Update (Jan 19th 2017):
Their is a major re-coding going on with lots of stability testing as each phase.
FOCUS/AIM will be as follows:
* Anti-forking: With the new code it will be nearly impossible to fork, VC user's value/investment will be lot more secure.
* Anti-Dumping: Their will be feature that will prevent users for pumping/dumping & causing the VC to crash on the exchange (more details will follow...)
* Initial reward for up to 1000th block will be lot higher, but will be based on multiple factors.
* Will have an Android app in few days (talks in progress). No update on IOS as of yet.

I am associated with VC from last 3 years since launch & had been mining.
1st Coins are needed to honor & support all those users who had mined, they should not loose that.
2nd where does the bounty coins came from?
3rd wallets, exchange, promotion, marketing etc all requires coins.
4th, Maybe you never mined VC coin here this year, but what about many users like me who are mining last 2 weeks?
But I do suggest rest of them after the use above should be destroyed once coin is stable. Also suggest you only keep the portion you think you deserve, rest return back to dev.
I bet you will not return any part of the coins you got.

VirtualCoin is the best coin out their. If you support it, please update your signature to include VirtualCoin.

Nothing is wrong with the code or the file. I have been using old version as well as this new one.
I also think VC holds the most promise, it's just a matter of time.

Here are some options:
* Download the source code & build the wallet.
* use Mac OS wallet.
* Use the source code on Linux.
I don't think Dev should pay this shady AV company, none of the "REAL" Antivirus companies listed this as virus like
AVG, Ad-Aware, Avast, Avira, BitDefender, Malwarebytes (best one I think), McAfee-GW-Edition, SUPERAntiSpyware, Symantec, TrendMicro etc.

Guys, if it was me, I would not change the original logo. It looks like done professionally. If you search now on google for "Virtual Coin" term, this thread shows up on 1st page  We just need more hits & clicks, soon it will be #1 spot. I have been around on bitcointalk & see so many new coins facing issues like forking, this coin has been very stable. It should now be used for ecommerce purpose the way virtual currency was designed for. I think we should start a bitcoin pool to get bitcoin wallet app for smart phone. I know dev already mentioned some time back that unless someone with android sdk skills volunteer's we need to setup pool to pay for developing it. @Hippie Tech, you really here to help? maybe help develop some tools instead of just bashing. |

You guys keep saying 133.1 coins per block for the first blocks. But it is 1331 coins per block. That is proof you are trying to scam people.

Just look at it when it was on exchange, it was highest volume trading for several weeks.
Then why isn't it still listed on an exchange? I don't understand if it is as golden and good as everyone says why isn't it on an exchange? cause of users like you, all I see your needy posts... you want this & you want that. 1st why is it you supporting so called SpreadCoin? I don't even see VC in your signature. I'm supporting SpreadCoin because I believe that it is a sound solid investment for crypto and it has a very promising future. Plus it is listed on several exchanges as well And there is nothing wrong with me asking if this coin is as big and as good as people are claiming it to be then why isn't it listed on an exchange? Is there? I'm willing to support this coin but everytime I ask questions about it all I get is people criticizing me about my opinions.
