Did they give you any particular reason as to why the whole delay thing happened? Because they owe you as their client an explanation for the possible damages they could have caused you?

And if they do resolve this, it's very important (for other similar cases in the future) to remove scam accusations. If they do the right thing, it should be known!

I offer to review and if possible confirm the evidence. I've done that before. Just note that sending a Letter of Guarantee by PM might compromise your privacy because the forum uses Cloudflare, which is very probably a NSA honeypot.
