I have an observation/complaint, are you guys process withdrawal with default fee or do you check the current state of blockchain network ? I requested a withdrawal almost 48 hours ago, and the withdrawal fee was stated as 0.0002, but the transaction got processed with 10x lesser fee (9 sat/byte)  than I was charged but that's but the problem is that the transaction is still pending, and will continue for very long while, I requested another withdrawal today, 8 hours ago, and it got processed with the same 9  sat/byte when the current priority is around 255 sat/byte

Alright, but it quite bad though I had to pay over $15 extra too get both TX mined(I used the parent pay for transaction), and that wouldn't have been possible If I wasn't withdraw to an address which I own the keys too. I hope it does get fixed ASAP.

Possible and hope the RBF feature was enabled in the wallet casino and Vipgame team can replace a fee without any problem. Probably as my experience, on Saturday (today), all withdrawing process will confirming by the miner, but I am not sure all migration process had already fixed in China, it could be late a bit for all transactions today.
