The forum isn’t to blame, it is all the members that don’t use their brains during transactions. Scamming is too lucrative a business. Anyone can make a lot of bitcoin off the people here.

I think it's not a good idea you deal with such a guy. Here's how he can scam you. He gives you 0.005 BTC worth around $50 and you send him ETH worth around $70. He's reputation is already tinted, and he won't care about anything. What if he decides not to return your ETH which is worth $20 more? Figured I’d give the guy a chance to build reputation for his business. It’s a small amount for me. you go first thats the rule !! It makes it easier to transfer money around the world. It’s allowed me to also meet some intelligent people and have great discussions on finance. Also it helps me find those not interested in it and are stuck in an old way of thinking

Just a heads up to all that play here: major issues since the upgrade. Many can’t place wagers, some missing deposits, support totally bogged down, poker is a huge mess and more. I’d advise all to not deposit for a few days until they get everything resolved
