ZIL is an interesting project. Bought some a while back when it was cheap. Don't regret so far but do your own research. I don't consider myself to be an expert on crypto or this project.

You use a trusted exchange or broker to convert to fiat and have it sent you to your bank account. This will likely require KYC.

If it's a large amount the bank may ask you about the origins of your funds. You tell them the truth and make sure to prepare documentation (blockchain, receipts and screenshots of your trading activity) in case they want to see proof.

Of course this assumes that investing in crypto is legal where you live and you are or intend to be fully compliant with tax regulations.

You have nothing to hide if what you didn't wasn't against your local laws. Just make sure that you can prove how you got your funds.

Keep in mind that some banks don't want to process crypto transactions. Ask first how they handle them.

I am looking for a service to buy a small amount of BTC without invasive procedures.

As far as I remember there were services that didn't require KYC as long as the amount was small but I don't remember their names.

I don't want to undergo verification for such an insignificant amount and I am looking for a fast and easy way.

I frage weil meines Wissens nach der Gesetzgeber zwischen Currency Tokens, Utility Tokens und Security Tokens underscheidet. Es ist noch nicht klar ob diese auch steuerlich anders behandelt werden in der Zukunft.

Also Currency Tokens sind meines Wissens nach Coins die als Zahlungsmittel wie Bitcoin verwendet werden. Diese werden nach den normalen Regeln versteuert, Security Tokens sind Anteile an einem Unternehmen oder einem Asset und Utility Token wie BAT werden verwendet um Dienstleistungen einer bestimmten Platform in Anspruch zu nehmen und abgeblich mehr als Gutschein einzustufen aus steuerlicher Sicht.

Ist vielleicht ein Jurist oder Steuerberater hier der weiss ob es in Zukunft steuerlich Unterschiede geben kann zB. Risiko des Wegfallen der  Steuerfreiheit nach 1 Jahr Haltefrist bei Utility Tokens?

Also wenn keine Steuerpflicht besteht muss du auch nichts angeben soweit ich das verstehe. Es ist egal wie alt du bist.

Du solltest allerdings deine Transaktionen dokuementieren falls das Finanzamt mal doch nachfragt.

Meiner (Laien) Meinung nach sollte es doch keinen Unterschied geben zwischen Utility Token und einer "normalen" Krypto Währung? das Token kann zur Bezahlung verwendet werden allerdings gibt es nur eine einzige Firma die es akzeptiert.

Dividenden sind schon komplexer. Unter Anbetracht dieser Umstände würden mich interessieren ob es Besonderheiten bei der Besteuerung von Coins wie Holo, BAT oder Elastos gibt. Letzteres zahlt ja angeblich Sugar Dividends aus. Holofuel ist ja keine Krypto Währung in dem Sinne glaube ich.

Wird dadurch die Haltefrist verlängert oder vollkommen ignoriert?

Kann man indem man z.b. die Auszahlung von Dividenden blockiert dem ganzen aus dem Weg gehen. Wenn man nie Dividenden erhalten hat kann sich das ja nicht auf die Steuer auswirken?

Oder reicht es wenn der Coin als Dividenden auszahlend eingestuft wird egal ob man diese nun bekommt oder nicht?
