I love how this user goes from saying HE is a powerful buyer/seller and now he is saying WE...  Huh

I personally don't like whoever this person or group is. Too sketchy and really weird responses.
We have staff to trade 24/7 in small or bulk volumes! Since we've never traded then we don't need such criticism, you can ask anyone who has ever traded with us it's always a pleasure;)
394  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Big Lender and powerful Buyer/Seller of BTC/LTC /w Cash/Wire, MG/WU/MP or Paypal on: April 30, 2014, 06:34:16 PM

We're here 24/7 and pretty much answering every single PM or reply in the thread;)
395  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Big Lender and powerful Buyer/Seller of BTC/LTC /w Cash/Wire, MG/WU/MP or Paypal on: April 30, 2014, 04:27:36 PM
BTC down this week, $400 stamp Smiley
We will see if you're closest to win some LTC;) I think it could be $500+ but my entry never counts!

Currently in the process of having a trade with BenAnh. Will report with how it goes.
That's a discount for you as we will trade at btc-e's rate, got to do it fast because it can go down to $400 anytime now but because we trade in high volumes with buying/selling at an instant hence the fluctuation won't effect our bottom line;)

Doing escrow for Evilish & BenAnh's 2 BTC deal.
Looks like MG is processing the payment now as we just saw a charge pending on our bank in the US! We will let you know exactly when you will be able to cash out but it could be today in your local time;)

Thanks for splitting the thread.

Do you really want some INTERNET FORUMS MODERATOR deciding if your business is a scam or not? People are more than capable of making their own choices provided they have all the information, which is hard to get if moderators are being heavy handed. If they make dumb choices that's their choice to make.

Besides we tried it with scammer tags, know what happened? People still got scammed, then blamed us for it anyway, because hey, that newbie with a month old account doesn't have a scammer tag, he must be totally legit or the mods would have done something right?
If you're trading and you want to have a status as verified or trusted then maybe a couple of verification like linked accounts here and there to make sure that the community can simply eliminate you if you're scamming with one strike (or we can implement a 3-strike). It's not that hard to do with all the resources that the forum has on its hands. If you want to be the best, got to stay on top of the game and Bitcoin is a great example!

Like said previously, that's precisely what the trust system is there to do. Trade enough and other people see this and trust you, scam and you get a nice big red warning on your posts in the trading sections.
If it's that simple you mentioned previously we would not have many scammers! It's not that simple;)

Sold $200 btc-e code to OP.
His Dwolla payment is initiated, but currently pending. Don't see any issues with this as he always pays!
Always a pleasure;)

So it's best to ban spammers but not scammers?
The forum policy is not to moderate scams and let the community police itself. That's what the Trust system was meant for. Spam is obvious, scams are subjective and moderating supposed "scams" can lead to serious censorship by mods/staff. That's what we need to avoid.
I mean spams are just annoying but scams look more serious to me to say the least. It's up to the staff/mods to pick their poison but I would spend more time policing scams than spams to create a safe and better environment. Now we're talking about more than 300k members and the numbers will increase to a couple of millions soon so good resource management should come into play to make the forum the best one, not one of the best!

Look at this guy spamming on my thread and the mods did nothing;) Plus I do not care! He even made threats to get my account banned else he continues to spam it until I give up, just a kid.

Just to give an example!

That isn't spam. I guess some other mods agree. What you have there is criticism. Bit borderline annoying, but still pretty constructive.

Back on topic, moderation of scams can lead to some serious abuse from the moderators side: it can cause him silencing those he doesn't want to tell, claiming he's running a scam. Thus members themselves have to asses the situation and decide whether it's a scam or not.
Then how do you define spamming or accusing others without knowing nothing? Look at who else is having an issue with our trading there? See the pattern. You think this guy (James) is accusing others like that deserves better things in life? http://www.thanhniennews.com/special-report/a-new-way-to-help-24465.html Pretty childish to be a member of Litecoin Association. It's a shame!
