1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do some people hide to gamble on: Today at 07:50:34 PM
I see no reason why we should be gambling and hiding, even if the country we lived in does not permit for gambling, that can only affect the public and we may not have to see an open gambling casinos as accessible by everyone, while those that will operate under such may have to go low without making much of adverts in other to avoid attention, while we can also gamble with the comfort of our own self when we make use of online gambling platform with the use of our personal device.

I think some important needs may be attached to gambling in an isolated environment with fellow players. Not all gamblers feel familiar with the stigmas placed on gamblers by non players. Many players talk about how they feel underrated because they're gamblers. These ideas of playing in a hidden environment provides a shield for the players against other non gamblers in their midst. Mind you that such stigma also exists in a gambling legalized country. Though the stress of moving around visiting the gambling location is another factor that should introduce the gamblers to online gambling. For a better privacy. It gives the player the feeling of individually enjoying his gambling session. With nobody's validation and argumentative comments.

Gambling with friends is fun especially where nobody asks too many questions on the activities held in the premises. Everyone would freely exercise their franchise. It also helps players not to get compulsive. Due to the hands of help around them in form of gambling mates or friends. Lonelily gambling in our comfort zone is only fun when the wins creeps in. Unlike this type of isolated settings with friends, where players can laugh over few conversations and discussion. Enlivening the playing environment helps players to actually get a non transient fun which they seek in gambling. Online gambling offers fun for few minutes and the player would wager again. Reasons such as a healthy entertaining environment with close friends is the misery behind why friends may hide to gamble.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the main points of gambling? on: Today at 07:28:18 PM
Gambling thus requires three elements to be present: consideration
(an amount wagered), risk (chance), and a prize.

I noticed that people now don't actually know their main points of them gambling, some people gamble to earn daily and some people just gamble cause they saw their friends won in gambling. That's how they develop their gambling lifestyle and from their they get addicted to it. I've over heard people complaining about them losses, for me I think they don't know the main points of gambling. What do you think about this people losses much? Does it mean they don't know the main points of gambling?
Yeah for me this is some sort of personal preferences whether we gamble for fun or we expect to get extra income from it. Those three are key elements in performing gambling activities and without them I don't know what is. People loses much from gambling because of greed and them being irresponsible gamblers.

Greed and irresponsible gambling is a powerful facility that destroys the inner peace of most gamblers and push them to face mistakes, regrets, financial and mental loss. These pains dumps an emotional meltdown on the players. Such that he'll feel unsatisfied with whatever result he gets in gambling; win or loss. I think at this stage the player has no point of gambling other than the feel of obligation to wager funds every day, any moment. What is to be learnt from gambling is a lot but many would choose money over financial and mental freedom. Less they forget that gambling compulsively consumes money faster than any other gambling strategy or pattern.

It's crucial that a player focus on grabbing new ideas, knowledge, and skills through gambling, as a point or purpose of engaging in the act of gambling. Double checking on the choices and decisions we make as players should be listed, also, as a purpose of gambling. It'll help the player regulate his thoughts and understand quickly when his brain power is getting exhausted. Which is the best moment to call it a day and rest till another session. I see a sea of gambling points that's not connected to making money. Yet only a few players would gamble without having a point related to money.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: cashout or wait till the end? on: Today at 07:09:05 PM
You are right but there are things you need to know, it's not everyone that's gambling to make money, some gamblers are gambling because they need to be entertained, some gambled because they need something to keep them busy like to ease their stress while many gamblers because they need money. Those who gamble to make money believes that the ones they see are the ones they have, when they sees any little money from their bets as long as the money is a little bit big for them they will cashout but it's only the ones that's somehow greedy that waits for the whole games to end before they cash out. I believed that those who waits for the whole gambles to end are not just greedy but they are somehow good in risk taking.
Gambling for the purpose of entertainment, if someone bets a large amount and he gets a chance to cashout double the amount of his bet or more than that, then he should cash out at that time without putting his money at risk. If I was in that situation, I would have cashed out. Because even if gambling is used as fun, if money can be cashed out with good quality profit, then why should that opportunity be missed? i don’t want to miss that opportunity but don't know someone else thinking

With the gambling for fun motive, a gambler is meant to take his profits and enjoy the game till the end. But those thoughts of I would have waited will definitely creep in if the game ends well as predicted. Although the need to smile over it is crucial, yet confusing to the minds and thought of the player. It's rare to see a player who wouldn't have a hard time choosing between both choices. This could end the fun for some players, as the timing is always towards the end of the whole games.

The player will get inquisitive that he's sure of his predictions and it could be correct. Those changes in thoughts is what puts a player in the state of dilemma. Personally it's quite hard to choose the correct options. Additionally, behavioral uniqueness of gamblers differs the choices of players in this situation. Well, it's finer to get hold of what is being offered to us by the casino. Instead of staying stressed till the end of the game. Two options; you could win the complete funds or go with nothing. That's riskier to give a shot.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If we lose in gambling, what do we need to do? on: Today at 04:13:26 PM
I agree with your first sentence of gambling being where we spend money, but the popular notion with people is that gambling is a means to earn money, and some even go as far as taking gambling as means to become rich quick which have oftentimes end them in frustrating outcome and result.

People with such Mentality forget that in gambling losing is inevitable, winning is not always guaranteed so whenever you win a huge profit from gambling instead of having a second thought of making more from your winnings the best option is to take profit and leave or take 80-90% of your winning and leave the remaining 10 to try again with but some people are so greedy that they would want to try again with half of their winning or even 80% of it sometimes. The worst set of people are those who lose and would want to chase their lose, I consider it worst because most people have lost more to gambling due to that, the best thing to do when you lose from gambling is to take a break, relax for some time restrategise and come back again to try luck cause I take gambling as a game of luck due to the fact that the house has the most edge.

Gamblers have no need chasing losses as it's not a vital strategy of gambling. It only causes troubles for the player. And it's right tagging them the worst people, as the repercussions is quite very much on players who misbehave. Going after the losses is almost a well known mistake in the gambling niche. Players who don't stop after losing, are considered to be chasing losses. Whenever the losses begin to get worse the player is meant to stop gambling. Unless the person's motive is to earn money in gambling, he's supposed to limit losses.

Excessive losses causes anxiety to the player. Waiting endlessly to win big in gambling is enough trouble to the gambler's emotions. More like doing things and not getting any results. The house plotted these strategies to gain more profits from compulsive and reckless gamblers who don't pay attention to responsible details in gaming. Players with lesser greed in them easily escape excessive losses. Few hours into the game reevaluating strategies and knowing the exact decision to take is quite a good quality of a responsible player with lesser tendency of greediness.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it proper for younger ones to gamble? on: Today at 03:22:31 PM
What surprised me was that the owner of the gambling shop understood that minors were not allowed to gamble, but he still allowed these children to gamble at his place even in their school clothes. I understand that he is also in business and money is money, but there should be limits on who he accepts the money from, he should be aware that it is not appropriate for him to accept underage children to gamble at his place. Didn't he think about how the child's parents would react when they found out that their child was gambling in a place like that? They would definitely be very disappointed with this, because no parent would want their child to become a gambler at a young age.

Individual differences matters in the attitude of gambling shop admins. Like you said some agents focus on money but forget the necessities of respecting the restrictions placed on young underaged players. Allowing such people to gamble in their shops will degenerate the respect some adult have for the shop. Adult players or high rollers wouldn't mind leaving the shop to a more moderated gambling shop. Those agents who don't enforce these restrictions by allowing school kids to use the gambling shop is causing harm to the society.

On the long run the gambling shop will lose out more customers that won't accept such idea; gambling in same room with kids. It's embarrassing gambling with some young folks. Sometimes the gamblers are blamed for showing their kids the gambling house, taking them along with them to the gaming shops. Henceforth, the young person would think it's normal to gamble there since his dad has once taken them to the shop. On the other thoughts the child's parent can be aggressive with the gambling shop for not bouncing out the young school boy from the gambling shop. The emotional downside it causes to the player will cause a lifelong bad effect on the player.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Double your money and quite on: Today at 03:04:14 PM
A big mistake a person has made is if he spends his time gambling continuously, yes and I agree with your opinion, apart from wasting useless time, he also wastes money quickly and therefore he will often get into trouble. in his life compared to the pleasures in his life.
And I agree with you that gambling just for fun is much better by playing according to the right rules and limits in gambling.
He must not trying to gambling continuously or not trying to double his money in gambling as that can makes him lose much money and he is only wastes his money. He can't double his money, even he decides to playing gambling longer than usual but he will only double or triple his lost than his lost money before. That's why when we playing gambling, we should use gambling for fun and not just to fills our desires to double our money or chase the wins because that will be difficult. We waste our money which we can use it for doing something benefits us and maybe we can make money from doing that thing so we can have more money from that. Playing gambling will not allows you makes money easily but will suck your money fast than you can imagine so forgets your dreams to double your money from gambling. Just playing gambling and have fun with the gambling games.

Before a gambler is considered to have made gravy mistakes his choices will bother him and most of the problematic outcomes in gambling will reach to him, then all his choices will look wrong. Due to the effects those results have caused on the player. The right thing to do as a gambler is being able to sustain a better gambling technical strength able to withhold on the tempting sidetracking decisions which could land a player to a much more trouble. I'll add that playing games is a reasonable exercise but neglecting the right moves and decisions is a wrong move.

Nobody loves leaving the casino empty, but many don't care of restricting the moves which might empty their bankroll. Trying to double money in gambling affects many players or gamblers to retain an uncalculated strategy that causes extra losses to a player. The need to think of a strategy wouldn't matter to such a player. His mind would be to double his funds instantly and leave the casino. However, as the expected outcome is not met immediately, the gambler would wait for it, then lose out more in the process.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling addiction does more harm than mere financial loss on: Today at 02:46:05 PM
Trying to take the wins from the house by force is a fight greedy gambler can't win the house is in control of the game. Why would a gambler try to win using any possible means, to an extent of wagering all his money. The endless effort of chasing loss without any result only leaves the gambling wondering about his incapabilities of winning. Hence, he'd continue, until he gets addicted. Any amount of money that gets to his way will go back to gambling. Addiction and financial loss are incomparable, but one can't get addicted to gambling without losing lots of money in the process, maybe in his venture of wining back his lost money. Since there work hand in hand, gamblers in order not to get addicted, need to be careful about financial loss. Hence self-control can limit the amount of money a gambler loses while gambling. The anxiety of losing too many puts lots of players into problem gambling. But in a literal sense, addiction is way too bad and also requires finance to get cured.
If gamblers takes the wins from the house by force, they will not have a chance as the house will takes all of their money without left. Gamblers will not realizes about their losses because their intention will be gets the money from the house so that makes them forgets to control over themselves. They will lose without any results but that doesn't makes them stops from playing gambling. They will comes back in other days just to try to recovers their lose money before and hopes that they can wins some money. When they can't realizes about that, they will becomes addiction slowly and once they are really gets addicted to gambling, they will playing gambling aggressively and will not thinks to limits their gambling activity. Their intention already change into takes the money from the house but that will be difficult because as the business owner, casino will be the winner that gets all of the money from the lose gamblers.

Casinos periodically offer gamblers some wins and sweeps it back. Another thing is that the house is assured the gambler wouldn't go more days without coming back to wager his winnings. Players have multiple permits to leave without coming back again, yet find it hard staying clear from the casino. The good choices gamblers make while gambling helps the players to be reasonable in their decisions regarding their bank roll. Most of them get worried about the lose of their money.

It's certainly known that people can't forget about their lost money. Similarly, nobody will as well forget a place that once gave them lots of money. However, these things make players to lose huge money and may become addicted. In this condition their losses will increase not just financially but emotionally. Families and friends will begin to get pained over the behavior of their loved one. Bringing more financial losses to their home in the process of delivering or curing him to a better mental state. Yes, it's right to say that gambling addiction causes more losses. Because losing our self control should be considered a big loss to any human.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can we help beginners not to get addicted on: Today at 11:04:24 AM
Our impact here is to make sure we serve some people not to be addicted in gambling because we have seen many people who is addicted in gambling what the team caused them so we don't need to allow our offspring or beginners in gambling to be a victim of gambling additive any longer because we have seen that there is no profit or benefit for someone to be gambling addicted being a gambling additive is like putting all your hope and trust in gambling so whoever that I have a work to do will not participate fully in gambling it will have a duration to gamble
Actually its our individual choices once we choose the pathways that we are in to addiction then we will get addicted but if we choose those pathways that are careful and have a discipline then we will playing because we will feel happy  and also the most important thing in gambling is that we need to discipline ourselves inorder to prevent losses. Cause In the near future once we are reckless then  addiction will come and control us. And for those beginners in gambling always remember that it's okay to gamble as long us we use our exists money.

Truly, beginners possess lesser ability of experience and self control. First resolving these two vital need in gambling will help a gambler to understand his aim of gambling. Which is staying responsible and enjoying the ride. Suppressingly such a knowledgeable skill is going extinct in the journey of new players. Could it be that no one shares this knowledge with them or lesser people posses it? I don't think a newbie player will happily be capable riding alone on the cold gambling world.

Threats seem to surpass comfort in gambling for a new player. Those missing guidelines puts them into early regrets and self questioning. Why they can't be like others who win big? Self challenge controls the actions of naive players. Trying to impress themselves with a huge win as they've promised. Generally, new players require to spend time gambling offline with experienced player. Starting out for the first time with online gambling is challenging and could be too nerve-racking for the beginners to moderate.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: While placing bet what comes your mind on: Today at 10:28:06 AM

Always been confidence of wining is a trigger tool to everyone who gamble and the zeal to increase with expectations of getting greater out at the end, it occur to me I do feel to increase my bet and once my emotion puzzle much some time two things is bond to happen either the game give out good outcome or it end in losses.

when it comes to gambling, we should not be too complacent especially if we are not sure of the outcome of our game, because that is where our high expectations come in and sometimes we can already make plans of what to do once we win even if we don't have anything yet, we immediately lead what will happen so sometimes the consequence is that we lose even more. Not sure but here in our area, the elders have beliefs that don't lead things that will happen in the future because it may not come true or the opposite may happen.

Isn't it a mind game plotted by the house to spike gambler's fantasies of winning big amount. Players have an inbuilt greedy thought which attacks the responsible gambling necessities. Those change of reasoning sidetracks a player into developing unfamiliar behaviors leading him, the player, to experience a sea of mistakes. Our minds also wants to be a winner, as well. Therefore, gambling controls how players think, while they play. I noticed this, after the game is over, gamblers get to realize that they were probably blind to their gambling mistakes. Sessions are not supposed to be hurried or rushed. Because if hurried the player wouldn't think before executing every single thought that's come to him during the gaming session. Not being able to control this impulse of taking immediate actions while gambling can ruin the finance of every gambler involved.

Come to think of it, these are not bad thoughts, but it seems it's the type of reasoning which recurly occurs to the gambler whenever he's participating in the game. Such thoughts erupt involuntarily but voluntarily executed. Some players, however, would claim they weren't aware of how they wagered the funds. I'd say they've forgotten picking up the decision to greedily triple their funds in one session. As the actions were too numerous for all to be noticed. It comes as a surprise when the player only remembers wagering few times. How then was the whole money exhausted he'd ask himself. That's a self-control deficiency, yet humans can't claim that their gambling losses is all a surprise. The behavior could be sponsored by shock and fear. Saw a meme today, of a man on social media who wagered his house rent in a gambling sessions. He seemed to have forgotten how everything happened. Some may be wondering about what came over them. But, it's as a result of neglecting the need to think twice anytime the greedy thoughts are summoned.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do people lose in gambling and still go ahead and bet more? on: Today at 07:32:07 AM
However I don't think gamblers that doesn't gamble to be entertained or for money are much because it's hard to hear that someone decided to gamble because he/she want to keep him self busy. Well there might be gamblers like that but I don't think that those set is of gamblers are much. People who gambles for money are many and it's only the rich gamblers that gamblers for entertainment. Many of use on this forum believes that the rich gamblers to be entertained and the poor gambles to make money so, my question is, is it the ones that are not rich and are not poor that gambles just to while away time?
I don't think it makes sense if their goal in gambling is to keep themselves busy, why not do other things which clearly have a lot more to do and are more useful than gambling. It is very likely that the number of gamblers who continue to put money into gambling even though they have lost are those who gamble with the aim of making money, with a goal like that that makes them not give up even though they have lost and lost money gambling. Incidents like this are no longer strange, because they have happened a lot in my opinion.
Indirectly, in my opinion, they do spend time, but with style. Gambling which is said to have rewards if you are lucky is an attraction for the gamblers who play. In fact, they don't just spend time but also spend money. With those who are rich of course their aim may be for entertainment which can be said to be a waste of time and money, the same is true for those who are poor, the aim of gambling is to make money, and that is the same as spending time and money. . It's just that here the perception is different for the rich and the poor.

What I've read on this responses are interesting and some ideas partially not acceptable by me. A player is either rich or poor and not in the middle. In a twinkle of an eye a low roller would turn to a high roller and revolves this way. Players have ups and downs. Some decide not to wager high because it's squarely unacceptable in the technique they implement in gambling. Hence, placing gamblers in a middle position and wondering if they don't have a reason to gamble is confusing.

As these are also gamblers but don't actually belong to no category when talking about the rich and poor players. I think they can decide to behave like the low rollers or high rollers. So, people go ahead with their losses due to a high leakage in the player's self control and emotional strength. Gaming consumes energy like other activities. When a player is tired their brain power wouldn't function accurately. Tired players get to play recklessly, all they want is a win. I watch some who continuously press on the slot buttons nonstop expecting that it makes an impact.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who should quit, and why? on: May 09, 2024, 10:42:31 PM
It is normal that both husband and wife of a family can be gamblers together but if there are children in that family, it becomes unusual for parents to participate in gambling as guardians. So an ideal guardian should exempt either parent from gambling. Especially the mother is more close to the child so an ideal mother will sometimes ruin the child's future, the mother should first refrain from gambling, then the father will control himself from gambling after understanding the situation. But if that family is dependent on gambling and runs the family from the money earned from gambling then parents should not participate in gambling in front of the child for the time being.
It's very bad for both husband's and wife's to gamble even when they don't have children, gamble might be a thing of fun to them but don't I think we should all get it right that gamble is a thing one should enjoy, so if a whole family especially husband and wife, they might have problems with their gambling habits. If they gamble and their children is also aware that they gamble it will be very bad for the children because the children will try gambe some day and the children will be worst than their parents, some people are into gamble today because their friends or someone from their family made them to.

The compulsive gambler should be gotten to halt their gambling habit as it could begin to affect the family. Players who are both spouses and are unable to control their activities are a threat to the successful growth of a meaning society. Such things have its duties and functions which maintains or retains those expenses of a player. Not controlling it or allowing the gambler do everything all to themselves, would cause future troubles for the gambler's family. As the kids would be forcefully interested in the game and trying to win not just a designated amount, but such that could take good care of their family for a longer time.

The compulsive tendencies of watching our spouses gamble alongside us makes the eligibility of this habit thin, as only few gamblers get fine or accept the notion of having a compulsive spouse as gambler. Holding them back to their senses helps the people in the same environment with the people. It also depends completely on the location the gambler has found himself with his family. Some areas are not supportive of unworthy gambling behavior. Although, it's the right thing, doing, to help secure the peace and harmony of the environment.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling mistake repeated by the gamblers on: May 09, 2024, 09:26:47 PM
It's like an inbuilt virus that runs through the veins of almost every human on earth and that's why it's very hard to be content sometimes with the winning that we have already gotten from gambling, instead the idea of doubling the first actual amount you intended in Winning to even bigger amounts. Sometimes the plan to win little amount will be the goal but the moment we achieve that the plan gets bigger again.

I think it's clear that it's typical of people who can't ignore the greed in them that even though for example they have managed to achieve the victory they want but in the end they still want a much bigger amount of victory by continuing the session sometimes by betting a much bigger amount to pursue a more significant victory. And I would say that greed will never end because this mindset involves desire which as we know in real life when someone has succeeded in realizing their desires then they will again want something bigger when they see that other people have it. And I would also say that this is a typical gambler who simply does not understand and does not know about how gambling really is which is not only about the chances of winning but also the risk of losing will always be a part of gambling, but they only see from one side only, namely "the opportunity to multiply".

Who would get satisfied with winning money. Its a vital technique that operates the minds of players to continually repeat same mistakes. Once a human posses an amount of money, its value depreciates. He would go for more. It's a feeling that explains why people get greedy. Hence, players definitely will battle with the mental trap of winning bigger money. Because the funds will end the moment a player tries to win bigger than he's won. Developing such confidence ruins the happiness of the player in a few more minutes.

At same time admits the player to chase losses. Gambling is an emotional game. Gamblers who are not emotionally under control will get conned by the different stages of emotional technique of holding a player's interest in regaining his lost money. Casinos have designed these methods to earn multiple profits from gamblers. These stages are closely thought out to make a player forget about losing and focus on winning more than his previous games and, same time, gain again, the exact amount won previously, which sponsored the losing chase.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are the main points of gambling? on: May 09, 2024, 08:56:25 PM
I've over heard people complaining about them losses, for me I think they don't know the main points of gambling. What do you think about this people losses much? Does it mean they don't know the main points of gambling?
Knowing the points of gambling will not make certain than you win every time you bet, it has no real relationship with ensuring success when you gamble. For example, if someone agrees to the point that they are gambling for money, or for fun, and then go on to play a skill based game, they still will not win if their skill in that game is not enough. Asides the point of gambling, also know the kind of game you are playing, if it is a skill based game or a luck based game.

The aim of gambling is to realize the responsibilities involved in the game. Players can follow any principle that suits their understanding of the game. But the responsibilities will definitely hit them according to their gambling technique. Gamblers who in doubt of responsible gaming make unforgettable mistakes which ruins their financial life. Such people may as well complain for losing gambling steadily. Because they never had a plan before hand when venturing into gambling. However, it's quite confusing why these people after every session raise questions to themselves regarding why they profusely lost more money.

Does it mean they don't recall wagering the funds? Were they not informed about the gambling losses that surfaces in all gaming session? It's a strong mistake needed to be resolved immediately a player decides to gamble. Being in control and conscious of the outcomes of the game. The big wins confuses some players never to remember the need to stay responsible and careful. That's the reason the end, results to pains and regret. Their consciousness gets deceived in the game and returns to normal after the multiple losses. Within those few minutes, the player think of his mistakes and tries again well prepared not to make similar errors. Yet, the mistakes continuously happen, thereby risking the happiness of the gambler.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: May 08, 2024, 04:48:17 PM
It's right to know that most rich gamblers have a bigger expenses on their end, which makes them to go for gambling. However, most people are not organized enough to handle the disputes gambling could cause to a rich person. Addiction is a gambling obstacle for everyone who don't look into how they gamble, both rich and poor. It's certainly truth that some low income players engage in gambling for the funds. Yet, the goal for gambling shouldn't be anything like that, it's more stressful for a player to only focus on making money. If rich players can take loan for gambling, that means gambling behavior is similar for all gamblers. Both the rich and poor also take loans for gambling.

Looking into gambling as a place to earn is not the right thought. Players need money to gamble not just time. A person with little funds on him would focus on other reliable means of making a living. We all need to win, that's certain, a player must win. But not often. Gambling with the last card or on low income, puts lots of pressure on the player. He, may lose them all, what next would he do other than taking loans. Those who gamble because they have insufficient funds are risking their financial status. The rich have no such reason because they've got enough money to wager. But a person who is not sure of his moves after losing all that money in gambling will have himself to blame. The stress, discomfort, and anxiety that comes with losing all we've got in gambling will fall on the player.

That's right, addiction applies to anyone who does treat gambling inappropriately, of course people who are addicted to gambling are people who gamble unhealthily, such as with excessive expectations on gambling that should not be. This is not only experienced by the poor, but even with those who are rich it can happen, it's just that perhaps many are those who have financial problems or middle class. I agree with you, people who gamble with the aim of making money are not right, because the possibility of losing is more likely to make them stressed by not being able to accept the money they bet is lost.
Realizing that gambling is not a means to make money is something that must be done, to avoid greater losses. The number of those who are stressed out because of losing is also based on their own mistakes in gambling excessively.

Whenever a person gambles excessively, automatically they are making mistakes and that's not good. Personally, I perceive gambling as an activity that's not meant to be abused. However, when a gambler is mainly interested in getting himself into gambling for money, they're also pulling the strings of mistakes. Because when they lose out it's not simple to bear the pains. Could you think of when a player despite possessing little amount of money, participates in gambling, hoping to win big and triple his little amount of money.

These things have no difference although addiction work differently on people, but similar outcomes are being expected by both the rich and the poor. Everyone on this category of excessive gambling bear same mistakes of regrets and loss of control. I wouldn't ask anybody to gamble when they've got little amount of money on them. It's quite unbearable to retain our complete emotions after going broke due to gambling. Also, it's not certain that the player wouldn't wager again, immediately he gets some funds. Hence the struggle of winning continues, no new lessons are being learnt by such gamblers. So, its left for responsible players to learn from the mistakes of compulsive gamblers, never to be in similar situations.

gambling has become open to the extent that when you fail to hold your children tight they will think that the gambling is the best option, in normal circumstances any child that is not up to 18 years is not supposed to participate in gambling and that is another reason that we encourage people not to discuss anything that have to do with the gambling whenever they are around home because their children we think that it is the best thing so far to do is don't participate in gambling so gambling is meant for adult not for children so any child that is up to 18 years and above is eligible to participate in gambling
With current technological developments, of course it will make it easier for anyone to access gambling sites. As parents who fail to supervise their children, this will be very unfortunate because those who gamble before they are more than 18 years old will of course find it very difficult to control themselves and will has a bad impact on their lives, of course it would be better not to talk about gambling in front of our children so that they don't get curious about it and try it themselves.

In such a scenario, I think the gamblers left school to gamble just like they usually do for video games. Things have changed and kids are beginning to develop interest in gambling more than they do in video games and other gaming activities. This is for their interest in money. Every kids needs money due to the pressure from peers in terms of possessions and gadget. Some claim they got it through gambling, yet it's not a good reason for kids to focus on gambling when they are meant to read their books. Assuming the young school kids came without school uniforms it would have been better than showing up in the gaming house with their school wears. It's a better reason for the shop managers to ouse them from the room. But they don't do it, because they need the kid's money.

Amidst all 18+ products I think alcohol has a better restrictions on young people. Gambling doesn't offer such a complete restrictions due to the differences on individuals. Some adults always bypass these kids because they are not related to one another. If they were close relatives the managers would have asked them out. It's a kind of pathological selfishness. Where everyone cares about their loved ones alone and don't give a damn on others who are not friends with them. However, those kids are only risking their mental strength. As they may not be able to control the impulses. That's why it's crucial they are being helped out of such behavior earlier as teenagers.

as heads of household it is important for them to be able to set a good example to their children, and therefore if a head of household is a gambler, they must be able to keep various things related to gambling away from their children. there are many ways they can do this, such as gambling in a more private place, keeping devices used for gambling away from children, and not discussing the problem of gambling at home. they can do these things to keep the bad effects of gambling away from their children.
If father wants to playing gambling, he do not have to shows his gambling activity in fronts of his children. That will gives their children experiences of gambling and the desires to try gambling with their friends.
By gambling in other places, his children will not sees him and he also does not needs to gives his children the gambling experiences. Adults people around their children also needs to do the same to keeps their children away from the influences of gambling.
Parents cannot always keeps their children away from these bad influences, but with guidance from their parents, their children will not approaches gambling. They will know that gambling can gives a bad influence on them. This is important to provides awareness to children so that they do not get involved in gambling.

Despite the aggressive publicity on gambling around every environment lots of people still don't engage into gambling, due to the type of training given to them by their parent. Unfortunately, some parents tell their kids ill things about gambling which scare them away from the act. It helps but it's not right to tarnish the image of gamblers in your kid's presence. However, parents who gamble around their kids, also, are not getting things right because of the disadvantages this will cause in future on the children. We all need to draft a specific time for gaming especially when the kids are sleeping or away from the house. I don't seem to understand why some players gamble openly.

Does it mean their rooms are not enough for gambling. Kids are mainly trained to spend time in their own room or the sitting room. They rarely stay in their parent's room. It's always okay for a dad or mom to gamble in their private rooms for the safety of the children. While, still, educating them on the needs to stay clear from gambling and how rough it could be for young people. This is necessary because of the society we find ourselves, not all parents care about their kid's wellbeing, if we don't gamble in the presence of our kids, other people could be doing this, and we don't know who they are, if same kids from a home with such parental training spend time with ours. So, preparing the kids to repel on any advice from whosoever, regarding participating in gambling at a tender age, is important.

I also lost money because I lost on gambling, but maybe not that much. But I know there are people who spend a lot of money for gambling. In your opinion, what should we do if we have lost a lot of money on gambling? Do we keep gambling to win so we can cover up previous losses? or stop and work normally and leave gambling? Or do you have other suggestions?

Revengeful gambling is what gamblers are frequently warned against because it leads to frustration and addiction. In gambling, every day is not a lucky day; some days could just be so bad that you can lose all your money without a single win, and some days too can be so good that you will have multiple winning streaks. So, if anyone goes out to gamble and they don't see the luck coming so often, it's better to just stop, or you should only spend the budget you have for that day, and if there is no luck, just take your leave and try again next time when you have some funds to gamble off again.

Your first two words better explains the behavior of some gamblers acting as though gambling is some sort of activity fueled by revenge. They think the house is responsible for the incurred loses, but that's a lie. Every gambler is responsible for whatever result he gets in gambling. Neglecting the need to take responsibility helps a gambler to face problem gambling. Trying to beat the house is a wasted effort and could lead the player towards more losses. Most players seem it normal to behave this way because of how lowly informed about gambling they are and nothing ever stops them from going after their lost money. It's a wrong move to always chase the losses.

When losing in gambling it's crucial not to go further, the best idea would be hitting the quit button and try another day. It feels bad though and anger could erupt from losing lots of money, but it's safer to go with more money left on us than losing out all the money in a single session. Gambling is a recurring activity and next time we'll want to wager again. If nothing is left on us, we can't gamble again next time. Hence, managing our funds is the right thing, so that another session can be held few days ahead

~~I believe that those who win with their last card focus very well since they don't have any more money to wager, and if they lose, they won't want to bet with huge odds because they risk losing all of their assets. Before that, when I didn't have anything to do, I used to bet on some major game to obtain some funds to add to my account, and sometimes I lost, but when I used my last card and bet on one game, he favoured me, and that was my finest time to win a lot of money on bets. Since I started working, am not betting too much so that he doesn't impact me, Because most people are addicted to gambling and will not have anything else to do with their money. Gambling is just for fun; if you don't have money, you shouldn't go and gamble since I learned a lot about gambling when I didn't have anything to offer, so it's best if you have a source of income before you start gambling. Bet is a concern because if you don't have any money, he will force you to enter into debt that you can't repay. In my opinion, someone should not wager with their last card.

Having self-control is a big deal, at least you have an idea what are the consequences of too much excessive playing in gambling. People who have a lot of money are the one who enjoy gambling because they can freely bet until when they like because they know there's good money circulation on their part, but to those who have a limited amount of course there's a limited bets only that every drop of the money you have is how much you get afraid to lose. I don't even have luck with the last drop money most of the time I let it go and make one last bet but in terms of a comeback game with that money I haven't yet.

It's not conducive wagering the last drop of money, when in an offline casino, can do it while wagering online in my house, whatever happens I'm safely at home. But repeating same thing in a casino distance away from my residence, is a choice I wouldn't think about, can't trek back home. It's risky to do such a thing and shows some form of excessive gambling. Although Op won yet I don't think it worths the risk. Gambling is not meant to consume everything we've got.

Some funds are meant to stay with us while we evacuate or exit the casino. It's better not to try this, because the impulse could be developed in the person to try it next time, since it was favorable in the first experience. Psychologically I recommend players to set limits and tell themselves that once a certain amount is remaining, it means all funds has been exhausted. It'll help the player to know that after gambling a certain amount he should leave the casino. My concern is getting home safely. How would the player go home if they lose the money? Players take risks but this type is more riskier, because the result is not guaranteed.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should mentally unstable people be allowed to gamble? on: May 06, 2024, 03:50:28 PM
If for example the situation he was identified as having a mental disorder in him then obviously of course the casino would definitely secure the person, they already know what they have to do if they find someone like that and we don't need to suggest anything because surely if we and the casino think using common sense in terms of making a decision then surely the results of the decision will not be much different, because if it is not immediately addressed then the impact will definitely be significant where most likely he will destroy all the excitement that is being felt by other visitors who are there or even do some actions that can hurt visitors who are there.

There is no need to be too complicated in terms of responding to this problem, simply the casino only needs to evict the person and ensure that the person will not return there if for example the person is indicated to have a mental disorder, and the rest for mental problems is the person's business and the casino will not be able to take care of something that is not their business. On the other hand, I understand that you are suggesting something good above, but they are mentally challenged people whose minds are different from normal people who do not care about their dirty and shabby condition, unless there is one person who really cares about them and wants to take care of them.

Because he doesn't attack other visitors in any way, is the reason he's still allowed to be a regular gambler in the shop. Nobody is sure what's actually wrong with the gambler in the description, but it seems he's not completely in control of himself or has nobody dear to him that'll take good care of him. Maybe his type of work also made him look the way people see him. That doesn't define the man as a mentally disordered person. These days something is considered a problem if the person is inflicting pains on other people around him. Once a player is safe and doesn't act strange everything will seem right with the person. Another scary aspect of this is that nobody has bothered talking to him, and ask few questions regarding his gambling habit.

Even the managers of the place who are concerned about their money, may not have asked him of such thing. To him he's fine but to the world around him he's mentally disordered due to his appearance. It's a complicated case as no close friend has visited the casino to complain about the player's misbehavior in their environment. I have seen some neatly dressed gamblers who are being reported to the gambling outlet by their close family regarding their Ill behavior in the house. Maybe gambling their pocket money or always demanding for money. The man here, has a work and plays with his money. I think he's cool, since nobody has been reportedly affected by his gambling activity.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Online Gambling: Modern entertainment or highly addictive game? on: May 06, 2024, 03:29:36 PM
Online gambling bring a lot of comfort and privacy to gambling but this can not be likened to entertainment. Gambling is far from entertainment because the only things that triggers joy and laughter in gambling is winning. Without winning, gambling is all about pain and regrets which can never be in any way regarded as fun.

I was actually evaluating my gambling activities now that I play mostly online and when I was visiting the physical outlets and I realized I gamble more now in terms of the frequency, the time spent and the amount put into gambling. Maybe that is some kind of addiction but I try to be moderate in my gambling so that I don't get depressed. So yes online gambling have taken the business to another level.

The misconception is seeing winning as the only form of laughter. Gambling offers little winning moments to players. Hence, it's hard not to find a session that wasn't filled with losses and a little sprinkle of wins. Holding on those wins as a way to be happy in gambling leads people who seek for happiness in gambling into addiction. Because their source of happiness is seasonal, not constant. And losses causes sadness thereby making the gambler feel sad of himself when the game is concluded without any significant wins made out of it.

The online settings is addictive because of the portability and accessibility of the game. I could remember how glued we were to our gadgets when playing video games. That's the kind of concept the online gambling platforms initiated to hold players to play more and seek for wins. Phones, laptops and another gadget used in accessing the online gambling platforms is something we can use for a long period without feeling tired or the need to stop immediately. So people are expected to get addicted to the lifestyle more like others who are also glued to social media platforms. Which is also addictive.
