Based on experience with other alt coins, it is very important to have good amount of reserve for development & bounty purpose. I suggest if you able to somehow save it, it would be a better option than risking VC by rewriting new code.

Good to see a lot of action about this coin and also great that more people will start using the signature I made for VC and hopefully spread it around the forums a bit more. I see good things ahead for this community and coin, keep up the great work devs. To the people desperate for a few satoshi and selling at stupid prices, your loss, but please do carry on  Thanks for the sig. I've been saying it for a while now that VC has great potential due to it's name and specs. Virtual Coin has a multi purpose name and can be used for just about anything. It just needs a little marketing to get things flowing. Not sure why people are even considering selling at the current market price. They probably don't realize that VC currently has about 1 million total coins right now, maybe less and it could be years before we hit the total 3 million coins. Agree, lets not burden dev with everything. I am happy he is keeping VC code updated & releasing new updates as needed.

It's getting serious. Ummm, what's all the excitement over? Please fill me in briefly, I don't even see an exchange for this coin???
My personal reasons I joined VC were simple, not many coins out their are TRUE No-Premine, No Pre-IPO, overnight pump & dump coin, very good & catchy name "Virtual Coin", nice logo, X11 based, active development & plus just look at the Poll, so much positive support.Still, what's the big deal? Trying to understand why a coin with no exchange, months old, is getting such hash. that was the similar reasons why I joined VC as well. Using it in real world for buying/selling goods makes lot more sense then say "doge coin". Merchants will be more willing to accept it for daily transactions. |

it looks like difficulty just crossed 25, still much better than dark coin, where it is impossible to get any coin, at this rate we all early birds should be rich like bitcoin guys. With a good mining rig, still able to get few 100s VC daily mining it, once difficulty reaches 1000, payout will be very small. |

STARTED MINING AGAIN AFTER ALMOST MONTH
Super Job Dev, after Bitcoin & Dark Coin, This is the best coin out their. Not many clean coins out, looking for long term. After upgrade all my coins still in my wallet, did not lost any coins.
Current difficulty below 1, so best time to mine as more and more users upgrade to new version it will keep going up.
