So as a conclusion, if you want someday to withdraw you may have problems. In my opinion, stay away from Bitsler
Maybe the problem is on you, not on Bitsler. Thousands of people are using Bitsler without any issues. Where your account was limited on other popular betting platform like Sportsbet and Stake. Perhaps, there is something wrong with your betting activity. I think your issue isn't going to affect the ratings of Bitsler here. @Peeps Place, you have made a spelling mistake for Bitsler. You typed 'Bistler' everywhere instead of Bitsler. Ok you are right it is not because I have a bad experience that's everyone will have the same. My only observation is that I have been blocked once I asked for a withdraw. I find it a little inappropriate it sounds like ok you are winning and withdrawing some funds, we stop you. And you are right Bitsler is not the only casino acting like this, but I think people should know. |

Frankly I am more an more disappointed by Bitsler. Five days ago I asked for a withdraw (20 mBtc and my balance is 37 mBtc). First thing the withdraw fee is very very high, second thing I have received this message :
"This withdrawal is still pending, and we need a few more information to proceed with it." I have contacted many times the support but they do not want any information from me ... they say my account is still being investigated.
I am using only sportsbook and lately I must have done nearly 10 bets in 2 months.
I will stop play on that sportsbook, if all this true Yes you are right, that's what I am going to do. After maybe a week, my withdraw has finally been accepted ... But now I am not allowed to bet anymore. I have contacted the support, I can only use casino now (in other words, I can just drain my wallet ...) I hope they won't block my future full balance withdraw as I cannot use sportsbook anymore. So as a conclusion, if you want someday to withdraw you may have problems. betcoin.ag and playbetr.com look like the same book. Exactly the same user interface, odds and info. Or are they two different companies using the same software?

Regarding BC.game, my first thought was rather positive, they offer a wheel spin per day, you have some boosted odds, the welcome bonus is attractive, interface is great. After maybe 1 or 2 months on this platform (mostly on sportsbook), I am a bit disappointed. After the first days, the spin reward is always the same every day (the smaller one) , and after maybe 80 bets I have been limited in my stakes (~0.004 mBtc per bet). I guess that each time you bet on certain markets, you are flagged wrongly as a cheater (I know that they are not the only ones in this case). To get the full bonus reward, I think it is nearly impossible, the rollover is so high, they assume that you will lose everything before. |

None of that means that you, yourself, are abusive, but due to multiple red flags, we need to identify you so you cannot open any additional accounts. Complete the KYC, let's get you down to 1 account and figure out how to move forward.I would like to understand one thing. You propose bets on particular leagues but clearly if players bet on them it is suspicious? You talk about arbitrage but you have to take into account that some players try to find value bets by comparing the odds with those of your competitors and if they are advantageous it is worth betting on them. You shouldn't call all players cheaters when some are just trying to bet intelligently. Again, if you are losing money or suspecting everyone who bets on women's leagues, u19 etc, why do you offer them? |

Most casinos do that.
When someone is about to withdraw and not yet verified, they'll ask you with that. But we cannot do anything with that.
Before, they've been popular and not really compliant and pushy for KYC but it's not only them but majority of the casinos do it these days.
Well, at least before doing that, they should have informed their customers first.
As I could not win I have no idea that they will ask it for legit user too. And after verification of my kyc they made everything normal. But after probably 1 day they have made my limit of betting on cricket. On their support they told me that their odd provider limited my bet limit and they have nothing to do. While I have bet for 100$ (example) then if they limit it to 0.05$ then there is no meaning to operate the account. When anyone win they will limit bet amount but when lose they never limit bet amount. I had the exact same problem with bitsler (but also with Stake, and SportsBet). They always told me that the limit was set by the odd provider. I cannot bet more than 0.2 mBtc on bitsler most of the time (except maybe for premier league main markets). On Stake it is even worse, and for sportsbet they have also lowered my odds. I think it is quite common among casinos ... |

I don't see anywhere in your article it is something decided and applied by odds providers. Where have you seen that? In your article they say the opposite precisely, it's something made by sportsbooks. Moreover the customer of the casino, is not the customer of the odds provider, so there is no reason for them to make things like that on their own. It's not their business. How casinos would keep high rollers and manage their streamers or their sponsored ambassadors, if odds providers were doing this kind of thing on their own? I think it's just an excuse from the customer support to avoid complaints from players and getting a bad reputation too quickly.
Max bet limitation is really applied by the odds provider, not by the bookie. However, the mentioned article doesn't contain this information. I read Stunna replies on the other thread but I do not belong to any match fixing candidate. I am just sometimes following some Tipsters bets. The support told me that unfortunately they cannot do much about it as it is the odd provider that fix limits for an event and for each user. Even on big events just like premier league games I cannot bet with a stake more than 0.1 mBtc. I am level 2 verified, Diamond 1, I never cheated (no multiple accounts or use promotions incorrectly by backing multiple events,...) According to support, I am not banned but it looks like it. I haven`t such situation but possible it depends on time that you use this casino and your bets. Possible that your limits will grow some time later, when you`ll reach some limit of bets or time you are gambling.
I think that you ought to ask support about such situation and if it is possible to increase limits manually.

This verification usually controls your withdrawal limit but not bet limits, if i remember right. But even if it is a problem - your verification level surely is enough for the operations with mBtc. They did not say how long it takes. I was in contact with 2 different persons from support and I guess they copied a standard answer because it was the exact same one ... I remember a year back when I was placing a bet of 1000$ on a table tennis match, I got an error that bet amount is high. I was allowed to place only 100$ maximum on that match. I guess the odds provider has set a limit for the events that are not globally seen. For local matches the limits in almost all sportsbooks are lowered, as there is a high chances that the matches can be fixed. I guess there won’t be any issues to place large bets on big events, until and unless your account is not flagged by the site’s security system. I don’t get you regarding your funds that you have mentioned above. Are you not able to withdraw your funds? A 140 mBtc withdraw was successful this morning |

It looks like you were consistently winning in both of these sites which is why they restricted you in this manner and is completely legal. Casinos do this stuff all the time in order to keep their businesses afloat since none of them like consistent winners.
The only gambling sites that have no problem with such winners are gambling exchanges, Pinnacle etc op.
Why do you say "both of these sites" ? He is only complaining about one single casino and he clearly named it in the title of his thread. In addition, you say it "is completely legal". How do you know that precisely? Even if it's written somewhere in the T&C in small characters, they must have a valid reason to activate this clause against him and they must clearly notify the customer about that. I don't think any regulated or professional sportsbook will wait complaints from the customer they've restricted to reply him we have nothing to do with that, it's our odds provider who is making that... I have reached again the support to ask them if I was banned or if the odd provider detected some violation and they gave me the same speech again: " They are being set by our odds provider on sport, tournament, match, market and user level. Keep in mind that it is not based on the amounts you can wager per bet but they are set based on the potential profit from a single bet. If you already made a bet ........... But recently, I cannot place a single bet, my stake is almost always rejected (too high). The support told me that unfortunately they cannot do much about it as it is the odd provider that fix limits for an event and for each user. Even on big events just like premier league games I cannot bet with a stake more than 0.2 mBtc (when it is possible).
I had a similar situation with sportsbet.io (odds automatically lowered for my account, banned from some promotions) and they haven't gone backwards since (more than 8 months).
Has anyone been in this situation and was able to recover afterwards normal betting configuration?

I'm curious what exact betting behavior landed your account in this situation. The only thing that I could think of off the top of my head is that you must have been using some sort of martingale betting style to where at some point they felt the need to put a cap on how far you can take that strategy. Is it possible this or something like it is the reasoning behind your new limits? If it were me, I'd take the hint and make sure my funds were protected, but reaching out to them and seeing what they're willing to do for you or what explanation they have seems like it would also be a good idea. No I did not use Martingale or something like this. Regular bets, and like I said I try to use when it was possible their promotions |

Same here, once you got the limits the site is dead.
They are basically showing you the door. Both stake and sb.io did exactly the same to me. While stake only limited me for certain sports sp.io did it for all sports, its ridiculous.
I know that the limitation is from the odd put so I believe that there is no platform who is a gambling platform that would like to limit it players except that there is a strong thing that is behind the delimitation so if you take very well that you will notice that yes there is some particular area that you are faulty which is a hidden thing so if you verify well I think you might know where are the last season's coming from I try to bet as much as possible on promotions proposed by Stake but I never cheated (back multiple sides, etc ...). I usually take some info from tipsters and I bet often on lower leagues to have value bets or surebet sometimes, but frankly if betting on exotic league or markets is suspect in this case they might as well not propose these markets. I never use large stakes for my betslip, most of the times from 1 mBtc to 3 mBtc and as far as I remember I have not set any betslip with more than 15 mBtc. |

Did they ask you to pass a KYC? Are you still able to withdraw your funds? You should check that quickly and withdraw all your funds from Stake before it's too late. I don't think those restrictions are just decided by their odds provider, it's a very convenient excuse from them. Odds providers don't manage and don't care about casinos finances. Like any supplier won't care about the finances of their customers if they are paid. They are maybe reporting things to casinos but the final decisions belong to the casino since you are a customer of the casino and you have T&C with it and not with its odds provider. How casinos would keep high rollers and manage their streamers and sponsored stars if odds providers were able to limit them as they want. Moreover as Maasdamer said on one sportsbook he is limited for certain sports while being limited for all sports on another which is likely sharing the same odds provider. A 8 mBTc withdraw was successfull last week but indeed I do not know if I can withdraw all my funds. In terms of account verification I am level 2 (identity card asked , etc ) I don't think you should worry,if you have not received an official email from Stake that your account is restricted and not only the sport section of the site the withdrawals should pass through if you haven't violated any of their terms and conditions. We are talking about Stake here who gives like near 1 million dollars in bonus when is Christmas time like they did last year,I don't think they will care much to restrict an account for 80 mBTC which you claim to have won.I doubt they will put their reputation at risk for such ridiculous amounts for them. I think the odd provider of both sites does not want to let you play more with higher bets (I don't know your history) but maybe you have won big amounts and thus they have limited you,it is a known procedure learnt from the FIAT bookies like bet365 which has a common procedure to freeze your account once you win 3000 EUR or more. Stake cannot help you as they have no power over what the odd provider does,if you can play with any bet on slot machines or other directly managed games by Stake this just shows that it is the fault of the odds provider. Ok So once it is frozen, no hope of recovering correct limits? Maybe in the future,I don't know because I have never been in that situation and I have placed a lot of bets both at Stake and Sportsbet with 0.005 and more as a stake for my bet but I have never been limited by the odd providers as I have always lost 99% of my bets,I am a loser when it comes to sport betting so I now only play slot machines for the time being. I have some concerns about Stake.
For quite some time I found Stake to be by far the best site for sports bet (good promotions, great rewards, good odds etc ...), but recently I found out that I was really limited in my bet amounts. Even on big events just like premier league games, my stakes was rejected (always too high) even under 0.5 mBtc ...
The support told me that the odd's provider set the limits for each event and each user and my situtation will be reviewed maybe later but I doubt it.
It was the same for Sportsbet.io, but even worse, my odds was lowered, and I was banned from any promotion.
To compare, for me the same thing never happened on Cloudbet.
