Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Looks like they're legit, the service is started since 2013: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=228243.0 and they held a sig campaign too.

that's literally no indicator. there were many scams advertised through sig campaigns here.

bitcoinrush looks like a casino, so it's at least not a ponzi scheme

Their website states withdrawals can take up to 72 hours. I have waited for one month still pending
