441  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What if everyone withdrew their coin in fiat? on: January 21, 2018, 09:43:48 AM
That is a longer and stranger thing than you think.  First, remember that there are many people that have ties into the mining farms, in one form or another.  There are also the exchanges and the P2P sites.  The initial exodus that you describe would profit the mining farms, the exchanges and many others.

And I've always been interested in one question, What will happen to a certain coin in a few years? They will always be traded on the stock exchange or do they have a certain period of life? I mean any coin that can be taken by example.
The worst thing that would happen in the name of cryptocurrency is if we are withdrew our money, hope that won't happen although it is expected to happen when bitcoin has reached its maximum capacity and the value has boom enough to make us all rich, but so far now it is unlikely to happen as we are still at crazy stage in having a cryptocurrency in our wallet.
442  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you decide which coins to buy? Do you use the method of trading the news? on: January 21, 2018, 08:11:02 AM
The method of trading the news is very effective some times but the best approach is to do your research and base in your research you should invest and have a target for tradijg to bitcoin back or continue to hold bitcoin as a strategy!
You can only make a sensible decision regarding to that of buying of any kind of coin amongst all the coins which are there in the world of crypto currency when you will study about all the coins in detail and will chose the best possible coin. However, it all depends on the individual who is busy in trading like which method and technique he uses in order to make money in trading.
Knowledge about the coin that you are eyeing to have is one of the key factor to choose the right coin, so how we are able to do  that? By choosing the right coin study about all things that were related to it from the simple searching the dev and teams behind it, as well as the whitepaper so we would know their action plan. Majority of people have no knowledge of the market economics and it would fall for all of those who don't know what they're doing to lose all their investment so be vigilant always.
443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: which coin safe for trading? on: January 21, 2018, 07:50:56 AM

For trading, I suggest buy ETH and leave the others. Until now I only trade with eth and bitcoin for invest. Eth has significant price action and a good news history ( for speculation ). That's my personal opinion and until now, eth still give me income. Keep practice and let experience become your best teacher. For expert, any coin is profitable. Good luck to you.

Ethereum is well ahead of other major digital currencies such as Ripple and Litecoin, but even though its price has already appreciated significantly in the year 2017 there is still 10x or even 100x long term upside from its current levels as it has not come close to mainstream adoption yet but have possibly thousands of applications in development and they were focusing on making Eth more accessible and user friendly.
444  Economy / Speculation / Re: South Korea trading ban on: January 21, 2018, 07:11:40 AM
South Koreans who have been using bitcoin are really devastated by this news. This ban also affects the value of bitcoin taking it down plunge as low as 11k-12k but I hope that btc will bounce back and so we can recover from our losses. On the other hand thisnis a good opportunity to buy more bitcoin, hold it till the price pumps up.
then can this whole problem with the fall of Bitcoin? Do we also have problems in South Korea? I thought that since Bitcoin is a decentralized currency, the price for the whole world is the same on Bitcoin.
Despite the fact the South Korea has been one of the biggest markets for bitcoin, Ether and more cryptocurrency activity, but their central bank and their financial regulators had refused to recognize it as a currency just like other countries. Their government has vowed to take action against crypto- illegal conduct such as the market price manipulation and tax evasion, so what they did is to put their real names on their crypto accounts despite the news of impending trade ban and that can be seen as a positive effort to legitimize trade.

445  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC fall again within a few days? on: January 20, 2018, 04:27:54 PM
Over the span of 3 days after you raised this question, it is prevalent how the rate of Bitcoin has been fluctuating over time but always stayed on the range of $10,000 - $11,000. Hopefully you were able to maximize that opportunity because just a few hours ago, Bitcoin rates suddenly spiked up to the range $12,000. I am taking this as a good sign that the rates won't hopefully be going below $10,000 anytime soon because we can say that Bitcoin is gradually recovering. Hopefully it continues to do so as it can truly be unpredictable at times.
As those experts were saying that bitcoin price for the year 2018 will hit $60k but they also think that it would be hitting a big crash at $5k so we don't know if what happened this week was the one we are expecting at, or there is still one big crash that will going to hit bitcoin, but seems that the dump has been very health as we had the chance and the opportunity to buy at a discount of 40-45% of the price.
446  Economy / Speculation / Re: time to buy soon on: January 20, 2018, 04:12:57 PM
Yes now it's time to buy more for invest. Because the price drop down, buy more to get more profit for the future.
Bitcoin still good investment for me, in this year bitcoin and ETH will leading the altcoins market. Bitcoin this year will reach around $ 40,000.
So, no need to wait let's buy more bitcoin for your long term investment !
Bitcoin had dump in a short run because of China and Korea but in a long term  bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies will stable and will rise up again.

Due to volatile of the price sometimes going up at constant period, and goes down again with that a lot became scared especially investors, and it is really the hardest part of investing in bitcoin, which is figuring out what strategy we would have to be, so many approach to consider and the final decision still in our hands.
447  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dip over? on: January 20, 2018, 03:30:11 PM
I never expected that bitcoin's price will reached $10,400 this year 2018 because most of the people here are expecting the highest value of bitcoin in the history but since the year 2018 just started then I should be optimistic that it will recover soon and the price of it will pump again just like in the month of November year 2017. As of now, the value of bitcoin is $12,699 which seems that the bitcoin price in market is recovering. Let's be optimistic.
As they have decided by coinmarketcap to exclude Korean prices that was one of the reason why bitcoin price goes down, and now bouncing back again after a calamitous week that passed, actually some experts thought that bitcoin's upturn was inevitable as the markets begin to correct themselves, with this the trading volumes were once again became extraordinarily frenetic across the exchanges since yesterday
448  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hold or Trade - Which is Better? on: January 20, 2018, 03:15:00 PM
I understand that holding will give you the most parabollic benefits out there but I also enjoy trading a lot, and I think it is necessary to keep every coin alive, I would separate a small or big amount depending on your economy only to trade, while keeping your portfolio intact, this is the best approach I think.
A strategy that most of us are doing is called the buy and hold which involves keeping and investment over an extended period, anticipating that the price will eventually rise over a period of time, but with that it also requires patience and careful decision making, 'cause an investor generally making decision based on the history of a certain coin but for those who wanted an assurance to their investment then do holding bitcoin for a long time.
449  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: PLANNING AND MONEY IN 2018??. on: January 20, 2018, 02:49:12 PM
What is your plan for 2018 and how much money do you want to earn in 2018?.
My plan in 2018 is to continue investing in bitcoin, investing in potential coin.
I want to earn $ 10 million in 2018.  Grin Grin Grin

We are talking about huge amount of money here but I have to set my goal which I think is more possible for me to achieve. Personally, I set $5k this year as my goal and I know through cryptocurrency everything is possible. But if I see some improvements on my trading skills I’ll probably increase it.
Well, we do have same perception, for me even though I don't have much savings for now for as long as I can put up a business that would be fine for me, because if you do have a business money would just follow you, last year I started my own Internet Cafe and now planning to put up my second branch until 3rd branch and of course would hold a bitcoin as much as 1 - 5 btc for my children's future.
450  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: New exchange wishes to get some advises. on: January 20, 2018, 01:57:12 PM
Setting up is not an easy thing to do, it will take extra efforts to see that platform has a solid security structure and of course make it a friendly user to interface and a fast service that can serve both mobile and desktop, it also has to be intregrated with multiple blockchains. You need to fine one of the great developer who would stay ahead and would be willing to adopt the latest techonologies for exchange.

451  Economy / Economics / Re: How would Bitcoin react to a global financial crisis? on: January 19, 2018, 02:45:03 PM
In a financial crisis everything's affected. Everything goes down in the financial, stocks ,economic aspect and
even cryptocurrencies. I think bitcoin will not be exempted when that happens. Even if there isn't any financial crisis yet,
bitcoin has fluctuations already, maybe it will be different when one actual crisis does comes along.
Maybe it will be the other way around.
Due to lack of financial a lot of investors would pull out their investment here in bitcoin and with that bitcoin will also suffer, although bitcoin is just a digital currency please take note that we are still using money in buying for it, so the purchasing power of people in buying coins will really decrease, so the effect would be bitcoin and other coins also affects a lot.
452  Economy / Economics / Re: what is the predicted value for BTC in end of 2018?????? on: January 19, 2018, 02:25:52 PM
If seen from the growth of bitcoin every year, I think the price will be more expensive than years earlier. We can see how the rapid increase in 2017, so I think in the year 2018 bitcoin prices at least will increase over $20k.

Bitcoin price really varies based on the assumption of different experts, but as to me, as I am being positive with everything that I am doing, I know that bitcoin value was just like roller coaster, it is hard to predict sometimes the price is heart breaking because of the price hike but it was also just like a heart attach when it becomes lower than the expectation.
453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'm late! on: January 16, 2018, 04:26:41 AM
It's not too late, you can still learn about Bitcoin and earn some. The available supply will keep growing up to 21 million. Feel free to learn about other alt coins as well since there's more to this ecosystem besides Bitcoin.
Its not too late in bitcoin you can still learn and grow your knowledge about bitcoin. Bitcoin teach us how to invest and gain profit and how it works in the market. And you learn also about alt coins, for extra income.
For those people who were just starting bitcoin, make sure that you are starting to learn also, start from your self , ask your self do you really want this? Do you have time to do this? Bitcoin is a win win situation, we should not always seek our benefits but the benefit of bitcoin as well because without this we don't have extra income too.
454  Economy / Economics / Re: China is going cashless with more centralization on: January 16, 2018, 03:59:01 AM
No wonder China will make such move after deciding to banned bitcoin exchange in their country I am also expecting they will introduce their own currency to divert bitcoin market so that they will have full control over their crypto currency. I think one reason why many countries do not want legalization of bitcoin is because it is decentralized and like China sooner they will start creating their own cryptos.
Thanks to bitcoin, they have come up with a good idea that will make sure they will be the first to do it, doing a cashless society is a great and less hassle, so I would love to do it as well in our country but I know that it will take time and it cost a lot of studies before it will implemented but when China finally do it then other countries will be open for this kind too.
455  Economy / Speculation / Re: South Korea trading ban on: January 16, 2018, 03:12:29 AM
Any news on this?
Everything's falling deeper and deeper.
It's not a real one, it's only a FUD. Crypto ban isn't finalized on SK https://www.coinspeaker.com/2018/01/11/reports-coming-south-korea-causes-fud-cryptocurrency-ban-not-finalized/

Nobody knows exactly why South Korea is making this decision, I think the Eastern asian countries are trying to launch a war against Bitcoin. We are looking forward to more decisive steps than Japan.
I have read someone on twitter I don't know if he's working for a crypto media company and he has a friend who's on crypto too in SK and his friend verified that there's no ban.
Maybe just like China government reason they don't want this kind of opportunity to enter in their country because it is like a bad scheme as to them, and it will just imbalance the countries economy, so for me they know what is right for their country so we just have to respect them, for sure they will know the truth and the missed out opportunity.
456  Economy / Speculation / Re: I'm officially sick of the bitcoin price right now... on: January 16, 2018, 02:27:21 AM
yes, bitcoin is still having a very bad day until today. this is a big slap for us, that bitcoin has its weakness. but I'm sure slowly bitcoin will move up this year, likely to be above $ 30000.
Don't pissed off with what we have right now, we are still thankful because bitcoin is not lowering to $10k, and won't ever lower to that since the demand is continuously rising, and the demand is not decreasing it is just that some people are doing buy and sell so the price is really unpredictable now.
457  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we trade Bitcoin if internet goes down? on: January 15, 2018, 03:25:11 PM
If the internet goes down, Bitcoin is rendered useless, you pretty much can't do anything. But I doubt that the internet will ever go down, as in like fully shutdown across the whole world.
If internet goes down, it would be a great trouble for everyone who use it. Well bitcoin is a digital currency, meaning it will function with the use of internet. It will not work, and break down. But one thing I know is it won't happen that the internet goes down because we are now living in a modern technology.
Everyone will get affected by this since all of us are now relying on the internet, so I don't think that there is a government and a private company that can operate, people who are always watching news and updates in any social media will get pissed of and even banks, so I think it cannot happen.
458  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think that bitcoin can reduce corruption? on: January 15, 2018, 02:25:08 PM
Hi,

I don't think they are going to make any effort. There is indeed a competing system but it is still hard to use and sometimes impossible (you cannot buy your meals with bitcoin for the moment). So I guess that for the moment they don't really feel threatened.

Thi may change though. And still, I don't think it will change anything in terms of transparency. Bitcoin may indeed be banned, or transactins prohibited. But clearly transparency is the worst possible thing for most institutions and correspounding authorities.
I don't know as well if it has a big effect since not all politicians are in favor of having a cryptocurrency in our country, and if a person is greedy, he can do a lot of things that would make him become rich regardless of how he will do it, cash or non cash transaction, they can find way to corrupt so bitcoin has no effect for it.
459  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in 2018 on: January 15, 2018, 01:20:11 PM
According to me i see a huge rise in the bitcoin growth.
Bitcoin has experienced a lot of fluctuations over the years but it's still very well developed now, which shows us that Bitcoin has an open future, which in 2018 will definitely be a development year. of Bitcoin
We are just starting for the year 2018 and let us just humbly wait for the rise of its price, I cannot see any negative effect or happening right now, bitcoin will grow no matter what just like what we didn't expect from the year 2017 right? It doubled the price that we are just expecting so let us hope in this year as well.
460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: January 15, 2018, 01:04:47 PM
I wonder if converting alts to bitcoin using a trading platform also has high fees and also takes a little bit longer to do? Because I think it would be much cheaper to buy alts than bitcoin.
The fees aren't that high if you just want to convert your alts to bitcoin or vice versa. What is killing us are the withdrawal fees, it includes the miners fee and as well as the withdrawal fee that goes to the exchange and that's why others are deciding to get into altcoins instead of bitcoin. Just use bitcoin as it is, if you want to use it as currency go for it or if you want it as an investment do it.
Sometimes it is high depending on the blockchain or the difficulty, because we all know that miners also incurring cost, that is why, but for me that is acceptable since not all the time that the transaction cost is high, and for me why I am using bitcoin is because I wanted to help the crypto world with that I am promoting it.
