How did it end with your disabled account actually?

Okay, I get it that chances are nonexistent that it will ever happen to me personally that I will have an address which is the same as another one, but at some point EVER there will be 2 persons with the same BTC address. Whether it is now or in 10 years, it will happen some time.
What would happen then if a payment is made to that address? Will it be sent to the wallet owner who connects to the internet first? Or to the wallet owner who had this BTC address first?

Say I open an Electrum wallet, I get BTC addresses belonging to it and they are supposed to be totally unique. But say at the same time another person at the other end of the globe opens an Exodus wallet, who is to say he will not have 1 or more exact same addresses in his new wallet as me?

I know there are a trillion different combinations possible with so many characters in an address, but how do all these wallets make sure no duplicate addresses ever get generated?

Be prepared for a long wait. I can exactly tell you what is happening. You will first have to send a utility bill and passport photo. Then they wait couple days and ask you for a webcam verification with passport holding next to your head. Then they wait another couple days and send you standard email that your account has been flagged by their system for alleged multi-accounting. Then you say you are not multiaccounting. They will again wait couple days and then send you email that your account will remain disabled because you are multiaccounting.
They will probably pay out your balance in the end but your account will remain disabled. And this process will take about 2 weeks in total before you will have your money.

You have a great offer but offering 2 or 3 asian handicap lines (and asian total lines) for the big soccer leagues would make it complete!

I was emailed 2 hours ago that the winnings I would have received from the cancelled bets (should they not have been cancelled) are being credited to my account in the form of a 126mbtc freebet. I find this a good solution. Just wanted to report this here. Now let's hope your odds provider gets things sorted out so these cancellations will not happen often anymore, and if they do, they should at least cancel straight away and not when the bet has already won for 99% sure. But I'm happy with the current solution.

I have a comparable problem....I bet on Under 4,5 corners first half in the match Metz-Nantes. The count was 0-1 and there were 10 minutes played in the game. So this line was perfectly normal.....it stays open bet for a long time....and then at around minute 35th of the game (corner count still 0-1 so my bet was almost for sure won already) and the bet suddenly changed from open to cancelled. Without any notice!

What is this? If your odds provider did this, then you have to understand this is NOT fair to your customers! The odds were definitely not wrong because other bookmakers had a comparable line. And IF you cancel a bet you should do it RIGHT AWAY and not wait 25 minutes until the bet is 99% sure a winner and then cancel.

I have a problem since 7 days ago. My cashier functions have been disabled since last week Thursday 3rd October. Then I had to send KYC documents and do a Veriff camera verification which I both passed. And then I received an email that my account was flagged for multi accounting. But I absolutely have only this one account and in detail explained to your security team that I am 100% sure I only created one account, nobody ever could have had access to my account and/or laptop and I always used the same withdrawal address which is only controlled by me. You can check your system that there never was more than just this 1 account created on this laptop and you can also check your database on first and last name that I do not have multiple accounts. Also, I never took any bonus or even any freespins and was not referred by anyone.
The only thing I can think of which may have triggered the "flag" of your system is that I sometimes have a VPN turned on. This however is not to mislead you in any kind of way, but I use it to watch live sports streams on a website which does not have the right to show these events in my country of residence, hence I need to use another country IP-address to view those. I already promised to your security team that if they want, I will make sure I will not use a VPN when logged in to Sportsbet moving forward.

Other than this, I really like Sportsbet. You have so many betting markets and a good overview and navigation. I can still bet on my account, but knowing that the cashier function is still blocked does not make betting as much fun anymore right now.
I have now sent 2 explanation emails to your security department but am waiting almost 48 hours for a response now. I was hoping you could make sure this gets solved soon.
