As far as i know if kucoin has asked DIA to do this but the DIA develope was refusing to do the swap for the hacked tokens. There are some people who are still discussing this thing right now.

they are discussing while the hacker keeps selling the stolen dia tokens, i think the team should have without any delay do an immediate swap of the dia token so the hacker will not be able to sell, but the reason why they are not taking such actions is confusing, now the price keeps dumping hard, even bounty hunters don't know their faith with regards to bounty payment on 2nd October.
