We've had ruined single holograms before but not like this. It was a major setback but we're moving forward and will make sure such accidents never happen again.
In any event the serials are as unique as they were before and relatively speaking just as low as before. I'm pretty sure the aftermarket will be aware of the fact that A6-A10 don't exist at all.
numbers under 10 are a psychological thing... Market may not be aware until they look. And no one looks immediately but they do see what's in front of them and less than 10 is more exciting than over 10. Also, this just increased the value of the first 5 numbers, a freebie sort of. Isn't there a way to reorder these specific 6-10 holograms? exactly. I placed a high bid during auction to get into single digits ''A series'' and I was very happy that I got one. I thought you have experience in manufacturing physical bitcoins so preordnering wouldn't be such a hassle. Shipment of the coins has a delay of 1,5 month already. Please reorder these specific 6-10 holograms so that people get what they bid for. |

We've been uploading pictures to the website and apparently you guys have found them, good  Our team has been very busy with the production and just getting things done as fast as possible, so I haven't communicated much here. I will post an official report on Friday which will include an important announcement about shipping. Also I can already say that unfortunately we had an accident at the lab which ruined auction serials A6-A10 (the hologram is unique and if it is ruined, can't replace it). That is very unfortunate but what happened, happened. It means that serial A6 will now be A11 and so on. All auction serials will be +5 starting from A6. Serials A1-A5 are fine so no changes for them. This means that A6-A10 will never exist and will be marked in our database as such.Well, this really sucks:( was so happy to get A9... |

Naja. Meine Gedanken gehen in eine andere Richtung. Ich vergleiche das mit Syrien/Somalia ./. Russland/China/Nordkorea. In Syrien/Somalia sind mehrere Akteure am Start, jeder - mit seinen ganz eigenen (und nachvollziehbaren) Motiven. - > Das Ergebnis für außenstehende ist vor allem unübersichtlich. In Russland/China/Nordkorea gibt es keine Opposition, keine kleinen Gruppen die dazwischenfunken bzw. man bekommt nichts davon mit. -> Das ist berechenbar. Was für die Bürger/Gesellschaft/Menschen schlecht und unfair ist finde ich bei einer Währung/Geldeinheit/Commodity wünschenswert.Man könnte fast meinen, da hat jemand seinen Account verkauft...  |

Alleine nur die Blocksize immer weiter zu erhöhen ist eben nicht ausreichend um eine ordentliche Skalierung von Bitcoin zu erreichen. Allerdings sehe ich die Zensur und das Verhalten mancher Core Devs (vor allem Lukejr) ebenfalls kritisch. |

wie sieht es denn hier im thread aus bezüglich core oder classic? ich war hier im forum bisher neutral und dachte, es würde sich schon einrenken. aber mittlerweile denke ich, dass es wohl besser ist sich für eine seite zu entscheiden und anschliessend aktiv zu werden.
was kostet es eine full node einzurichten? gibt es einfache anleitungen für laien?
ich war für core, aber die core timeline überzeugt mich nicht.
Fullnode ist Easy ...Installieren und Port 8333 öffnen in/out. auf meinem laptop? wäre da ein stationärer rechner nicht besser? was für eine leistung braucht der mindestens? Naja ein stationärer Rechner der immer online ist wäre schon deutlich sinnvoller (am besten mit fester IP). Du kannst auch einen VPS mieten und damit einen Full node aufsetzen. Gibt auch bestimmt Anbieter die bitcoins als Zahlungsmittel akzeptieren. Wenn du erst mal klein und relativ energiesparend anfangen möchtest kannst du auch einen Einplatinencomputer wie den Raspberry Pi 2/3 oder Banana Pi verwenden. habe die Anleitung für v0.12.0 angepasst. Danke an Real-Duke für den Hinweis das noch was für die Installation in der bisherigen Anleitung fehlt: apt-get install libevent-dev läuft gerade bei mir. Hat bisher immer so ziemlich genau 2h gedauert... Wäre es nicht sinnvoll den mempool von 300MB auf zum Beispiel 500 MB anzuheben? RAM wäre ja dafür noch vorhanden oder? Edit: Habe gerade mal geschaut. BPI läuft jetzt seit einem Jahr als Fullnode! |

Ihr macht mich ganz verrückt mit euren ETH läufen  Wo handelt ihr die denn aktuell? Ich schau mir das ganze aber ersteinmal nur an. NO FOMO BUYING @BTC Also bleiben die Blöcke vom 1MB ersteinmal so oder wann/wo wird da drüber entschieden? Kann von mir aus noch etwas fallen: Nachkaufen !  core roadmap: - segwit in april (?), should give 1.06 MB equivalent blocksize, tendenz steigend bis ca. 1.7 MB equivalent wenn alle wallets umgestellt sind.
- Mitte 2017 (wenn alle einverstanden sind): ein hardfork mit unbekanntem inhalt (?)
- möglichst schon vorher: everyone uses LN
Also angeblich arbeiten schon einige wallet Anbieter an der segwit Implementierung (darunter Trezor, Ledger und Electrum). Siehe: https://bitcoincore.org/en/segwit_adoption/In wie weit das fortgeschritten ist kann ich natürlich auch nicht sagen. 1,7 MB ab April sollten für ein Jahr erst mal reichen. Wenn der hardfork nicht so der vom Core Team vorgeschlagene hardfork 2017 eher nicht so cool ist muss man ja dem nicht folgen. |
