It just means there are people staking before you. Staking is very similar to mining... You are going to get less coins if you mine/stake with less power...
You stake power is determined by how many coins you are holding in your wallet.

That's got nothing to do with the dev of the coin. That is claymore miner developer taking his cut for using his miner.

For all miners, pool is working great, only coins don't get unlocked..... i contacted dev.... when we fix the problem all payments of every share will be made!

That other pool went 2 hours without paying people, or increasing balances, all while finding blocks.

I mined there... got Total Hashes Submitted: 3605048 and no increasing balances either... I'll try a little bit longer.
But if I don't start seeing coins there and the other pool (http://35.184.184.129/) doesn't start actually paying out again then there's a major problem.

There seems to be a problem with the wallet/blockchain still...

I have a 125 coin payment showing in my wallet with 0 confirmations... and it has been there for like over an hour with 0 confirmations.
