I am not going to investigate about your company or project, whatever it is (you did not write anything about them)
But question is, why are you afraid of potential investors? Do you want to sell part of your project shares or not?
if you have enough resources to finance the whole project yourself, then keep your tokens and sell them more expensive when they get value. there is not much discussion here.

Actually I want i just afraid they are not as natural straght crypto investors are as in any average ico participants. They maybe ask for security or a contract sign. So i felt if already experienced something like that. Instead of having any hope from them and waste my time i could ignore them. This is our project https://consistencylabs.io/

I work with the project
- First you breakdown the proposal offer from there
- What they are given to your project
- Discussion and meeting call
- After that came with the agreement
- You send the payment they need first to compelete before to next step
- Payment receive and then you send "SAFT" document + KYC company or individual
- If payment, SAFT and KYC is completed and then you are done

Most of project, is have maximum they can buy for the token. Sold 20% of your share/token supply to a single company or individual is not good + potential dump install because the market can be controlled by one single parties.

BTW why you ask here? You are company, about investment purpose you should have or hired a lawyer ~LOL

No need to look at that story of yours. So if you think that it's necessary to sell it to that offer, why not have a negotiation and test them if they're for real?
That's the purpose of you, right? To have investors that will be interested to your project. But it seems that you're too worried and doubtful about them.

I jut checked your website and found out you are in the private sale stage. I also browsed your whitepaper briefly for the token economics but it seems you don't have a clear allocation for private investors and public sale. You probably won't get those kind of offers if that's already set from the start.

Actually, I don't have my own project so I don't experience the same thing. Nevertheless, I often face the situation when I offered different financial services such as  investing in their company or use their services to make it easier to trade. When I get such offers, I always refuse them as I think that only scammers will attract people in such ways as real projects have other methods.

Yes sir because i figured out they just wanted to play so safe. Like what they are offering they offering me all token buy in token sale all rounds. In return i have to deal with their bank and give the bank 10% of security in case i scam them they will take legal action for me. But bank will return the investors full return. Also lets say my project not perform well those investor or capital company said will own the share of my company . Like they want to play safe never get in loss. But can bankrupt my company own it also want secure their investment through banks. Totally in their favor. So i dont want hear from these kind of loan companies. They really dragged my all confidence down from more than week. I hope my this post will  help new startup. And they beware of these kind of offers.
