investment. Now i want to build community spread awareness. And final hurdle is raise about 10000$ in private sale round till i introduce my prototype product that my project is really has a needed and working product/project. And final goal will be raise about total 100000$.
I have unique idea, solve problem, team is transparent to show who they are even we are just 5 member now. But lake of funds. Because we have technical background we will create our full project on our own. Kindly suggest me steps to build community and lead them to raise funds on private sale goal of 10000$ . Also how should i setup private sale. Will it be ok if i just put a private fund raising wallet. On site the time to open fund raise. Also guide me little bit about if it will be more good if i make people do whitelisting.
Also if you guys suggest ido or ieo. But i have no more funds than 3000$ .

Helo crypto mates. My question is simple but is like know the end of arcade game. What will happen if a project has total supply of 100Million token and put it's 90% token as staking reward. Also token has a utility too to buy it. And every one just keep earn those token by staking . And higher chances 90% token will go to public hand sooner or later When reward pool is end. Will it not cause negative effect in token price and everyone just keep dump their staking reward tokens and keep dumping token price.
Now question is that how can balance the equations token price not dump but gradually keep increase time to time. Should buying demand of token rate more than staking reward earned by users?
Basically want to know how a proof of stake reward feature token can survive and keep increase it's price.
