Never heard of it. But what does IDO stands for?
2  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is skipping meal a bad habit? on: January 18, 2021, 09:48:39 PM
Skipping meals is actually not good and could take a toll on your body in long-term effect. It is not actually ideal to deprive your body of food (unless you're in for a surgery, your doctor will recommend you not to intake food for a specific time prior your surgery).  Smiley
3  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can I get rich by trading on: January 18, 2021, 08:34:34 PM

4  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do you handle pain? on: January 15, 2021, 12:02:52 PM
Light stretches every morning can relieve joint pain and release tension, however, it would be better to consult your physician to get better understanding of what's causing the pain and what other methods you can do ,if not eliminate, alleviate the pain you're feeling.

6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Latest Metamask phishing site on: January 13, 2021, 03:35:53 PM
Newbies are common to fall for this. It is always safe to do verification first and never give your mnemonic phrase unless it is the real one.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bittrex delisting XMR, ZEC and DASH on: January 04, 2021, 08:27:35 PM

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always consider and be a wise investor! on: January 04, 2021, 07:59:57 PM
Great point! Always do your own research. Jumping from trend to trend without doing such will increase massive risk. There is no such "Safe-zone" when investing. There's always a risk tailing it.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is DeFi Dead? on: December 21, 2020, 04:23:36 AM
I don't feel that DeFi is dead. I feel that, like all other models, DeFi will have it's share of bad actors and good actors. Where one bad apple doesn't necessarily spoil the whole bunch, it makes many people look askance at the industry overall. But, there are still gems that have great products, teams, business models. It has just never been more important than it is now, to do your due diligence and dyor.

12  Other / Off-topic / Re: Higher education, is it so important? on: December 19, 2020, 08:58:43 PM
Not having had the funds nor the opportunity to get a higher education, I would absolutely have loved to have been able to. That said, my career has been a good one, but was never what I "wanted to be when I grew up". For that I would definitely have needed the paper backup that a proper post secondary education brings. Not to mention that it definitely increases your earning potential.

14  Other / Off-topic / Re: When you are emotionally attached to something, you don't care about the truth on: December 19, 2020, 08:31:27 PM
This is called "Cognitive Dissonance".

Cognitive Dissonance:

“Some people hold a core belief that is very strong.

When they are presented with evidence that works against that belief, the new evidence cannot be accepted.

It creates a feeling that is extremely uncomfortable, called cognitive dissonance.

And because it is so important to protect the core belief, they will rationalize, ignore and even deny anything that doesn’t fit in with that core belief.”
15  Other / Off-topic / Re: IS THIS ANXIETY OR DEPRESSION? on: December 19, 2020, 07:47:49 PM
I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this. Covid and the situations in the world right now are truly having a huge impact on the mental health of people everywhere.  I do feel you are definitely having mood and anxiety issues, probably as well, depression. I don't know where you are located, but here is some help if you're in Canada or US.  I hope this helps and that everything will be well with you.  I would google "free mental health assistance" for your country and make sure that whatever contact you choose that they are actual accredited mental health professionals.

17  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2020-12-13]Aren’t You Glad You Kept Your Bitcoin? Don’t Sell It. on: December 18, 2020, 03:03:29 PM
The similarities to what happened in 2017 at this time of year are staggering. Yet, different times and I see everywhere people speculating and graphing huge gains in 2021. There is so much commercial attention this time as well, that wasn't prevalent in 2017. Could be an amazing year ahead.
