And thanks for your interest.For us it was clear from the beginning that some of the tokens will land on DEX-es.So be it.People got their tokens for some activities and they choose to try to sell them .Very good.Free markets.But the seller should know that the price means nothing only value means something.Before the token will get its deserved value, we will buy all the Forkdelta tokens back for nothing.And then we will resell them with value attached.And if anyone thinks it is easy to build a fully decentralised platform from scratch, something unique in its form and functionality which is beneficial to a community ,should just give it a try.Then we can talk from equal to equal.The world of crypto is shiny and polished from the outside.Slogans like financial freedom, be your own bank, DeFi,etc.are nice and have impact but the reality is something else.Little has been done for adoption ,and most people have always a price in USD in their head when they talk crypto.Exchanges are Fiat making machines for their owners.Genuine projects are not accepted easily, because they can't be manipulated.In essence ,the little guy,maybe those which belief in a real change ,are burned the most.In order to maintain its value,a decentralised project has to be build by a community.This way nothing gets lost,it is just transformed in something better.We will do this with a DAICO .Why?Because any IEO is very costly.These costs have to be taken away from someone which means a loss of value.DAICO is the way to go.With real escrow,with funds being release when milestones are achieved with the possibility for an investor to retract his investment if he doesn't like how the project moves a.s.o.We have the platform ,and it is an advanced one.When enough people come together and understand the higher value of a DAICO versus an IEO,listing on an exchange will happen by itself.And keep in mind:what we see happening now with the lockdowns and the economy is just the tip of the iceberg.Don't take these happenings to easy.Stay safe and healthy.

It is true that we have a setback because of what happens worldwide.Private sale has not yet started because we want the private sale to work as follows:It should be a DAICO.Each investor should have a private vault secured by its own smart contract.Token holders can create executive votes and once voted they will be automatically enforced.Release of funds will be required for roadmap achievements.This will happen in phases.If investors are not happy with the progress they can ask for a refund.This will happen automatically .In essence:a real decentralised and 100% trust-less funding system.We work on this for now and when its ready we will announce the private sale with more details.

Thanks.These days we focus on the platform.We talked to the ETH Dev community.The structure is very complex and has not been done before but it is possible to do on ETH.But there are also other options which we explore.Not everything has to run on ETH.Stay safe everyone.

Well.the company through which we founded expenses for the project is shut down, has no more activity and will probably not have for a long time.It was a company in the public sector.So we just have to adapt and see forward.We are working on the governance platform and we don't have to hurry.There is still a lockdown for at least another month.We don't ask for your understanding but this is the reality and we don't wish anybody to lose a 20 year of work building a company and se it destroyed in 3 month time.But we are very serious in continuing the project.
It is just a bit delayed ,thats all.

In order for our project to work the way it was designed we are indeed looking for someone to hold escrow for funds and tokens.This should serve mainly the purpose of security for participants.And whom should we ask if not the most honoured and reputed members of this forum?Our project is designed to be a DAO from the beginning ,which means that funds and tokens should not be managed by a centralised entity.The release from escrow can happen only after the members vote for a project to be implemented ,and the workflow is established.
If we created discomfort we apologise .But there is nowhere else to ask or go.If the most experienced people in blockchain can't give us a friendly advice on how to proceed in the fairest and most honourable way, we are out of options.

You should all understand the following:If we would have wanted the same old business model ,we would have gone to the Bank and with EU funding we could build a Vertical Farm in no time.Its just a bit of paper work.The thing is that we don't want to work for Banks .Because this is what will happen.Will we get handsome salaries?Sure.But until a loan is paid of you work for the establishment.A real DAO, and i mean founded from the beginning, solves the asymmetrical  profit distribution.It creates another kind of economy.A socially conscious one.Of course you have to pay taxes, but these will be only a small part from the profit.The rest is distributed directly in the fairest way possible, through a blockchain.The owner of such business will be the DAO ,as an organisation ,represented by one ,two or more members in the real world.It must not be necessarily one of the founders.There are maybe much smarter or more skilled DAO members to do the task.It is legally possible to do so through a notarised act.We also understand that for most people this sounds like utopia .And it is true till the moment someone makes it a reality.This is one of the true use cases of Blockchain:to create a shared economy.What else is there to offer?We do not hold funds.We will use escrow services, at least 3, for max. safety .Should something go wrong ,or we don't get the funds together to get the train moving, everyone gets his amount back, instantly .Same goes for Project tokens.We hold just a small amount and that is for the initial work we did and do.When token sales starts ,they also will be in escrow.Should we vote for one proposal, and these should always come as cashflow creators for the members ,and get the train moving out of the station ,the erc20 Utility token will be swapped with a security token, bearer of partial ownership and benefit rights.The security token will also be backed by a paper form hashed into the blockchain ,as an additional safety measure.As you can see, the internet can go down,or can be censored.We can't think of better safety measures than these, at this time.Maybe someone from the community has another brilliant idea on how to secure funds better.For us ,the highest importance is the backing of the investment with real world assets which produces cashflow.
If we start as a company ,we are incorporated ,meaning that we are restricted.And the show goes on, with a CEO and a board which manages business.These eat up a lot from the profit .They can make decisions regardless of what the smaller investor thinks.They can pay themselves fat bonuses, they can decide that this year there is no dividend payout because it was a "bad year" a.s.o.What use has a blockchain in this perspective?None ,whatsoever.Just a fancy word pegged to a regressive economical structure.

It depends in what exactly we, as community ,decide to invest in.The conservative investment ,in real estate for example can bring 5-6% /year.Real estate projects, meaning building ourselves ,will bring you up to 25%/year.Vertical farming or medicinal cannabis 30-40%.As for green energy and water it depends on the deals we could make with different beneficiaries.But again, these projects have to be voted upon.They vote will be done with a solid business plan in place so that everyone knows where the money goes.Once a project is voted, funds will be released from escrow as the project progresses.The initial token will be transformed into a security token and will be backed by a paper form hashed on the blockchain for additional security .This way the investment will be backed by real world assets and the initial contribution will stay intact .For now we have business plans only for vertical farming and medicinal cannabis.

Honestly, if we could we would do just crowdfunding in a decentralised manner with escrows in place and safety measures for the contributors.To list on a big exchange is not a dream its only money.70 k and you are IEO-ed and listed.Even if you have a con-project or run a scam.Nobody really cares.Got the money and pass the rather floppy procedure ,you're in.Play the pump and dump game a few times and off you go with a few mill.And for the rest:hurricane "Katrina".Is this common sense ,or socially conscious?In our opinion ,no.Solutions for this practices are only DEX-es.But these are far away from adoption.For now it doesn't look so bright .We just inserted a middleman(centralised exchange)before the existing middleman(the Bank).Blockchain in it's core should normally take them both out.Maybe someday....))Thanks for your reply.

Thanks.We will see how the campaign goes.It is only the second week out of eight.You could be right though.We will take a closer look at exchange practices.We have only offers for now.

Truth is that we must be cautious .We have to make the right deal with an exchange.An IEO may sound promising ,but it is also a moneymaking machine for exchanges.There are a "ton"of exchanges offering IEOs.They come with a cost of between 0.5 BTC-and can be as high as 25 BTC.This is an upfront charge and they don't really care about the quality or the intent of the project.Also some Exchanges like to lock up  the funds from the IEO and release them in time over a few month.All kind of practices.We have talked to projects which had IEOs on smaller exchanges and they raised almost nothing.What we don't like is that the high fees are diluting the Projects money.If there would be a fairer way we would use it.When the time is right we will choose wisely.

As you can see we are still very young.And we do not hurry anything.What i can say is that we had talks to partner with some of the more serious projects in the space.What we want to build has been attempted only once and the governance platform is complex.At the same time the platform has to be very user friendly ,for any normal user.We keep on going as per our strategy.An IEO comes in play when our community is over 1000 members, organic members.And the exchange will be voted by the community for the IEO.So we are looking forward,

If we want to move forward from the old closed hierarchical leadership system into a distributed system this is the way to do it from the start.And we have absolutely nothing to lose .We see Blockchain as a tool, and we want to use that tool in the way it was created from the beginning.The time is right, in our opinion.The concept is solid, our strategy stands strong.Sure we will have some hurdles to take out ,but this will go smooth and easy as a community.Only good things to come...

You are absolutely right.They try to use the method as the english Kings did with the Scotts:"If we cant get them out, we will bread them out".So yes they are trying to destroy with their derivative markets ,and futures markets and by direct manipulation .Our model and our strategy is solid.And we use some of their methods to beat the odds.If they think they can shut us down, they will have to kill the internet.Even then, a Blockchain can be transmitted via Ham Radio.So they would have to kill electricity.))We need Crypto to gain value in the real world.Thats what we are doing.

Hahaha..,nice one.What could Banks say?They can say whatever they want.We don't want to pay their CEOs anymore.Did you see how much Jamie Dimon got as a bonus? First of all we do not blame anyone.We cant afford to blame.We just point out some criminal activities.Or don't you agree that there is intentional, criminal activity regarding projects?
Secondly ,we do not promise anything.We have a product, a solution, and we have a strategy.This is enough for our project.We are not in the"fake it till you make it"business.In this regard:not guilty
Our token is a formation phase token.Funds will stay in escrow and are not touched by anyone.Should the formation phase fail ,contributors will get their money back.Instantly.This is the beauty of being decentralised.
Regarding this:ICO/ITO/IPO/TGE/IEO/IDO/ETO "all means the same thing - an exchange of financially valuable commodities/goods for similarly valued."
We do not play with semantics.And the quote is a theory.It should be like that indeed.The formation phase does not include any exchange of value for similar value.So no, it is not an ICO.
After the formation phase:
We have our governance model ready ,but members have to chose through voting on which blockchain it will run.There are several good ones but they should fit in form and functionality needed.Best to decide upon this are the members.
We have real World projects ready.Again, members have to vote their implementation.Little mistakes can be made if  members are given the real possibility to decide.
We will contribute to the health and adoption of Blockchain Technology.
Small investors are those hurting because of negative interest rate, high loan rates a.s.o.Also those who lost 90-99 % of their investment in abandoned or dead projects will have the chance with us to regain losses.VCs wont touch our project because they want fast money.And Hedge funds don't give a dime on Blockchain ,decentralisation, autonomy.It is against their regressive business model.

"The mysterious "they" that you claim are manipulating the market"are not so mysterious.It is all in the ledger.Anyone can see big movements before a pump or a dump.Also the printing of unbacked stable coins can be followed.Anyone interested can verify these things.So no mystery there.

See, when a real world project gets implemented, the formation phase token will be exchanged for Project tokens.These give partial ownership rights and benefit payout rights.A paper certificate, will also be released, just in case.Project tokens have real world value because they will be backed by tangibles.You can manipulate tangibles on the futures market or the derivative market.But not as much.The coin will naturally increase in value by value added, and decrease by value subtracted.meanwhile the tangibles ,put to work, will create cashflow.
We would rather see 1000 millionaires than 1 billionaire.It is socially more conscious.

Nice try with this video.It essentially shows that people should adopt Bitcoin.So Mary can give the apples to Peter for Bitcoin and then get some shares with her Bitcoin to multiply her Bitcoins leaving the Dollar multiplier through loans on the sidewalk.You should inform yourself better what the Dollar is these days and what Bitcoin really represents.If you are a Dollar believer or a believer in any FIAT money that is your choice.As it is our choice to believe in decentralised money.Time will tell.The next recession/depression is around the corner.But if you want to stick around here try to get some education.There are a lot of good posts regarding this topic.What money represents, what a FIAT money system is, how banks work, what fractional reserve lending is.
