I would stay far away from VipGame in the meantime for these reasons:

- I signed up to find out that there is no 2FA, and that logins are done via e-mail - for a cryptocurrency casino in 2020 this is comical.

- The level up payouts and rewards for their VIP program are also a joke and are not even a fraction of what other competing casinos offer. A total of $47.4 in level up rewards for wagering $168,000? For comparison, Stake.com offers a $15 level up bonus for reaching their bronze VIP status ($10,000 wagered).

- I tried to partake in their Evolution Games competition to find out that not even a single live game will load because "Player is invalid" - they could not even get that one right.

- You cannot bet more than 5 decimal places in BTC. If you want to bet 0.0000157 BTC, you can't. You have to bet either 0.00001, or 0.00002. For what reason exactly? Ridiculous.

I'll be giving this website another shot in a few months when management can deliver a complete product.

IMO, this could be one of my feedback maybe you can make a whole of them like an arrow/avatar react to account information because on the first time experience playar like me could be confused and thinking is lagging.

I just noticed that you provides few 3rd party providers (belatra, bgaming, platipus, ezugi), any plans to add more providers? It would be nice if you can add more popular providers such as PNG, Pragmatic, NetEnt, PushGaming, etc. Afaik the available providers you have at the moment is not that popular compared to the ones I mentioned previously. With the fact that while label providers is getting more popular where more crypto gamblers are playing those games, I do think you need to add more providers as soon as possible along with some promotions to catch more interest from potential gamblers.

I have an observation/complaint, are you guys process withdrawal with default fee or do you check the current state of blockchain network ? I requested a withdrawal almost 48 hours ago, and the withdrawal fee was stated as 0.0002, but the transaction got processed with 10x lesser fee (9 sat/byte)  than I was charged but that's but the problem is that the transaction is still pending, and will continue for very long while, I requested another withdrawal today, 8 hours ago, and it got processed with the same 9  sat/byte when the current priority is around 255 sat/byte

I have question on the $100 contest:
- Most referer does not mean the person will get highest value of deposits from people are invited to VipGame.io.
- How will VipGame.io do to decide winners? 2 contributors: highest number of new ref users and highest value of deposits from new ref users. Or only the first one will be considered?
