101  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Just RELAX, it will be OK! on: May 05, 2018, 06:46:21 PM
I`m definitely not panic selling anything. I do understand why some people do that though, it is simply because they don`t have a plan for their investments and being to impulsive, which can be very costing for them.
102  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ether is popular and will be likely to surpass bitcoin? on: May 05, 2018, 01:38:14 PM
Tough question, considering how unstable things are with crypto currencies in general. But if I were forced to answer it I would say that in a matter of 2 years from now ETH will be at the same price that BTC is now( around 9k$).
103  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins that might survive in the future? on: May 05, 2018, 01:22:14 PM
It all depends on what time period we are talking about. If we are talking about nearest future like 1-2 years, than I would say ETH and Litecoin will be remain more or less functional.
104  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone make serious profit from hodling 6-12 months ? on: May 05, 2018, 01:11:58 PM
First of all you need to make a plan before investing in anything, generally speaking. If you know that you won`t hold the coin a big period of time, than make your choice based on that. Personally, I`ve made profit from medium-term investments, yes.
105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] SPINDLE: Blockchain-based investment/asset management platform on: May 03, 2018, 06:01:37 PM
Hello, Hotachy.

I did not receive any stakes for Week 2 in Signature campaign. I made 15 posts according conditions of the rules.
What is the reason?

Thanks.
106  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why cryptocurrencies necessary in today's world on: May 02, 2018, 07:31:55 AM
Well the benefits of crypto currencies are obvious. Every men is for himself, there is no third party involved in money transfer and payment which leads to lesser taxes. It is and ideal world though, where this system doesn`t get hacked or anything like that.
107  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Future? on: May 02, 2018, 07:29:10 AM
I do also believe in ETH, and think it will bring a huge profit for me in 2 years. As I had planned it to be my medium-term investment. The team behind is very good and the number of users is growing with each day.
108  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What I do before buying an altcoin! on: May 01, 2018, 06:05:48 PM
Quite a specific list of actions before buying a coin after reading the list I thought to myself: Yeah, I do this as well, isn`t it obvious? And then came the realization that not everybody even reads forums before buying a coin.
109  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥 [ANN] 🔥 [ICO] 🚀 CRYPTFUNDER - Decentralized Funding for Startup ICOs ⭐️⭐️⭐️ on: May 01, 2018, 12:17:37 PM
Hmmm, I reckon a crypto project revolving around helping other crypto projects may have a huge potential. There's, um, a huge demand for NEW ICOs that have actual, real-world potential. Yes, I see something in your project. Good job.
110  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🍁🔥🔥 Automated Cannabis cultivation at home | Agro Tech Farm ICO 🔥🔥🍁 on: May 01, 2018, 12:14:13 PM
WOW. A project after my own heart!
I have a question for you, do you have any plans about, you know, taping into foreign market? I live in a country where cannabis is illegal, but, you know, I'm curoius Wink
111  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 💠 DIW 💠 [ANN] [Pre-ICO] 💠 DIWtoken.com 💠 Decentralize Security on: May 01, 2018, 12:11:10 PM
Decentralized security? Waitin' for your launch, folks. I'm tired of ICOs that seem unimportant. Security is vital in the modern society. I cannot wait for the launch, to be honest. What's the date again? Too lazy to look it up)
112  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shall I buy ETH? on: April 30, 2018, 07:19:07 PM
Why not both? Split it in half, or as I would do- 80% in BTC and 20% in ETH. I`m a strong believer in BTC because it is the biggest player right now and for years to come, and yet the ETH is somewhat near it and will turn out to be a great investment.

113  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bill gates says cryptocurrency is bad on: April 30, 2018, 07:11:22 PM
Bill Gates is a smart individual and I think the problems that he brought up is super relative to our todays situation with crypto. I have always said that there are 2 big problems with crypto:
1) no authority and
2) hackers.
So everything else comes from that.

114  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethreum the new king of crypto? on: April 30, 2018, 11:29:02 AM
Oh what a wild scenario it would have to be in order for ETH to overthrow BTC this year. Well, I`m not saying it wouldn`t happen, all I`m saying is that it is very unlikely to happen for at least a couple of years. On the other hand it is a wild world we live in, so you never know.

115  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][AIRDROP] Hyperion -The Next Generation of Financial Applications on: April 04, 2018, 08:51:46 AM
ICO Analysis: Hyperion
By Fredrik Vold

Verdict
Hyperion has an intriguing idea and a team with a demonstrated history of launching and operating a successful cryptocurrency investment fund. Evaluating ICOs for investment is simply becoming too challenging for most individual investors, so having a team of professionals to actively manage this portion of one’s portfolio makes a lot of sense.
Ironically, the main drawback here is also related to the huge amount of work required to effectively evaluate ICO investment opportunities. It is unclear whether the team is planning to bring onboard more analysts, but as of now, only the same analysts as those working for the crypto index fund Crypto20 are listed on the website. Time will tell if this is a strong enough team to successfully navigate the notoriously difficult ICO landscape.
Risks
The team has demonstrated their capability of successfully running a cryptocurrency fund with Crypto20, but the risk here lies in whether the team will have the capacity to run two funds at the same time; one index fund and one actively managed venture capital crypto fund. -1
Investors know nothing about the fund managers’ ability to find good investment opportunities. -1.5
Growth potential
There is a strong need in the market for the service the fund offers; researching ICOs, separating the good from the bad, and investing client funds in only the top offerings. +3
The fund offers legitimacy to projects that it chooses to invest in, professionalizing the entire ICO and blockchain start-up scene and potentially help separating scams from legitimate projects. +3
The team appears strong with a demonstrated history of running other cryptocurrency funds. +2
The team has developed several proprietary AI-based screening tools to help with the analysis process. +2
Disposition
Overall, the Hyperion fund appears to be a solid ICO, solving a problem that all ICO investors are facing. It could help beginners avoid potential pitfalls in this space, while also being an advantage for more advanced traders and investors to use as part of their portfolio, possibly as a complement to holdings of more established crypto assets.
We believe the Hyperion fund deserves a strong score of 7.5 out of 10.

119  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what to do if bitcoin decreases? on: April 04, 2018, 08:14:11 AM
If Bitcoin decrease in price,  you can only hope that it will rise and there will be reversal in trading sentiment.  Selling your bitcoin because of FUD will always be bad...
120  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CrowdMachine - The Worlds Most Advanced Distributed Computer on: April 04, 2018, 08:01:01 AM
Hello, who know, when will be distribution reward for Bounty participation? Reward will be paid in ETH or tokens CM?

Crowdmachine has a bounty thread, the manager is quite responsive. From what I remember the bounty program was paid in ETH, not in tokens. Maybe good as eth is so cheap now
bounty is over.
