If it was airdrop that made so many of Pie token holders, it would mean that the funds allocated to marketing are over. On those over 70k addresses there is definitely more than 188k Pie token. I think it can be explained somehow..
No, the fund for marketing isn't distributed yet as well as there's no marketing campaign started yet.
