Welcome to the forum, this is a very simple website. I was disappointed to see that you've built this for three years and it's like still unfinished. And I think that it's a bad idea to put that membership and benefits by paying those annual fee. While most of the P2P markets don't have this, they're going on with these benefits based on how much volume you're giving to them and as well as the KYC level that you're going to comply. But yours is different, you're still new and I know that there's a free version you've got but it's just something that one will be off looking at those ranking overviews. Not that unique but you're still new and who knows if how many people will try to buy that out if there's a free version from you and from other reputable P2P markets and exchanges.
I am sorry to hear you think the website is unfinished, while it is true that it is still a work in progress, then everything is made from scratch, we do not use any third-parties unlike many other services. As stated in the post my father is/was working a full-time job and I doing full-time school. If we did not do this part-time, development would have been quicker, but Echangere was made on long days, weekends and vacations. If you create an account and give the platform a try, then you will see there is a lot more to the platform when you are logged in.
On ranks then yes our approach is different compared to others, we want to give everybody the possibility to have the best benefits and the best way we see that happing is an annual fee that everybody can afford.

What caught my attention most about your platform is the honesty in the numbers. The platform shows a number 22 Users registered which is a good thing, I know a lot of platforms lie about numbers of users, trading volumes and a lot of details. please hire someone who writes the code again, because the code looks a bit outdated.
I do not want to disappoint you, but most of the peer-to-peer platforms have stopped due to either poor liquidity, lack of trading volumes, or high competition. Therefore, after rewrite the code, you need a very specialized marketing team, and I wish you success.

I assume by the code looks outdated that you refer to the GUI/interface and while it is different and not follows the newest trends, then we feel like it provides simplicity and clear understanding on what is going on. If you create an account, you will see there is a lot more to the platform as logged in.
We are aware that other p2p platforms have shutdown lately, however we still feel like Echangere has its place among the current once as our approach is a little different compared to others.

What do you exactly mean by "an escrow takes time in order to complete?" And how are the funds held by the escrow?
Sometimes, I wonder how a peer-to-peer platform is really peer-to-peer when there is in fact a centralized entity in between facilitating transactions. The buyer and the seller are not even in contact with each other. It actually doesn't differ much from a centralized buying and selling platform.
When saying the escrow takes time, we mean that both parties of the escrow needs to do some actions in order for the escrow to complete. These actions could take some time, fx deposit funds to the escrow, make the payment etc. So compared to our Market section where the funds are in your market wallet ready to withdraw right after you buy or sell an offer, then an escrow takes longer.
The difference between a peer-to-peer platform and a centralized is that on a peer-to-peer platform it is marketplace, so no trade occurs before a buyer has bought the offer. On a centralized platform the matching engine takes care of peoples buy/sell orders by matching them and executing the trade.

I don't think a service with non-KYC as the main offering would need a legal page, because it also has to point out that the exchange is under a jurisdiction where non-KYC guarantees will be compromised at some point (eg regulations suddenly become strict) or users have doubts since beginning.
But it's strange, if at the same time this site also serves the trading market (like CEX) where actually the service owner as a third party can also manage user funds that are stored while this practice must be under the auspices of the law.
I want to know about this more.
We are sorry if we did not communicate properly, but we are not a non-KYC platform; we do require people to input the most basic information and verify with a phone. Then depending on the user’s activity on the platform further information may be required.

Impressions:
1. Only 2 payment modes available and one is available in only 2 country and another one is PayPal.
2. KYC requirements, not very clear about the different levels.
3. No liquidity at all.
I appreciate your efforts to make it happen but the things is getting more tougher, earlier this year the two big centralized p2p were shut their operations one after another because of the availability of p2p in the exchanges itself. So if you really want to make it to next level then you need liquidity which comes only if people starts using it so what you have in your mind to bring people to use your site.
Thank you for the appreciation of us putting this together. Your impressions are correct, but we just started out, so as you say liquidity comes with users. Touching on KYC requirements then once you create the account you will be taken through a mandatory setup, where you need to fill in the most basic information and verify a phone before you can use the platform.

Two fiat payment methods will surely hold you down since less options = less likely users. Ideally, should have launched when there are already a good number of payment methods. I suggest this to be high priority.
It doesn't help that one of the two available is paypal which people consider high risk and only trust established traders. One way to alleviate is to implement a feature that enables people to import their reputation from other exchanges.
We agree that 2 fiat payment methods are not a lot, but then we have 5 cryptocurrencies fully integrated. We will integrate more fiat payment methods with time, and we completely agree this is something that we will prioritize. If you have any suggestions on a fiat payment method you would like to see added feel free to reach out.
We know PayPal can be viewed as high risk, this is why when people are doing PayPal as payment the instructions are very clear on what has to happen during the escrow.
