1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health 🤕symptoms on: May 04, 2020, 12:45:49 PM
Great article showing the real problems of gambling but I don't think that the industry itself is all to blame. People are grown-ups, they have to take full responsibility for their behaviors. When someone has addiction issues, he has to figure out the way to handle with these issues. No one said life's gonna be easy.

All of us have its own demons to fight with. No matter if caused by gambling, alcohol, drugs, shopping, eating or anything else. Finding the median is the key.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: May 04, 2020, 11:42:47 AM
FC Bayern President Herbert Hainer recently gave an interview to the German Kicker. He said that its likely that Manuel Neuer, David Alaba and Thiago will stay Bayern. IMHO this statement makes contract extensions much more likely. Why would he say something like that, if the players are about to leave to another club?

Hainer on Alaba, Neuer, Thiago: "We assume they will stay. Why should they leave? They play for one of the best teams in the world, at one of - if not the best - run clubs in the world. They live in an attractive city and we pay them top wages"

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1257196348492972032

Concerning the transfer of Leroy Sané, Hainer announced that Bayern will only a price that is economically acceptable.

Herbert Hainer on how much Bayern are willing to pay for Leroy Sané: "I can only say that we will not do something that would be economically unacceptable, for any player" [Kicker]

Source: https://twitter.com/iMiaSanMia/status/1257192486302298112

Bayern has never put too much money on any of their players and I don't think they will make an exception for Sane, no matter how great player he is. Signing him for free like they do with RL9? Yes, sir but I don't see a scenario in which they will break bank for him.

We know that the German Bundesliga and Turkish Super League in Europe are making plans to complete the remaining games in a short time. So will you, as sportsbets.io, have a surprise for us when these competitions begin?

Let's hope someone in the betting world has some surprise for us all. I expect a return of pro football so much that i can't express it any words. It's beyond my mind and I hope that betting sites have the same approach as we all do Shocked
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: May 04, 2020, 11:32:21 AM
Not everybody is a fan of online gaming, I have tried some of my co-workers and friends to bet or try to play online game such as Dota2, but they just don't want to switch their gambling experience. They all loved betting with sports. Though, I agree that the eSports industry is generating millions of prize pool and income, thus attracting big time investors and gamblers to engage in eSports. The same reason why there are several TV channels available for eSports already.
There's just people who doesn't like online games.

We just have to consider what they love, if people are already working, I like to assume that they are not playing online games anymore because it requires time to master the games, and some of them are not really a fun, but with male workers, they love sports because they play it also.

Like me, I play basketball and I Idolize a lot of NBA players so I thin sports betting is suitable for me as it gives me a feeling that I can win since I know the game very well, at at the same time I'll be able to enjoy it.

I'm a fan of esports, I'm into Csgo and Dota 2. At the same time, I still understand what you feel about other people still wanting the regular sports they've been watching because I missed it too. It is still different watching a real human playing. Really miss watching basketball and baseball.

And I agree its hard to understand the esports with high prize pool, specially to those who are not technologically advance gamblers. Still remember how hard it is for me to understand when I first play those games, the graphics and so many buttons to click just to play it good. They can play other easy games but I don't think it will fun as much as the sports they love in the first place.

I think it's all well-connected. People are missing an energy coming from sports rivalry and the same thing coming from betting world. It's not that easy as it seems at the first glance. I would like to bet on smth interesting but betting is not like gambling for amateurs. You have to know smth about the discipline you bet on. Without it's practically meaningless.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [ BOXING ]: Fury vs Wilder III in Las Vegas on 18th July 2020 !!! on: May 04, 2020, 11:27:00 AM
No one should take the money to step aside as this is not about the money, it is about the pride. If anyone takes the money, they will lose their fans forever and people will not like this behavior.

Boxing is all about money, pride is second IMO. Team Wilder is changing people on their camp and if they realizes that a trilogy this year or early next year is not appropriate then i think they would accept the step aside money.

There is not much confidence in him winning according to members here. On the other side Fury has captured the imagination of voters here with the majority clearly going for a Fury win.

There is a saying, "You are only as good as your last performance", that maybe the reason why poll result is like that  Smiley.

No matter how Wilder screw the last fight with Fury, he deserves a trilogy with an Englishman. He showed his skills for at least half of decade and we can scratch off such talented and titled boxer. We simply cannot.

And Fury fight with AJ is another kettle of fish.

7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best special events site? on: April 24, 2020, 02:29:22 PM
I've started this topic a while ago and got the answer i was hoping for but nowadays the betting market is way different.

What sites do you use during coronavirus crisis to bet on special events and BTW what kind of special events? I don't see anything interesting anywhere.

There's no sports, not a lot in entertainment, neither in politics. Some equivalents worth my time?

Please help lads.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: April 24, 2020, 02:20:52 PM
I think they only need 6 points from 9 remaining games so it’s near impossible they lose the title. They have lost something like 1 game in 18 months in the Premier League so I give you more chance of Bitcoin Cash going to £1,000,000 per coin this year than anybody else winning the PL.

Haha, I would agree with you on that bet. I would even say it's more likely that Mr. Faketoshi Craig Wright is the real Satoshi than Liverpool loosing this title. Okay, there is no way both of the previous things will ever happen.  Cheesy

Yeah, I totally agree. This team has to win the title. It's just simple as it it. I don't know how the officials of the EPL will do it but they have to. Just out of respect to the achievement of Jurgen Klopp boys.

It's not the coincidence. The people at the wheel I think are wiser and more appropriate to serve at their jobs and they should figure it out the proper way. The way that will serve maybe not everyone but as much people as possible. Let's hope so.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: April 24, 2020, 01:10:27 PM
I guess im not the only one but I'm counting hour till the comeback of the real & normal sports world. I would like to watch some proper football, proper basketball, boxing, tennis, not to mention betting on any of these things.

And i don't think that the COVID-19 could mean the end of the sports at all. It could change the thing drastically in the financial way but the desire of fans to watch sports and to be entertained by this thing will never pass. NEVER EVER. Bread and circuses, like the Romans used to say...

10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 29, 2020, 01:24:57 PM
I don't want Barcelona to be far behind Real Madrid, Barca still put forward its main players even though Suarez is injured, still Barca's game can still be overcome.

Don't worry because it seems that destiny is in favor of barcelona:

Barcelona - Levante ( 02/02/2020 )

Barcelona - Betis ( 09/02/2020 )

It will be two very easy games that Barcelona will win  Grin

Believe me. I have seen Barca at Mestalla last week. Nothing's safe with this team at this moment. You can expect practically anything from the club that has been in a crisis and now is in the process of rebuilding and returning good vibes. It's still a long way from home for Barcelona.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 29, 2020, 01:21:42 PM
The match is postponed and tonight Westham vs Liverpool will compete.
I don't think Liverpool will be overwhelmed against WestHam despite playing away, I'm sure I'm ready to win tonight's game to continue adding points and move away from second place.
Liverpool will not be defeated.

I have seen somewhere some great statistics. It says that Liverpool need only nine wins to become the Premier League champions. If they get on this winning streak, they will play the ninth match against... Man City. What a way to take what's yours.

I'm cheering for LFC this PL season and want them to achieve something historical at their domestic ground.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: January 29, 2020, 01:16:51 PM
Milan's victory was quite good despite having extra time too but Milan have started to show their best results in the quarter-finals and now meeting Juventus in the SemiFinal is a very tough opponent for Milan.

Inter Milan vs Fiorentina tonight, I believe Inter Milan will show their best game, actually this has been prepared more early by Conte so that there will be no more losses for Inter.

Surely this will meet Napoli in the semifinals.
Milan began to get the spirit to continue to play with all my heart since the arrival of Ibra. This was proven again in the match against Torino in Coppa Italia they managed to make a goal in the 90th minute. When the game will end in defeat they can turn things around. I agree with you. Inter will defeat Fiorentina. Although the last few matches inter difficult to win. But in this match they will qualify

It was maybe the first Milan game that I've watched from first to the final whistle. Without substitutions the club wouldn't be in Coppa anymore. Milan is far away from perfection but something has changed with Zlatan. It really did. I don't know how to describe it but this player gets you more than goals, assists, shots or anything.

Just as I expected, Zlatan gave a new heart into this helpful team. A swag, a feeling, something that someone may call a football drip. He's fresh and with him Milan is way fresher than recently.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 29, 2020, 01:09:03 PM
It will be a different playoffs now for the Bucks as Giannis can shoot threes now.
The question is, if he will be given a good looks, their opponent knows his capabilities, last playoffs the Raptors put good defense on Giannis but putting two defender on him and sometimes even 3 and that made him struggle, so as the whole team.

Bucks without Giannis won't be legit for longer period of time. Sometimes im wondering if he doesn't mean TOO much for this club. We will figure it out in this year's playoffs.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 23, 2020, 10:07:28 AM
Great day for the Pelicans indeed.

They just saw the glimpse of the future there.
It might not be that much play time for him but it ain't over. It is just the start.

They may be thinking of new plays right now.
Lonzo Ball will be gaining higher stats after this. Alley-oops, three pointers getting open shots because of Zion penetrating the paint.
A streak is a must if they want a spot for the playoffs.

They are at the 12th spot with 17 wins but the 8th spot which is Spurs just got 20 wins.
There is still a chance.

Young Lakers core + Zion? Man, that seems really promising, even though they played only one match together. It's a shame that we had to wait for him that long but on the other side i think that he will make it up to us for the next 15 years.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: January 23, 2020, 10:04:26 AM
It's just a feeling, I guess. If you have a nose for this, then you know what's in this biz and with what things you have to be careful.

The research, reputation, the entirety of it. I absolutely wouldn't give any of my money to some site that seems suspicious.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: January 23, 2020, 09:56:53 AM
Ok, we played without optimal squad with many young players, but our performance was quite shameful. C'mon, it's third division club! I don't like to critizise players, but I don't understand what C.Perez is doing in Barcelona. I can't remember any good his matches and seems that this level is way to high for him.
But seems that all other La Liga teams also had difficult games. Valladolid already eliminated by Tenerife, Athletic and Granada needed extra time and penalties to pass this round.

I haven't watched the whole game of Barca, only highlights, nevertheless it didn't look so well. The form of players, their feeling of the defensive plays, their disregard for less-known rivals. It was indeed shameful. Barcelona has been punished twice for the same attitude and twice has been a laughing stock of the whole football Europe. Yesterday's game indicates that this players never learn. NEVER.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 23, 2020, 09:47:01 AM
Surprisingly Manchester United lost to Burnley by a score of 0-2 and this is playing at home to Old Traford Manchester United really helpless at all, despite the mastery of the ball Man. United is superior.
In the second half the brand was not able to return to the goal again its end had to accept defeat against Burnley was really embarrassing in front of his fans.
I'm upset to bet for Menchester United.

Each lose of United is not an any loose for me, based on "beautiful" standards of this team from couple of last years. Simply a rubbish heap with players without attitude and owners that don't give a shit about football, taking care only about money. And the coaches are thrown in a deep water, not knowing what to do and how to do it. The mess gets bigger and bigger each season. If I were a United fan, I'd give up a hope already.

18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Oscar Awards 2020 betting on: January 23, 2020, 09:32:34 AM
I have been considering betting on Oscar for quiet a while now, and I’ll soon decide how much funds I can spare and bet on this. The following are my predictions:

1) In the best picture category I would select Joker because I loved that film, and I truly believe that it deserves to win.
I've watched the Joker and I have nothing to say about the movie coz it was great. I just want to comment on how it reflected to me, it seems like Joker shows that life has no ultimate meaning and it rejects the good principles in short it was about negativity. I don't know how would the judges choose among great movies, I don't know their criteria some might and might not agree on me. Many claim that this is the movie of the year but have they watched the rest of nominees? like Parasite from Korea I guess they didn't.

2) For the Best Actor Award I’ll choose Joaquin Phoenix, and I believe many of you’ll will feel the same way too ain’t i right?
I think you only watched a single movie among the nominees, Indeed Joaquin Phoenix did a spectacular acting on that movie to the point that he owns the whole movie but frankly speaking Leonardo DiCaprio deserves the best actor award for the second time. Betting on this kind of choices is pretty hard though, I'd rather not to give it a call.

I already appreciated Joaquin Phoenix's acting when he acted as the prince in the move Gladiator and he is so good acting his character as a villain. I realize that he is perfect for the Joker character and he really executed it very well. That's why he well-deserved the Oscar Awards and I bet most of my money to him because I guarantee that he did his best while filming The Joker. Leonardo is a great actor but this time, Joaquin really killed it. I'm looking forward for more of spectacular movie of him, maybe if he wins, that will not be the last.

I've just watched an episode of Honest Trailers when they analyzed Joker. And the one thing that stayed in my mind was something about the skills of Joaquin Phoenix. He laughed maniacally. He laughed while crying. He laughed normally. He laughed as an effect of a disease. And he did all this at once.

If he's not gonna get The Oscar, there's something wrong with a world. #sorryleo
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: January 23, 2020, 09:25:44 AM
For those who are following along Zion currently only has 2 points 3 rebounds and he might not play much more
https://www.espn.com/nba/player/_/id/4395628/zion-williamson

I think you wrote this wrong, because Zion has accumulated a total of 22 point with 4/4 in three point range. I think the hype for this overall first pick isn't a joke and he proved it on a restricted minutes with 17points in the fourth quarter. Though his team lost to the Spurs but this made a good impression on Williamson's career.

Zion is something new in this league. Something extraordinary. I think that we are a true witnesses of the new big kiddo on the block.

4/4 at threes, he just scored points casually, like he even didn't care. And his movement, his swag, his feeling and the mojo. We've waited a long time for him but it was worth it.
