1  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project Covid-19 : An approach to support the Bitcoin community on: June 28, 2020, 07:40:14 AM
I would like to thank Royse777, Lauda, Hhampuz and all his team members to deliver more than enough food for one month to 100 families in Bangladesh.

My associates said people everywhere were expressing their gratitudes. Many people around were saying that they were giving the relief from the heart. They want people to have enough food, not showing off like the politicians and other organizations do all the times.

I have two dedicated posts in our forum about it. Please visit the pages to read more about the distribution and other information.

Bangla is not your language so can I ask you to review the English posts those were deleted, if possible? I do not think any copy paste, any low value conversation, any off-topic will be found. I am really not into making too many posts and hanging around in here. I love bitcoin and working on spreading bitcoin in a corner of the world where it is most needed.

Thanks

If I understand correctly then the বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) is the place where we will post anything related to bitcoin and cryptocurrency in Bangali Language.

https://prnt.sc/stgeyx Moderator deleted this post which was made to tell that I made a small donation to the request of this made by a forum user.

https://prnt.sc/stggzr Moderator deleted this post which was a follow up update of a post made on the bangali language thread.

https://prnt.sc/stghsr Moderator deleted this post which was response to some questions asked by the users in this thread I made.

https://prnt.sc/stgihf Moderator deleted this post which was a valid discussion on the topic I made.

https://prnt.sc/stgj8g deleted by the Moderator which is a valid discussion to response this post.

https://prnt.sc/stgjyt Moderator deleted the post in this topic which was a follow up update on this topic.

https://prnt.sc/stgkvt A reserved post to posts regular update deleted by moderators in this topic.

All together 10 posts has been deleted by the moderator. I can not classify them as spam, off topic. And I do not think the moderator speaks or understand Bangla to moderate the posts too.

I am not too sure but I have a guess here about what is going on and if I am wrong then please forgive me. I had some hot word exchanging with a Legendary use in the বাংলাদেশ (Bangladesh) topic. It was clear that he did not like what I am posting in the thread but that is the only thread I have, to post in Bangla language. Is it possible that any of his alt is reporting my posts so that he can make my journey hard in this forum? I hope not.

I would request visitors to find the mistake (if any) I have on those deleted posts.

Thanks.

Hello john1010,
You can use google translation of the link provided in the OP. Furthermore, if you are not a Bangla speaker then it is not for you unfortunately.

Post in Bangali section will be considered only.

We are not looking for people who will be joining us only for payment. We need users who love bitcoin and wants to help spread out the voice of bitcoin.
Thank you for your interest.

Then you need to change the title of your thread because it's misleading because you are doing clickbait by posting that people are going to get paid for posting on your forum when in reality it is not, or add payment only for Bangladesh posters, I don't expect this forum to become popular because of their misleading campaign.

This is really sad that for some sats you are very aggressive. You do not even want to read the main post or not even want to bother to read the responses properly but just looking for sats. This is not the true spirit of bitcoin. A forum is not your income source but a healthy place to discussion about a culture and spread the word.

Please read:
Post in Bangali section will be considered only.
Also please pay attention to the word "only"

How does it's misleading?
Please do not spread negativity if you can not help.

Thank you.

I quickly check your website, I know it is local to Bangladesh folks, so how can you attract people here who don't speak your native language?

Goodluck to your forum and to your dedication to bring Bangladesh to Bitcoin though. Your government seems to lack the understanding towards crypto but maybe you can tip the tide in your favor in the next coming years and change how they look at Bitcoin. Best of luck.

Thanks for your good words Kemarit.
Bitcoin is very much an unrecognized and misunderstood technology/concept in Bangladesh. Very few people have some idea about the concept but majority who heard about bitcoin has very negative thinking about it. Surprisingly, these known people about bitcoin are not even a tiny fraction of the population of the country. If you ask 10 people I am pretty sure you will find that none even hard about it. I am talking from my own experience. May be you will find 1 or 2 from 100 people but those are the one who only heard about the term "bitcoin" with some negative feed. The reaction is like this : "Oh! Yes!! Bitcoin!!! The _______ use it?" (in the blank put something negative like: drug dealer, black market, arm business etc)

It gives me pain, it makes me hopeless when I see the nation is falling behind just because of the lack of true knowledge. The forum is just a little initiative to help Bangla speakers to understand the true benefit of Bitcoin. It is a big job to take on only in few of our's shoulder but I hope there will be some other bitcoin lovers also who will work with us too.

Thank you.

There are some questions raised so far I see in here:
1. Posting on local section because it's a local language: Brothers we need traffic in the forum and I can assure you that there are a lot of Bangla speakers who writes in English but not interested to visit the only Bangla thread we have here. So we are diversifying our marketing. The other admin we have, he has taken care of to advertise the forum in other forums while I will do the job in this forum.

2. We really need people who are motivated to contribute for bitcoin not with the motivation of getting paid, very honestly speaking. We know we have to deal with spammers but I can assure you that we will do everything we can, to prevent spamming. We need exposure, so we came up with this idea and through this process hopefully we will find some good knowledgeable users to work with us to spread the culture of Bitcoin in Bangladesh.

3. Some translation from google: I was surprised to see how much mistakes google do LOL. I can assure you that the payment structure is the same in here and there. Anyone who speaks and know Bangla can confirm it.

I am glad that we are having some traffic in the forum and I hope more people will support us. We can assure you that we are have this honest mindset to spend our time for Bitcoin. We are not financially motivated at all.

Thanks for understanding and I hope your supports will help us to achieve our goal.

Only 10$ for the promotion of the forum is not the best idea. If you pay on a monthly basis then I can provide 10 quality articles every month for the forum. If you are interested then you can let me know
I wish we had some bitcoin whales backing us then we could offer more rewards but every single penny we are spending is because for the love of Bitcoin and spending from our own pocket.
If you are a real Bitcoin enthusiast then you are welcome to contribute to the forum. At this moment we have no such plan to hire people in monthly basis but may be depending on the posting quality we can consider too. I can not promise anything upfront of course.

can you add English to this forum?

Does that mean the forum is only used by local people and only the country of manufacture can use the forum?
It's local focused but there is an international section too. You are very much welcome there to hang with us. Any contribution with contents or anything will be appreciated with great respect.

You can also try Fiverr, we don't have a Bangladesh local board but we do have an Indian local board you can try that board too there are many Indians who are good in writing in Bangladesh native language since the location is very close to it, and I would like to congratulate you for making a step in introducing Cryptocurrency to Bangladesh.
Appreciate your good words brother. I have noted some of your suggestions.

12  Economy / Services / BitcoinBangladesh.org is looking for good writers on: February 25, 2020, 06:28:18 PM
BitcoinBangladesh.org is looking for Good Bangali writers who can write about Bitcoin and it's technology related topics in the forum. We want Bangali readers to find useful and error-free information about Bitcoin and everything related to it.

As an initiative of finding good writers, we have launched a contest in our forum. If you think you are able to contribute for Bitcoin in Bangladesh then feel free to join the contest. We will find a winner and might consider hiring him/them to write for us in exchange of little commissions.

Please do not make your expectation very high because we are some individuals who are investing money from our own pocket to advertise Bitcoin in Bangladesh. I hope we will find you too with us if you are a Bitcoin lover.

Submit your post here: https://bitcoinbangladesh.org/index.php/topic,20.0.html

Thank you.
13  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: BitcoinBangladesh.org a local bitcoin forum for Bangla speaking community on: February 24, 2020, 05:51:11 PM
It has been asked here many times but since the community is not much bigger (from the regular view), I think this is not something they have in their list.

I was with this forum from long time and I have had this request several times but never heard a positive response so I was working on setting up a team for me to have our own community in our language (Bangla) to help and grow a community to bring positive impression for Bitcoin in Bangladesh. Bangali people really are in darkness about the entire Bitcoin and Blockchain technology.

The idea of this project was created one and half year ago and I was able to register a domain and start putting things together only few weeks ago.

Thanks for your input brother.
14  Bitcoin / Project Development / BitcoinBangladesh.org a local bitcoin forum for Bangla speaking community on: February 24, 2020, 04:18:53 PM
Bitcoin in Bangladesh is yet a technology/industry where people think it's a dark side of internet. In general they think it's an illegal payment method (legal is paypal and others LOL). The media presents it in such a way that the viewers are bound to be scared. Bitcoin users do not feel safe because they know the local authority will give them hard time, they may even end up to the jail. People who are seating in the higher position in the administration they also have misconception about bitcoin so blaming them to make it illegal will be to much.

Bottom line : Bitcoin is scary in Bangladesh. If you talk about bitcoin then you are talking about an illegal object or whatever name you give it.

BitcoinBangladesh.org forum is created to spread the true knowledge about bitcoin, build a nurse a community who speaks Bangla and share their knowledge to remove the negativity the misconceptions about bitcoin in the Bangla speaking community.

Not many Bangali users are in here and the only reason is that they do not have good English writing/reading and understanding skills. I hope BitcoinBangladesh.org will fill the gap and will serve the local bitcoin community. This forum will also help people around every corner in Bangladesh to adopt with Bitcoin and it's technology.

We are open for any suggestion and support to make the community a successful and stronger.

If you are a Bangla speaker then please visit us, join us and help us to grow with your condition-less contribution. If you are not a Bangla speaker- do not worry, we have international section and I hope you will help us with your knowledge too. We have plans to hire some good Bangla article writers to translate some of the good informative topics from here and from our international section that will be posted by international users.

Thank you everyone for reading this announcement. Let's make everyone a Bitcoiner.
