This site is one big joke, they say that they withdraw money in 12h, in rare cases 24.It's been over 48h since i requested my withdrawal and still don't have my money or reply to my ticket on helpdesk. The funniest part is that my withdrawal is only 14.7mBtc (149$), i wonder what happens when someone tries to withdraw over 1k...
I am sorry to hear you have same problem. Please let us know when/if they response. I wait over one month before I get asked for documents. I still waiting |

Can you trust your documents with such company?
What is the name of the company? Game Protect received a huge scam report in regard to Bitcoinrush, so no I can not trust! This is exactly my hesitation Company is Bitcoinrush.io Hello forum, Has anyone sent documents to this company to satisfy KYC requirements? |

Yep - and the support team responded, right now the ball is in your court -- check the ticket. If you are still running into issues, please create another ticket. For the sake of transparency so other are aware. I created a support ticket. It almost a month to be told KYC AML may be required. Even then no details of how are provided. Finally I have received a link to verify with documents. All very sketchy and make me very umcomfortable. Additionally when i raise the concern on telegram group, I get blocked Can you trust your documents with such company? |
