maybe he mean  these exchanges not hype anymore like 2017 condition which is new coin hoped listed in bittrex or poloniex. and now binance replaced their position . hype in binance was very high and mostly coin traded there able gain profits.

It's not that they are silent, we are currently in a tough time amid pandemic. not to mention that poloniex and bittrex is an old exchange that well, the influence has reduced over crypto market since they enforce too strict rules. if you want to see how well the crypto market performing you should choose a more influental exchange for your data.

If there is no update to share, they will definitely not say anything. Inasmuch as trading is still ongoing on both exchanges, i think it's fine.
