541  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking investors: Guaranteed 3% return in 24 hours on: April 05, 2014, 05:26:43 AM
But he is right with his comment Vod. If he send you the 10% the loan deal is complete, in case that you give him a new loan about the same amount. It make really no different if he send you the loan complete back, you grab the 10% and send him the same amount as a new loan back. Wink

Btw...i still awaiting the colateral. Can you only handle 2 loaner at once onemanbob? If yes you should state that in the first post.
No certainly he can handle more than 2 or unlimited but unfortunately his collateral ran out;) If he has all the collateral to cover all of you then he doesn't need to to share the profits with such extreme rates.
542  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Over 20 and above Bitcoins Available. Buy with Neteller on: April 04, 2014, 05:17:43 PM
That's funny, that 1 scammer warn about other scammer.  Shocked Grin
April's fools gone! LOL at this man;)
543  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTB] 50k worth of BTC! on: April 04, 2014, 05:15:06 PM
We can talk but I'm in the US https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=524457.0 as I sell at a premium of 10% Bitstamp, with bulk orders maybe 7% when you deposit cash!
544  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buy Bitcoin (15%+ bitstamp price) on: April 04, 2014, 05:13:53 PM
Moneypak??

Don't. He is a known scammer!
Try me here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=524457.0 if you're legit it's great if not you have to be smarter than me, ok?
545  Economy / Lending / Re: Need loan of 7,25 btc. Will repay 7,75 on Wednesday. on: April 04, 2014, 05:09:40 PM
Or i could take 3,625 btc loan with 1 preorder as collateral (4,125 btc). Repaying 3,875 btc
Is this a joke? I didn't get your collateral and where is it on litecoin forum that you talked or posted about this loan or discussion?

Send me a copy with the price of LTC!
547  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Big Lender and powerful Buyer/Seller both BTC/LTC with Cash/Wire, WU or Paypal on: April 04, 2014, 04:18:20 PM
BTC will end up going up soon as all the "China" turmoil settles; however I don't see that happening this week.  BTC will stay around $430-$450 for the week.

That's my entry Smiley
Looks like your prediction is correct so far and if it stays that through out the weekend you can post your LTC address to get the 1st of the weekly rewards!
548  Economy / Lending / Re: Seeking investors: Guaranteed 3% return in 24 hours on: April 04, 2014, 02:02:25 AM
This is interesting! If you have enough BTC even a small amount will do then with 3% interest per 24h you can grow your money, why need investment? And surely you can scam the experienced ones in here with collateral. I bet you will run out of money in 3 days!
549  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Big Lender and powerful Buyer/Seller both BTC/LTC with Cash/Wire, WU or Paypal on: April 04, 2014, 01:27:51 AM
funny how you turn angry and short with people. I think all I have done is try to do business with you man, but we never come to a point where we can do business. You offered to sell via paypal at stamp +5%, when I asked to do it you didnt sell, I try to take you up on your great rates, but you cannot really sell at those I guess...

I do agree, I do not think we will be able to do business. It is too bad because you talk like it could be mutually beneficial to do business together. Good luck my friend.
It doesn't matter who you are and if you want to use Paypal, simply send the statements in the last 6 months and I will verify it. No TRUST in here!
550  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Big Lender and powerful Buyer/Seller both BTC/LTC with Cash/Wire, WU or Paypal on: April 03, 2014, 11:40:49 PM
Just sold  $240 at BitStamp - 2% from BenAnh and it was incredibly quick. Great communication, I definitely recommend him to anyone.

So you made an account, negotiated trade arrangements, got paid and verified the transaction in about 60 minutes?  have a transaction ID? you can post as proof?
Watch the latest one and he sent BTC first! That is alot TRUST;) And second because we've never traded so I don't have to proof anything to you. I only deal with my customers and they know it once we deal!
$240 is not a lot of trust...couple thousand then you're talking.
We don't need to deal with each other or talk to one another if I recall correctly! So you can get off if you still have pride in yourself.

I thought you just said:

Hey I am always looking to buy a lot of coin via cash deposit.  What is the rate you charge
BitStamp - 2% for new customers, returned customers will be -1% and regular supplier will be 0% as I can buy at BitStamp's rate or BTC-e's rate. I mean I can beat my competitions by offering better rates for regular traders.

So are you or are you not offering new clients Bitstamp -2%?

You can find a better source then I will beat that quote/price!

Can you beat this quote:

Buy Amount  8.5 BTC
BTC at $453.22 USD each

Subtotal   $3,852.37
Coinbase fee   $38.52
Bank fee   $0.15
Total    $3,891.04

Is this from a reputable buyer/seller? If yes, I can certainly beat the price!

Coinbase is pretty reputable.
I meant to say someone in the forum, not CoinBase but in a few months YES I can beat such companies to be very competitive with orders up to 50+ BTC.

You may find it hard to find a seller in FL based on how FL is trying to prosecute 2 localbitcoinsellers for selling without a MSB.

The IRS just deemed BTC as Property (http://1.usa.gov/1s5nvWs)
FinCEN has stated that if you sell BTC you purchased as an investment then you are not a MSB (http://1.usa.gov/1ely4A0)

But the State of Florida two men are being charged with operating an Unlicensed Money Service Business, and trading $25,000 in cash could lead to a felony under FL state law: https://coinreport.net/bitcoin-ron-lowy-us-law/

FL Statutes: http://bit.ly/1mMzCqm
560.125 Unlicensed activity; penalties.—
(a) Currency or payment instruments exceeding $300 but less than $20,000 in any 12-month period, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(b) Currency or payment instruments totaling or exceeding $20,000 but less than $100,000 in any 12-month period, commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.

I am not an attorney, I am not giving legal advice, but I would meet someone in SC where I have heard you do not need a MSB License at all.
Got to watch out!
This person create account and post this 1 post and out of forum now I hope he will not came back here on this forum because post his home and office phone number scamy looking
Could be undercover! So don't be needy greedy because if indeed you are you might be in trouble.

BenAnh, gweedo,

Discussed multi-sig with our CTO. He is very optimistic about this. I mean “hierarchical deterministic multisignature” (HDM)
Thank you guys for feedback.
I think to create reddit discussion about business model. Will post a link, you guys are very welcomed.
Want to see which model is more preferable.
If people want multi-sig, we will make multi-sig.

fruitwallet - the most client oriented ios wallet in the world Smiley
I like the design but have not tested out all functionalities. However a great business model is a must to succeed!
