Topps does release a 1/1 glossy for each of the base cards, separate from the base, hotbox silvers, and other numbered cards. It has the "1/1" in typewriter print on the back, not hand ink, but for these cards only I believe.  Here is an example of the 2018 Ichiro card to compare the type on the back.

I am not sure I have seen this 1/1 for #83 here before, but maybe I missed it. A very nice card if you happen to have it. One way to find out what it is worth is an auction and see what someone is willing to pay for it.
