[ Paypal ] Where can I buy bitcoin if I have Paypal money?

I know this topic might have been asked here countless of times but I am looking for a different answer other than the following information below:

- I'm not looking for a person who I can pay Paypal to exchange with Bitcoin
- I'm looking for a trusted instant web-service where I can go to and exchange my Paypal into BTC.

I hope I am asking the right question because I've been left and right trying to ask this question on places like Facebook groups and I'm somehow not getting where I intended to be.

You may choose to buy instead on Coinbase, the efficient and safest way AFAIK. There are many guides on the internet you may search for those if you think the guides below are not that efficient. I don't think Facebook is a reliable source for that unless that person/page is closely related to a trusted service that sells bitcoin.

For credit/debit cards, you have multiple options: Coinmama, BitPanda, and CEX.io.

As for PayPal, then with Virwox shutting down, you really don't have any other alternatives but to use P2P trading.

You can also ask on marketplace of this forum, but sadly people dont trust Paypal much, since it can reverse transaction. Or whatever is it called. The guy sends you Bitcoin and paypal transaction to him is cancelled and he lose his Bitcoins.

It's all about the reversible option on PayPal, this is why it is always not that much safe, so exchanges avoid using it. Move your funds in PayPal to another credit card and use Coinmama,it's safe.
I can't ignore the suggestion of using peer to peer deals with paypal, somewhere in forums and local social groups. Use localcrypto and create new offers for Paypal exchange, it's also safe and without KYC. Better than Paxful and localbitcoin .

Maybe my question is not necessary, but why don't you buy it at this forum in the Goods section? It may not be safe to trade directly, but you can make a deposit or trade through an intermediary. I bet there are many reputable members willing to help you

There is no point in that. If a reversible payment method is used, an escrow won't be of much help. Yes, it will help if both parties refuse to go first but even after that you still have the risk of the buyer doing a chargeback.

Even though P2P trading, he will have difficulty finding bitcoin traders who accept Paypal in this forum or out there.

For a reason his account is still low which may not have a good level of trust.
If he still insists on finding a Bitcoin seller with Paypal payments, at least he is here to increase his account to become a Hero or Legendary account.

I doubt it. Virwox has been doing PayPal/BTC since 2013 If I'm not mistaken so the risk of chargeback has always been there.

The very high fees and the limits set on PP transactions is what helped them, so even if they had people doing chargebacks, they probably were still on profit.

This. Let Paypal take some conversion fees if your currency is not in USD, but at least you have way more choices now.

If I'm a seller, I'd avoid Paypal offers like the plague due to chargeback opportunities.

additionally the goods board is specific to actual "goods" both physical and digital. the correct board to post such things is the Currency exchange board that can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0 there are already about 20 topics there that are dealing with Paypal among other payment methods.
