There is no point in that. If a reversible payment method is used, an escrow won't be of much help. Yes, it will help if both parties refuse to go first but even after that you still have the risk of the buyer doing a chargeback.
So, when Paypal allowed to reverse transactions, it made the exchange of Virwox at risk, right? It seems that it is a reason for them to close |

As other said, report the account and it might get nuked. Not sure if this counts as copy/paste spam since he's applying for campaigns.
Copy/paste is an absolutely forbidden action in this forum, I don't know if it will be reviewed for severity, but violators will definitely be banned (permanently or for a limited time). I think reporting them to the administrators is the best way to impose appropriate penalties |

I support the forum administrators to punish members who misbehave. This forum is full of topic to guide as well as instructions whenever we do that wrong Newbies should not be used as an excuse to make something wrong. In this case, this guy is doing it on purpose many times, obviously a lot of harassment, he should be punished. |
