Interesting one. I guess answer is no but situation could change in the near future or i would say will improve. So far i'm very impressed with the team in the Tests, in my memory they only played 2 tests in recent time but still this team showed enough character especially against England. I think WIPL is key to the Indian Women Cricket. Once they start the league, pacers are going to enter automatically, similar thing happened for Men's cricket. Batting and Spin department are okay IMO. I was also following this test match and really surprised with Indian women attitude as these ladies was on top against experienced Aussie women even just playing third second or third test match. But here most Guilty party is BCCI as they can go ahead with few things which are in their own control, but they are not doing. Like you said, WIPL could be more beneficiary for women in India and can bring some good number of girls in this game which could be bringing some good quality and competition. And after this they can also create 5 or 6 women cricket teams for local 3 or 4 days matches which also bring more experience and awareness which can bring them top of rank in near future because currently these already done more than expectations. |

Pakistan is not even competitive in Test and ODI, in T20 they can be competitive. I would like to see a series between Bangladesh and Pakistan and that would be a competitive match, but if they play against Australia, New Zealand and England there is no competition  . Australia is a shadow of their former self. I agree that India, New Zealand and England are at the top now. The gap between them and the smaller boards like PCB and WICB are increasing because of the stark difference in revenues and the lack of availability of players due to their role in franchise T20 leagues. But for Australia, the plus point is that they probably have the strongest domestic cricket system in the world. On the other hand, for teams like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, the domestic system is very poor. India after having luxury like IPL is feeling good, otherwise their domestic system was also never been ideal. Now they have a billion of USD in funds and can spend freely, so they are bringing them into big 3. Australia, England and New Zealand have the best domestic systems, and they are producing good players but New Zealand recently done very good in cricket few years back they were also average team even with good domestic system. Mostly these tax consultants spread rumours about different things and take good fees from uneducated peoples for less taxes or things like this. Just imagine if someone is going to pay 2500 or 3000 tax he is already paying 10,000 to 15,000 fees for this what is this hell no government able to solve this issue and settle this system fair for common person.
Every system and every society have leechers, people who uses the loopholes in the system and then make their own life at the cost of others using those loopholes. Unfortunately for us, these leechers made it to the top, and molded the system to their benefit.. That is why our country didn't make any progress but hopefully this current govt may be the end to those leechers and we might live to see a pakistani society where everyone pays their taxes responsively. Brother this is very important if we want to live with honour in this world because in last 40 years we suffer too much and lost our dignity and values just because of few leechers. Now they are still working hard for taking back seats, but it's our duty to show some best from our mind and never allow them to hijack this system again. There were no death threats and nothing anything serious related to this all just all hype on social media and some internal politics of few countries because now recently ECB chief already apologies even it's all now just formality but good thing Pakistan announces now they will never play on neutral venue, Right now talk of town is Afghanistan as few countries feeling serious humiliation with their defeat and using their own tactics but this all will end soon. Pakistan is good for cricket because few cricket boards already announces they are ready for tour of Pakistan, but now authorities will announce all details after Twenty/20 world cup. The Asian countries (I mean Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, and definitely not India) may be open to the idea of touring Pakistan. But after the pullout by both CNZ and ECB, I don't think that any of the SENA nations would agree to tour Pakistan. PCB is back to the position where they were one and half decades ago, when they had to organize tours from smaller countries like Kenya and Zimbabwe to show that it is safe to conduct cricket matches in Pakistan. I don't foresee a quick resolution to this crisis any time soon. Currently, 6 Boards have no issues with Pakistan just big three and their affiliated CNZ creating some drama, and they are right because they have power, so they can do all things right now Pakistan already survive, and they can survive again for some long time, but they have their good lessons for future which are very important.
