 How to confirm my RUPX coins in NOVA exchange.

I have few RUPX coins in desktop wallet in order to trade my RUPX coins I need to move to exchange, for some reason its not confirming. It is very hard for me to use RUPX coins I can not sell or trade currently.

whats going to happen to unconfirmed RUPX in novaexchange.

hitbtc,kraken,bittrix,Bitfinex,gdax,poloniex,BITHUMB,Binance,livecoin.
if we can get into one or more of this exchanges it will be awsome.
novaexchange has 2.8 mil dollars TOTAL.
all this exchnages has 50+ mil $ each at least.
some have more then 100 mil $
if rupx is listed in 2-4 of this exchanges -the price of RUPX will be 3-10 dollars at 2018/2019.
