Enflasyon hayat pahalılığının ekonomik adı gibi bence. bu yüzden eğer doların etkilediği hayat pahalılığını dikkate alırlarsa enflasyon aralık ayında uçuk çıkabilir. yüksek asgari ücret dediğin de zaten yüksek değil. geçen seneye dolar kuruyla bakarsak daha düşük bir maaş söz konusu. ancak fırsatçı arkadaşlar asgari ücret 4250 oldu ekmeği artık 3-4 tl yapabiliriz hesabı yapabilirler.

Dolar 16.42 ile haftasonuna girdi. artık pazartesi kaç açacak onu konuşmamız lazım. dolara tedbir için haftasonu bir çalışma olacak mı bilmiyorum. merkez bankası 6 kere müdahale etti dolara. yine de ateşi sönmedi. türk lirası nasıl bir girdaba girdi hayret ediyorum.

Sermayesi küçük, yatırımlarını yeni tamamlayan, sektöründeki diğer şirketlere göre fiyatı iskontolu, gelecek vadeden 2 şirket belirledim. Birisi Ambalaj Sanayi, diğeri Plastik Sanayi üzerine çalışıyor. Enflasyon ortamlarında borsa yatırımı çok ama çok kazandırır. Düzenli alım yaparak biriktiriyorum. Bist hisseleri dolar bazında baktığımızda o kadar ucuz ki bedavadan az pahalı. plastik Sanayi şirketinin hisseleri 29 cent,  dolar yükseldikçe daha çok alasım geliyor. Yabancı yatırımcılar da zaten endekse rekorlar yaptırıyorlar. bence 2022 bist yılı olacak. Borsa hisselerinin değeri dolar olarak sürekli düşüyor. aslında buradan gelen gelir ile her hafta belirli hisselerden satın alma yapabilirim. ancak enflasyon düzeninde olmamıza rağmen hisseler beklenen patlamayı yapamadı herhalde hocam? enflasyonist düzende nasıl çok kazandırıyor borsa acaba bilgilendirir misiniz? ona göre biraz bist hisseleriyle ilgilenebilirim. |

Negro marka bisküvi en sevdiklerimdendir. hala bir nescafe ile beraber negro alırım ve ara öğün olarak tüketirim isminin benim için önemi yok. tadı aynı kaldığı sürece problem yok. bence isme takılanlarda gereksiz duyar kasıyorlar. dünyada belki de siyahilere en sempatik bakan millet biziz. zenci derken bile ırkçılık taşımayarak söylüyoruz. yine de duyarlı davranış olmuş.
