1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] CombiCoin current investors up 75% in 1.5 month! Token sales reopened now! on: November 27, 2017, 03:16:19 PM
TRIA Token receives 50% of the profits generated by Triaconta. It is no longer for sale and can be acquired at EtherDelta. The first dividend payment is planned for the end of December and will be for the period of 15-11-2017 until 15-12-2017.  At this moment there will be $ 0.059 paid per TRIA Token, we expect to increase this amount in the next two weeks!

Assuming a monthly dividend going forward, my very rough maths puts this at about 10% pa.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] CombiCoin current investors up 46% in 1 month! Token sales re-opened now! on: November 27, 2017, 12:20:36 PM
But where is possible buy combi coin ? I found only tria on etherdelta

Buy at www.triaconta.com

Is the total supply going to stay around 276K and never more?

No more Tria (dividend paying token) will be issued, Combi (asset backed token) will be an ongoing thing, AFAIK.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] CombiCoin current investors up 46% in 1 month! Token sales re-opened now! on: November 26, 2017, 07:38:17 PM
On Coinmarketcap i see combicoin/triatoken $8,67. I think this is the value of the triatoken at the moment (because i bought combicoin for $10) So where cann i see the value of my combicoin?
Yes, this is the price of TRIA. Coinmarketcap listed TRIA, but named it Combi. Smiley You can see the current value of Combi on the website - https://triaconta.com .
If you only want to check the price of CombiCoin quickly, you can also use: https://triaconta.com/cc/price.php
Current price is $14.22, already up 65%.
This thing is on fire...  Grin

ok. why then is the demand for TRIA going down?

Don't sweat volatility, exploit it.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] CombiCoin current investors up 46% in 1 month! Token sales re-opened now! on: November 23, 2017, 04:32:08 PM
Had a response from the team regarding publishing specific address information for all the assets, they're going to be doing this soon.

So far Combi is beating my own picks - the thing I like about it is that if 'forces' me to invest in stuff I would not personally touch with a barge pole, but alas said stuff often does better than reason suggests it should...  Tongue

Question for the team: when will you do the first payout (from these extra sales) to TRIA holders? Don't want to sound pushy, just curious...

We expect that we will do it in December.

Ugh, I may have to learn how to use Etherdelta to pick up some more Tria.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO] CombiCoin current investors up 46%! Token sales re-opened now! on: November 20, 2017, 03:23:10 PM
If you have any questions let us know here or on Telegram.

Hi,

Before I invest more, I'd like to see proof of ownership of all the assets that are held. Ideally a rolling updated list on the website with relevant addresses / signed proofs etc.

Thanks.

edit: Also, why stop issuing new Combicoin when it gets listed on an exchange?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ICO=OPEN] CombiCoin: the cryptocurrency that is 100% asset backed by the top 30 on: November 10, 2017, 04:38:01 PM
You can check the current Combi value here:  https://triaconta.com/cc/price.php (updated every 5 mins)

Useful for those like me who write bots/tickers/portfolio trackers etc. until it's listed on an exchange with an API.

Ok I can understand the security side with the APP and site, but there is actually no reason they can not send out the ICO coins , they have all the data, they are really testing everyones patients, and no I dont want to dump them , I would prefer them under my control , cause my security will kill anything they have or will set up!! So I think even if they have to manually send out to every person there ICO coins then they should, cause the coders are coding (apparently), but there is a lot of other people just sitting around flapping there gums and making coffee, might be a idea to teach them how to send out transfers,

Agreed.

There's no excuse for them not releasing people's coins while they belatedly figure out how to build a one coin exchange, which is essentially what their mobile app is.

"Send us your ETN address and <insert whatever credentials here> and we'll tx your ETN." Easy. All they need is a list of addresses and balances, and a simple script to feed them to a working daemon.

They either have the means to link an investor to their purchase, or they don't , and if they don't then the investors are all screwed.

Some people want the team to send the coins to their wallets manually? like seriously? are you sure you're not retarded or something? They will send to 100k+ wallets manually then your wallet will be at #99k, then you will cry here 'coz some people can dump their coin earlier than you! Transferring your own coin will give you equal chance as others (unless you f*cked up and overslept or something) to dump their coin earlier.

If you're afraid of the market, you're in the wrong game.

I think the reason they will not give the coins out manually to us is what if you are the last person to manually get their coins? The people they did first might have sold and the price down to nothing. I think everyone involved needs to get their coins released at the one time?

It is impossible for everyone to get there coins at the same time. It's a blockchain, limited txes per block. Those who invested soonest should be first to recieve.

What's even more surprising is that a ETN has a max supply of 21,000,000,000 which is mind blowing considering the price is .09 right now. This coin should be well less then a cent based on pure fundamentals,

BTC supply: 21000000.00000000
ETN supply: 21000000000.00

Think about it.

How can I transfer electroneum to cryptopia? I have paper wallet with Balance, from mining.

Any advice that leads to me successfully trade with this overprice on cryptopia will be rewarded in eth or etn

does anybody know where I can check the balance of etn on my wallet adress???

Good grief.

For anyone wanting to know their balance if their pool is on the fritz, just run the daemon.

https://downloads.electroneum.com/ - scroll down a bit to 'Direct Miners' which is what they're calling the daemon and cli executables.

Download according to your OS and decompress. The linux one didn't work for me, so I compiled it myself, it doesn't have many dependencies, I already had all the non-optional ones anyway.

Destructions:
1. Fire up electroneumd and wait for it to sync
2. Fire up electroneum-wallet-cli like so to get it to give you details of your paper wallet:
       "electroneum-wallet-cli --generate-from-keys WALLET"   (On Win it's probably "electroneum-wallet-cli.exe...")
       - without the quotes, where WALLET is the wallet name you want, can be anything
...when prompted enter your public address and private key and view key from your paper wallet
       ...set a password
...wait while it syncs that address
3. Bugger about with it Cheesy - type "help" at the prompt for available commands - "balance" and "show_transfers in" (without the quotes!) are what most of you are looking for
4. Log back into that wallet if you've closed it with:
       "electroneum-wallet-cli --walletfile=WALLET"
Note - as before, you need to have the daemon (electroneumd) running and synced again first
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] ⚡ Electroneum ⚡ Token Sale Sept 14th Mobile Mining Crypto Coin on: November 01, 2017, 10:03:02 PM
don't mine with 4% pool fee
try these pools
https://etn.uax.io/
http://electroneum.hashparty.io/#
working way much better with no technical issues

i went on your pool to look up my adress, it says not found. Why?
here is my adress:

etnjzsNoayqFT25QsWmUNJaXsJo8sj69HPcVsEpN4dtxUY8L3waiYwFPc37BWVtpRnQt8oewGa3VVGs 3rX51vMSz5QeuxKawS6

Unless you are mining on that pool, it's going to know nothing about you.

So y'all gave $40m to some guys who don't even know how crypto works!

Excellent! I'll get some popcorn.

before eating the popcorns , can you please tell where you see that part that "they dont know how crypto works"?
thanx

Sure thing! It would be this part:

"It came to our attention while we were stress testing that with a zero fee there was nothing to stop malicious users from automating scripts that just transfer a balance between wallet addresses as fast as they can – indefinitely. This would clog (flood) the blockchain with useless transactions."

You'd think people who knew about crypto would know this, whereas these guys clearly don't.

Switching the entire codebase 3 days before launch does seem a little late.

But that's ok, they're quick learners! I'm sure everything will be fine, nothing to worry about!

As long as they know how to populate the genesis block with everyone's balance...   Grin

If they are forking an existing Monero desktop client, all they really need to do is change a few params, swap out images/icons and run a string replace.

I can understand a noob account, but a legendary account.

In my experience, the longer you've been here, the more disconnected from reality you become. Cheesy

tell me how I can synchronize my wallet, today I downloaded vertcoin-qt.exe and ran it. but synchronization does not occur, the synchronization time is 3 years 40 weeks, and this is unchanged.

Had the same issue on linux. I suggest using the electrum client, works perfectly on both win and linux. Who wants do d/l 3 years of chain anyway? Smiley

Construction of CombiCoin

The construction of CombiCoin procedure has almost been finished. On our website you can find a graph with the near realtime value of all assets backing CombiCoin and the value of 1 CombiCoin. The data is updated every 5 minutes and uses the price information from coinmarketcap.com.

Check our website for the graphs: https://triaconta.com/

Below you can find the total assets backing CombiCoin:

We will incorporate this in our new website.

Some remarks:

- At the end of our ICO we raised 2,261,536 USD. After deducting the costs as mentioned in the whitepaper for development and starting of the operations we have invested 2,081,537 USD in the assets backing CombiCoin. This doesn't take into account the various transaction and exchange costs. At this moment the value of all assets backing CombiCoin is 2,098,948 USD this means that the value of all assets combined is 0.9% higher compared to when we started.

- During the construction of CombiCoin we realised that "Bytecoin" should not have been selected. Reason for this is that "Bytecoin" isn't available at 3 exchanges. To replace ByteCoin we added the #31: Komodo.

- Bitshares have not been bought in full yet. We still need to buy around 18% of this coin and we will use the surplus Bitcoin we have. We will completely finish the buying process tomorrow. The list of assets will be updated after this is completed.

Token distribution and cost overview

We have been as transparant as possible but after our ICO we received some questions regarding the costs and distribution of COMBI and TRIA. Therefore we would like to use this opportunity to explain everything in detail.

Costs:

To cover the starting costs and software development the following amounts have been reserved:

    Starting costs: 40,000 USD
    Development costs: 140,000 USD

This resulted in the 2,081,537 USD that is used for asset backing CombiCoin.

Distribution

On our website and in our whitepaper we communicated the following distribution %.

TRIA Token

    92% for investors
    2% for Bounties
6% for founders, team and advisors

This resulted in the following distribution

    255,425 TRIA for investors
        5,552 TRIA for bounties
16,658 TRIA for founders, team and advisors
    277,636 TRIA tokens in circulation

CombiCoin

    94% for investors
6% for founders, team and advisors

This resulted in the following distribution.

    226,154 COMBI for investors
14,435 COMBI for founders, team and advisors
    240,589 COMBI tokens in circulation

Dividing all assets backing the CombiCoin with the total circulation of CombiCoins will result in the value of one CombiCoin. At this moment the value is around 8.74 USD.

Next steps

Listing CombiCoin & TRIA Token

TRIA and COMBI have not been listed on the exchanges yet. We hope to have some good news about this in the next few weeks.

Website update

We are working on an update for the Triaconta.com website.

Exchange software

The development of the exchange software is on track. When we have things we can show we will send a new update dedicated to the SW development.

Re-open sales of CombiCoin

We had a lot of requests from CombiCoin backers and people who found out about CombiCoin to late if they could still purchase CombiCoins. We are working on a solution to make this possible by the end of November, this solution will also benefit all TRIA token holders. When we have a clearer understanding what the possibilities are we will inform you with an update.

Referral & Bounty distribution

If you joined our referral and/or bounty campaign, you can expect to hear from us next week. We will inform everyone through e-mail how many TRIA tokens they can expect.

Just got this email, wheels are turning...

Quote
With the ICO for CombiCoin and TRIA Token we were able to raise 2,212,545 USD until now and there are still a few days left for people to fulfill their payment.

We have been working day and night to wrap the ICO up so now we can have a 100% focus on buying all the assets backing the CombiCoin ASAP!

Without further ado, it is time to show the first ever CombiCoin top 30.

The top 30

Based on the procedure and criteria from our whitepaper for the construction of CombiCoin, the following cryptocurrencies have been selected to be a part of the top 30 cryptocurrencies asset backing CombiCoin.

    Bitcoin
    Ethereum
    BitcoinCash
    Ripple
    Litecoin
    Dash
    NEM
    Monero
    IOTA
    Ethereum Classic
    NEO
    OMiseGo
    Bitconnect
    Lisk
    Qtum
    Stratis
    Zcash
    Waves
    Hshare
    ARK
    Steem
    Bytecoin
    TenX
    Bitshares
    EOS
    Maidsafecoins
    Stellar lumens
    Golem
    Augur
    Basic Attention Token

This is the construction of the CombiCoin and we will review this top 30 once every two months to ensure that the correct currencies are included.
The next steps

Participants who did not yet receive their CombiCoins and TRIA Tokens can expect them somewhere this week.

The supervisory board of the Foundation has officially released all funds raised. We are currently buying all assets backing cryptocurrencies of the top 30 based on the 1/30 ratio as mentioned in our whitepaper. We expect that this procedure will take around 10 days. After we successfully bought all cryptocurrencies backing CombiCoin we will announce on our website exactly what was bought and show the the value of 1 CombiCoin.

We will send an update with a detailed explanation of the steps that come after buying all assets shortly. You can expect this e-mail when we finished the construction of CombiCoin procedure.

Ps. we really appreciated all feedback we've got and are truly humbled that you believe in our idea and us. Also a huge shoutout to our communities on Telegram and Bitcointalk, thanks for making the campaign more fun Smiley.

If I want to use BTC to buy into this ICO, what do I put for the "BitCoin wallet the payment will come from:" section?  I Know how to generate receiving addresses, but How do I find out my sending address?  Using Electrum btw

Electrum > Addresses tab > right click on a funded address > Spend from

You may need to shuffle enough funds into one address using the same method first.

I'd love to help with testing too.. but will need some handholding on how to do since I am new to this stuff....

Along those lines -- if I am testing stuff on the machine which I am also running my thrones from, then I will worry about any security holes I might be opening up -- which is probably less of a risk than just running windows anyway -- but got me thinking...

I would like to be able to specify a "pay to address" in the Crowncoin.conf file of each throne -- so that the thrones could just receive all their payments in one address, rather than each throne receiving payments in the same address which the collateral is kept in.  The primary benefit of this is segmenting the earnings from the collateral at the address and also wallet level, so that coin locking isn't an issue and also so that I can just keep the collateral separate -- just like I would with "real world" collateral... so I am also just trying to push the digital process to look more like it's real world analog, which has been tested in its own way for centuries, so has some lessons to teach -- despite it's other obvious bugs...

I would put the pay to address in the Crowncoin.conf because then it points to and you can see whether you are receiving payments from your wallet you are managing the throne from -- it feels like there could be a one-many problem where more than one thone.conf could seem to claim a throne somehow if one were to specify the pay to address from the throne management wallet...  but I just thought of this about 30 minutes ago when I thought about helping test some code -- so am still thinking it through...

This also have the benefit of not relying on the ephemeral wallet locking function or other wallet coin control to secure the collateral -- but would allow it to be kept offline in paper wallets or some other "vault" -- laptop in a freezer in a cave in Switzerland (crypto meets cryo?)... never understood vaults... seems like laminated paper or something else preserved that way and kept in a binder is probably best... but I like using three ring binders to save notes, articles, clips and other things that I want to be able to look at later -- my own person idiosyncracy.

Thoughts?

Once the current code update is complete, you should be able to do exactly this - IIRC you simply specify a payout address for each throne in your throne.conf file. You can send all your throne payouts to the same paper wallet or whatever suits you.
