I checked your groups. To be honest, any kind of advertising out there isn't worth much. All of your groups are full of fraudsters posts which spamming offering cloud mining, Bitcoin doubler websites, Telegram groups with a trading prediction... these are all well-known ways of deception.
Also, members of your group are mostly fake FB accounts created and used only for the promotion of such services. I don't think that behind them is real people which read anything from the group. Plus there is no real conversation between members, just shared posts promoting scam.
there are tools to help you post the same post on xx groups at the same time, without the need to participate in the discussion there.

I must disappoint you, but there is a lot of work for you if you want to have at least mediocre quality in your groups. You can't approve posts like this and expect from someone with serious business to advertise there also.
