Good job fucking over all your US investors. I hope legal action is sought for losses. I would love to take part in a class-action. If any lawyer is reading this, get in touch.

should have sold a long time ago mate.

madoff was right all along.

should have listened to him.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I only held onto a third of what I got from ICO. But yes obviously I should have sold it all, thank you Mr. Hindsight and Captain Obvious. I'm more so pissed off because I evangelized this project to friends and family because I believed it to be a relatively "safe" long term crypto investment and now they are all forced to sell out of their long positions at a price lower than they entered at.

Jani will get what is coming to him, it's only a matter of time.

Seems that few people know of this project. Is there plans for marketing in the future?
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SKY] Skycoin Launch Announcement on: August 11, 2018, 05:22:21 PM
Should have been obvious that Skycoin was shady as soon as they endorsed the shady af Qtum ICO and their chief thief Patrick Dai.

I had written ODN off as a loss but I have to say the new website is really nice and the claim process registration is very painless, I'm hopeful again for this project.

Wil we always be able to convert from DRP to DRPU and DRPS?
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ChronoLogic - Proof-of-Time token on Ethereum on: August 08, 2018, 08:02:48 PM
Do I have to do anything to mint with my time mint? I haven't received anything in all this time, my time mint is pretty small though.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ravencoin [RVN] PoW GPU Mining | Asset Transfer Blockchain (Updated ANN) on: July 13, 2018, 07:46:51 PM
as somebody that has mined this coin from the cpu days, i have to say the future is bleak for this coin. it hurts to say that, because bruce fenton gave everybody such high hopes for this project. YES patrick byrne mined this coin (if you think he doesnt have a 1000gpu farm, youre confused) that doesnt inherently mean he invested any fiat. with a daily inflation of about 7 million coins, his inital mine of 60 million really isnt much. also, the chain is supposed to secure assets. bruce claimed securities will be transfared on this chain, and that people will be able to use the platform to create them. WAVES has its mainnet up, POLY has a working product, there are some other projects out there as well. the reason i bring up polymath is PATRICK BYRNE, OSTOCK, AND BRUCE FENTON ARE ADVISORS FOR POLYMATH. polymath is also secured by the ethereum network with is magnitudes stronger than rvn. if you think the development of the coin has the miners in mind, again, youre confused. these big money dudes are investing in all projects (bruce fenton campaigned to be an EOS block producer - YES that shitcoin) THESE PEOPLE JUST WANT MONEY, THEY ARE GOING TO LEAVE YOU WITH BAGS. i sold out reasonably well, i just dont want others to jump into a coin with no future. no future? yes, because no major company will secure their assets on a chain worth less than their company. on the other side of the tracks, if you have many small businesses that are tokenized on the chain, but the chain is worth less than the valuation of the companies. you have a  problem. anybody can goto nicehash(when they get more hash) and 51% a weak chain like rvn if there is an incentive. i just told you why they would be incentivized.

Lol you aren't the brightest are ya? Your argument basically amounts to: Ravencoin will have to drastically increase in value for it to be useful for its intended purpose. Gee, what a truly awful prospect that is as an investor Roll Eyes

Also the fact that you appear to think a project being built on and dependent on the increasingly bloated and congested Ethereum blockchain is strictly a positive thing is somewhat telling.

But your statements about people just wanting to make money are probably true- because that is probably true for 99%+ of people in this space.

I miss Daparski. He predicted ICN would be worth a good amount at the end of summer 2018, so I'll be watching for the next couple of months, to see if he was right.

I've noticed a lot of ICN fans have vanished/gone quiet. Can I get a proof of life from the rest of the people who used to reply to me??

Sure bro, the thing is, BTT is ded just like you was from NOV until that comment!

Hello!

True, this site is a bit of a relic now.

I've been on the Iconomi Rocket.chat too, by the way. What a depressing place that is!

I think Iconomi have killed most of their community off. You may be one of the final beats before it flatlines completely!

I'm still here too Wink

I just have far better things to do nowadays than to troll around bitcointalk. This place isn't what it used to be.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]ChronoLogic - Proof-of-Time token on Ethereum on: September 18, 2017, 07:01:40 AM
I see that the bounties are over and now the question is what is next for this project. I will read the whitepaper later once I have the time to check on this. Innovative and out of the ordinary concept.

Bounty participants received YESTERDAY tokens. They will receive DAY tokens within 3 days. If they rightfully sold their YESTERDAYS before 3:30PM, they will NOT receive any DAY tokens. As a result I am afraid the distribution of DAYs to bounty holders will be lower than 0.8% of the total DAY tokens sold in the crowdsale. If this situation happens, it will configure a clear violation to the terms of the bounties campaign. People could ultimately call it a "scam". I urge the team to consider that despite nobody was entitled to earn YESTERDAYS, so the distribution of DAY tokens to bounty participants must be 0.8% regardless of who sold YESTERDAY tokens or not.

Lol no. How would that make sense? The people who sold their YESTERDAY would be receiving unfair compensation, in that they were able to sell and still receive DAY whereas those who were smart and payed attention and followed the rules would be punished relative to those that decided to sell. The rules were outlined beforehand I don't see how you can expect them to make exceptions for those who didn't follow directions. It was their choice to sell YESTERDAY, and they had every right to do so, but that doesn't mean they have a right to unfair compensation going forward. You can't eat your cake and have it too.

I'll explain using an example: imagine I promise you 10 ETH for one BTC. You send me one BTC and I send you 10 ETC. You would ask me to send the 10 ETH either way. If you sold your ETC or not it doesn't matter. You still are entitled to receive 10 ETH, otherwise it is a scam. Now read the sentence again considering ETC = YESTERDAY and ETH = DAY. This is the problem. Nobody received DAY yet. What they sold was another token affected by different chronopower, not the one mentioned in the whitepaper. Some people may have noticed the difference (at least at the moment the minting occurred) and sold those wannabeDay tokens. They are not the ones to blame.
Your example doesn't make any sense. The actual analogy would be if I agreed to send 1 BTC to you for 10 ETC that I agreed to hold onto until you sent me the 10 ETH, if I break the deal by not holding onto those 10 ETC (part of the deal) that was my fault and I am the one who broke our agreement. Imagine the 10 ETC is "collateral" if somebody gives you collateral for something they plan to give you in the future and you sell that collateral you broke the deal and they are no longer obliged to follow through on their end. You're acting like you should be allowed to have your cake and eat it too, but you shouldn't.

ETH Balance:   15,866.653666142814280681 Ether
ETH USD Value:   $5,520,643.48 (@ $347.94/ETH)

https://etherscan.io/address/0xa723606e907bf84215d5785ea7f6cd93a0fbd121

its going very well. i invested some ether on chronologic. Now you can send 1 eth for TimeMint. (5ETH minimum was only in the first 6 hours  )

Can you top off with amounts less than 1 eth?

Dont think so, the terms stated if it is lost it will not be refunded

Thanks, curious because I see a lot of sub 1 eth transactions going in  Shocked

So in the article it says that after 3:01 PM EST you can contribute 1+ eth (https://blog.chronologic.network/ensuring-a-fair-equal-distribution-of-self-mining-timemints-e59e4ae7d241), but the website makes it sound like it is still requiring 5+ ETH "I confirm that my contribution is at least 5 ETH or higher and no more than 333 ETH. I understand that I will lose my contribution if it is less than 5 ETH & will not receive a refund."?
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BAT - Basic Attention Token ICO (31-5-17)- Worth Investing? on: August 28, 2017, 06:59:26 AM
Entered this today. This has been idling for a while at these prices and I have a feeling updates are going to be coming out soon. Also those two spikes around aug 11th and 18th look like some people are getting ready for some more serious price action.

I see this thread is still full of the same moonkids and trolls as usual. Never happy, perpetually complaining. I'm glad the team doesn't give you shortsighted fucks the time of the day.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ChronoLogic - Proof-of-Time token on Ethereum [BOUNTIES] on: August 27, 2017, 08:51:01 PM
ICO starts tomorrow, please read the following rules update to ChronoLogic ICO :

https://blog.chronologic.network/ensuring-a-fair-equal-distribution-of-self-mining-timemints-e59e4ae7d241

"We we afraid the little guys wouldn't be able to get in, so we just went ahead and prevented them from getting in all together!" Great, not interested in this project anymore nice work. It will all be sold out during the 5 eth minimum period now, none of it will be left over for contributions less than that.

Also, making a last minute change like this and including this bit here:

"WARNING: If a contributor does NOT respect these rules they will NOT be refunded and they will lose their contribution meaning if for example a contributor contributes 2 ETH at 11:30 AM EDT that contribution will be lost and not refunded. If any contribution of less than 1 ETH occurs after 3 PM EDT it will also be lost and not refunded."

Is really kind of scammy. Are you even going to send an email out to let people know about these last minute changes? So that they don't do what they thought they were supposed to do up until just now, and accidentally "donate" their eth to you when they think they are contributing to the ICO?  I haven't received any email, I wouldn't have known unless I checked here.

20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] PROPY - Global Property Store with Decentralized Title Registry on: August 27, 2017, 08:34:50 PM
Is there a way to make our propy accounts more secure? I see no option for 2fa. Will it be possible to access the coins once they are available directly through the website without any additional verification or will it be necessary to have access to the associated email as well? If access to the email or some type of outside verification is not needed then the tokens are extremely vulnerable...

Are you pertaining to orderbook account? If yes, there is an additional security for your orderbook account when you link it to your mobile number. That is an option when you go to your orderbook account.

Been trying to link it to my phone but I don't see where this is an option. I can see where you recover your account with you email and sms, but there's no optional visible for adding 2fa to the login.
