Well I do agree with your price assertion, but I don't necessarily agree with your strategy involving market manipulation and false buy support.

We do not plan on manipulating the markets, just paying out the devs gradually over many years, and paying out the IPO buyers with profits from our exchange. I designed the coin to be a long-term project and the IPO was designed to offer as a gateway in to our other business ventures.

I think often times that too many people are not very patient in this industry

Right, as stated in the op under the stipulation (in red underlined) a note that says the payouts to the devs and marketers will be only a % and not the full bounty at once. We are very interested in creating a sustainable market, and we are not going to be awarding the devs too many shares to start out with, and it will be based off of USD value so if the market cap value rises considerably then the payout to the devs also decreases.

Please keep this in mind.

The rewards were adjusted to reward early miners, satisfy our shareholders, and maintain the flat rewards of pi that were planed. The correction was to resemble the more flat structure of our original specification.

After 4000 the rewards went back down to pi and remain flat for the rest of the mining duration. The reward structure was adjusted in the new version 0.9.0.0 released yesterday. Please update your wallet ASAP to avoid losing coins.

I can guarantee you that pre-mine is not being sold.  I would not lie to anyone at this point as I need people to know I am credible and trustworthy.  I can give you a detailed ledger of every coin sent to/from the pre-mine account.  It still has a 104 coin balance after placing the IPO coins in each of the investors unique wallets.  The only remote transaction, where our wallet lost control of any funds was a 20 coin transfer from the premine, to the tenfive coin faucet.

First answer: Yes, that's right.  The way the process works when purchasing the IPOs was:

1. User generates their own unique wallet address.
2. User deposits into the unique address and waits for confirmations.
3. User clicks on "IPO" -> "Purchase" links in the web-based portal and chooses how many shares they want.
4. Once the user purchases the shares, it then sends the funds to the main holding account.

This is why you would see so many transactions for that address in that page, as each movement of the coins generates a unique transaction.

Second: The reason there is an IPO, is because we have intentions to hire outside developers to help out get some of our projects out the door.  As we're still establishing our community, these funds have not been moved.  We do have an IRC channel called #105shareholders on the freenode network which we encourage all shareholders to take part in when they can.  Once we're ready, we'll begin asking for our IPO coin holders to vote where they would prefer the funds be used.  Once the voting has completed, then the funds will be spent.  10-5 is operating as its own entity controlled by the 10-5 team, and the IPO share holders.  If any IPO shareholders are really that concerned, I have no problem returning the exact amount they sent us and revoking their IPO coins.  Unlike the many different IPO coins developed, we have had a purpose all along and we've expressed this several times in our web site, IRC channels and on bitcointalk.  I am not denying for a second that the other coins (quite a few to name) have been worthwhile investments.  Once 10-5 starts receiving profits, the IPO holders will then begin receiving dividends of the earnings we make.  If you would like to know more about what we're developing and release dates, we'll be able to provide that also.

First of all, I have already provided who I am to establish a level of credibility and trust on my behalf.  I am not denying that I have made bad choices or mistakes in the decisions leading up until now.  I think it would be unfair at this point to cut anyone of after the work and efforts that they've put into getting this coin to where it is now.  It's not a small task/easy undertaking developing and rolling out a coin.  I chose to develop this coin with an IPO for the reasons that I would like to be able to pay some external development resources for their time and efforts in helping me get some of my products and services out the door.

Completely untouched because this is not my money.  It is money people invested into my idea.  It will be used once the community and IPO owners vote it is time to be used.  Until then, the balance will remain 6.41463457 BTC (as of 2014/03/17 at 10:50pm MT).

Secondly, the funds associated with the 10-5 coin are all within my control and I will not be giving withdrawal access to anyone until the grace period of 30 days has expired.  These shares will not be paid out in a single lump sum to prevent anything catastrophic against the market.  I am in complete control right now.

It was not JacobUX, sevoque, anyone else but myself who started this coin.  I asked them to join the coin primarily because of the UNO coin they they had developed.  It had been done very well,  I was quite aware of the Pandacoin debacle but for my coin to succeed I believed that they could help.  I am a programmer with ideas,  I presented the ideas to many people who encouraged me to go ahead.  I am not a marketing or sales type person, so I need to bring in resources to help with the coin.  If you're telling me, you think this coin should not succeed because I haven't worked hard enough for it, you're barking up the wrong tree.  If you're telling me, this coin should not succeed because some people you don't like are involved, you're also barking up the wrong tree.  Why, because I have limited the resources, shares and coins distributed in this project so that I can prevent an unforeseen issues from creeping up again.  The community is behind me and that is all I need to make this coin a success.
