81  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it right time to Buy Alt coins now? on: December 17, 2020, 09:05:43 AM
There is possiblity of earning good profits like that of 2017 again, bitcoin is now very bullish and altcoins are still losing power, buy top altcoins like Polkadot, Chainlink, BNb etc and you won't regret, it's possible to earn 5x to 50x if altcoin season truly unleash it's sleeping dragons, hopefully by January 2021 things will be as good or even better than what we experienced in January 2018
82  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: December 17, 2020, 09:01:54 AM
Presently I don't have much love for DEX because I enjoy trading on Centralized exchanges, the trading experience is like no other and DEX can't be compared to CEX trading probably because of the good volumes available? Or liquidity? DEX only get the security thing right, every other things belongs to CEX
83  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What 3 Exchange Platforms Would You Want To Launch On First? on: December 16, 2020, 06:52:12 AM
I will go Centralized exchanges, DEX like balancer and uniswap are good but still not preferred to CEX for me, also DEX are now more dangerous for newbies than CEX because cloned tokens can get listed on DEX without anyone investigating on the tokens,

1. Bithumb
2. Bkex
3. Coinone

Also it's not that good to go straight on top exchanges first, it should come later, I have my reasons for that
84  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Innosilicon A10 Pro+ on: December 15, 2020, 07:53:46 AM
For example if you have 5 RX470 with 4gb VRAM you only need to get a RX470 with 8gb VRAM and mix with the 4gb cards, just make sure the highest VRAM card is inserted in the first slot on your motherboard, the first card memory is all the miner needs, I've done this and it works, so if innosilicon A10 Pro+ have only 6gb VRAM for all the 500mh to 720mh it still makes Sense
85  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Innosilicon A10 Pro+ on: December 15, 2020, 07:49:31 AM
6gb?? LOL...these asics can even compete or still useful until the next 2 generations of GPU after nvidia 3xxx series and amd 6xxx series, and they put 6gb only? fucking cheap skates manufactures with expensive prices..

so asics now don't have a significant increase in speed/MHs or efficiency like x3 or x4 hashrate over the previous gen...rather 20% more hash + 2gb ram? LOL what a joke  Grin
Is the 6gig a problem? I don't think so, many think that every graphics card they own must have more than 4gb VRAM to mine Ethereum but they are wrong, a single card with 8gb VRAM can make 4gb VRAM cards works very well , the 8gb card must be in the first PCIE slot and the miner will make use of the first card memory only
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: What are options to mine a profitable crypto on my computer. on: December 14, 2020, 07:56:19 AM
I dont have the financial capacity to mine bitcoin. Is there anything I can mine profitably using my ordinary electronic gadgets like laptop, mobile and related stuff?
You need to focus on getting money first then, there is no way to mine and make good money without the right hardwares or equipments, you can learn trading, promote new projects through the forum and earn some money to buy miners later if truly you had a thing for mining, right now mining should be considered an hobby because they aren't as Profitable as before
87  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this even normal? on: December 14, 2020, 07:38:38 AM
Relax everyone, the payment announcement have been made public on the bounty thread itself, it shows that they tend to pay every bounty hunters that participated in the campaign, give them time and wait for your tokens before making scam accusation comments, they won't dare ruin their reputation because they already have a stain from their first project that was closed down.
88  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Is the number of shares proportional to the MH/s? on: December 13, 2020, 07:22:18 AM
The higher your MH/s the more shares you will get, your miner will solve more blocks faster, assuming you have the double hashrate of that 83MH you get from the RTX3080 you will have over 2000 shares already, the bigger the megahash the better
89  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Many old coins are dead and abandoned by the developer, WHY? on: December 13, 2020, 07:15:26 AM
Bad products or lack of good use case will kill interest for any project, raising fund for such project will always be a problem, developers need to make sure that their project use case is non repetitive or cloned of other existing projects, if you can't bring up your own idea do not bother releasing a garbage project, it's a waste of time
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: the most important thing in the development of a project? on: December 12, 2020, 07:30:39 AM
In a project everything must be prepared.

1. The team is experienced in technology so their concept will be good if it is experienced.
2. Funds must be prepared because building a project must have funds. Do not rely on funds from the sale of ICO / IEO. It will be difficult if the project does not develop.
3. Products must be prioritized because the project has a goal on the product so this step must take precedence.
4. Good marketing and can build a community with many who are interested in the project.
5. Do not underestimate tokens at the entry into the low exchange because it will anger the investors.

Not all crypto projects requires funds in order for the project to be a success, if we have to look at things in one angle we will see that it cost nothing to build an ERC20 token today, to build up a website isn't much too, there are many projects that survives and become very big without ICO or any fundraising
91  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The success of the project depends on the project developer himself! on: December 12, 2020, 07:27:29 AM
The ICO craze has enabled a lot of these developers to just march out on their own and start coding, make a website, answer telegram questions etc etc, all the while thinking that they are doing something truly unique. They forget that at the end it is a business and they need a product. A product needs marketing, advertisement and all that shit. Yet, the problem with most of these so-called undervalued, good devs is that they all think they are on to something unique. It is impossible for everyone to be a Satoshi or a Bill Gates and make a business from scratch simply on the basis of the novelty and brilliance of their ideas. The echo chambers of their telegram/ Reddit groups makes it all the more easier to fall for this narrative.

They all could do much better only if they used some business sense and actually invested in marketing their product, meeting potential clients and just run an actual business.
Mate there are three types of developers in crypto space

1. The qualified ones that have aims of showing what they are made of, they Introduce no nonsense projects and they are ready to push the project to its success
2. The developers who aren't professionals but want to give a try, they can bring anyhow use cases, most times they introduce something that isn't needed in crypto space, this may probably drag them down
3. Developers that are scammers in disguise, they have no other intent but to scam investors, they can also bring attractive projects to make the fooling charm works perfectly on investors, some even find copy cating more easier, just copy the popular project idea and give a different name

If a developer can't come up with own idea he or she shouldn't bring up a blockchain project.
92  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Trying to get rid of some AMD HD gpu series on: December 11, 2020, 07:01:25 AM
The cards are old, there will be some issue with driver compatibility if you plan to run today's games with the graphic cards, I used to own a HD7790 which was a mid range card in 2013, it lasted me up to 2018 then AMD stop supporting the HD series, to use one today you need to go find older radeon drivers to be fully compatible with the card, not suited for mining too, just for gaming
93  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 10 RX570 vs 5 gtx1660ti on: December 11, 2020, 06:57:20 AM
Thanks for your replies guys, I've made up my mind to buy the RX570 with 8gb VRAM instead and later probably buy few of the gtx1660ti, I'm sure I can mix them up in a single mining motherboard? And again is there any motherboard that can contain more than 10 graphic cards at a time? Thank you
94  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Drop by if you are a PayPal user on: December 10, 2020, 08:19:35 AM
If you are a PayPal user and your account got blocked why trading crypto please kinda drop comment on here, the reason why I bring this up is because of I still find it hard to believe that PayPal is blocking users account for no reason sake, PayPal is after money and they knew that implementing crypto will bring them huge money, they won't want to chase away their customers and ruin their reputation, they know about better crypto exchanges out there, the competition is real
95  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / 10 RX570 vs 5 gtx1660ti on: December 10, 2020, 08:12:00 AM
I'm planning to build a new mining rig by January 2021 not for the profit purposes only but also for maintaining myself whenever I need some money, I have other businesses running so I don't worry much about ROI, I'm trying to make a choice between 10 RX570 and 5 Gtx1660 ti

The money that can get me 10 RX570 can only 5 pieces or gtx1660ti
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Innosilicon A10 Pro+ on: December 10, 2020, 08:00:57 AM
I note that the 500mh unit on innosilicon shows 920w .. so maybe at 1300W consumption it can OC to 720mhs.

The miners.eu seems to be legit company ... ill do more checking but isnt just faceless / no address. company.  Now that can be faked but it doesnt appear to be at first glance.  So i wonder if they are just setting them to higher power usage like has been done with Antminer asics with both new FW and tunings.  But yeah you would think innosilicon would be showing it if it is real.

Mystery deepens.

Maybe they finally find a way to overclock without having bad impact on the miner itself? Innosilicon A10 Pro with 720mhs out of the box isn't recognized by the maker so yes it's normal to be suspicious, I have nothing else to think of than a overclocked 500mhs A10 Pro to 720mhs
97  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: ETH Hashrate drop on Polaris 8GB cards? on: December 09, 2020, 07:40:35 AM
Maybe DAG File size already increase again, no sure though but try changing miner first to find out, your graphics card is 8gb memory, the DAG size isn't close to 8gb yet so I don't suspect the DAG File size in this case, what type of miner are you using? Is it up to date?
98  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Learn from my curiosity on: December 09, 2020, 07:35:29 AM
Well this will stand as a warning for all bounty hunters that just promote projects anyhow because they are introduced by reputable bounty managers, the truth is even reputable bounty managers can do big mistakes or miss vital informations when doing research on a project, scammers are capable of deceiving anybody so whenever you come across any project always do your own research first no matter who introduce them
99  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: want to mine some xmr whats the correct/legit site for this on: December 08, 2020, 06:22:02 AM
You will need a CPU and GPU to mine XMR, you need to download a software called Xmrig it's a miner software and you will need to configure it yourself, that might be hard on a newbie who have no experience at all, if you are the type then download Nicehash or minergate as this softwares automatically do the settings themselves, all you need is to insert your Monero wallet address and start mining
100  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Lame use cases on: December 08, 2020, 06:19:39 AM
There are few projects that uses such use cases before and after launch they go straight down within months, I don't know what developers are thinking this days, it's not as if there is no more new ideas let to work on, blockchain don't need food services, breweries, gucci, shoes and co, what good will this do for crypto users? Such businesses or companies only need to start allowing crypto payment from their customers, they don't need to build tokens, it's a waste of time
