The mooncoin community has decided this. These coins will have a value if one day they will return only to their rightful owners.

Cryptocurrencies in the elevators up !! yes it will rise indeed but these kind of problems dempen simple people from taking action when chances arrive. so these problems with the exchanges ect are a big disadvantage atm. but the biggest problem in my eyes there is so little information you can get from a exchange The biggest problem is the number of exchanges! More places to trade=more people involved. But still no info about adding coin to other exchanges and no info from Dev about stollen coins and no info about fixing transaction problems. But still only silence is the best friend. And don't compare BTC and Moon. BTC is the market itself. Much better to compare moon and doge. Moon has new technologies, updates, interesting features and costs 3sat, Doge has nothing only exchangers and costs 80-100sat now. What would you do? Running around and tear your hair? So yes, staying cool is the best thing we all can do. You can't change what happened. You can always demand "someone does something about this". How about you promoting Mooncoin to your family, friends etc.? Giving away MOON for free? It's what long-time members of the community are already doing for a long time. Mooncoin was conceived with its supply as is. If you don't like it, don't invest in Mooncoin. It's as simple as that. As agswinner earlier always said: "the use creates value". And as the use of Mooncoin is raising day by day, we all should not worry too much. Sure it would be not good for the market, if ALL of those ~63 bln MOON were dropped at once. But come on, not even the dumbest of dumb ones would do that. As you know, BTC was not always "the" market, I was talking about the beginning. It had everything up to a price-drop of 90%. And still it faces drops of up to 40% today. On "traditional markets" this would be a disaster. Look what happened to DOGE, which has a similar supply of coins and not one coin locked/frozen and with additional unlimited supply. Simply be patient, optimistic, use MOON and promote it where you can. Then it should go the same way as DOGE. Look at RDD. Btw.: Both of the aforementioned coins were marked "coin of the week/day" by McAfee, for whatever that means. And with non-frozen supply. Yes the use creates value! and I have always said that the power of moon is the great supply.....but now Moon listed only in little exchanges, a dump of 62bls in this mkt could stop growth for a long time. in any case, we now await the response of the federal court and our lawyers |

It would be fair if people who had lost coins at Cryptsy would decide what to do with these coins.
I personally had lost a lot of coins at Cryptsy,
but for now I'm not sure: maybe better to burn these coins, to send them to a confirmed (with a technical proof) burn address.
Or there will be suspicions about dumping, split of community etc.
Another way is to send coins to the court, but then no one will benefit.
The Florida court already received 8 bil MOON before, but never returned even 1 Mooncoin to Cryptsy account holders.
Instead of that coins were sold via silent auction to unknown buyers 8 bil MOON + a lot of other crypto coins for a very small amount of money (about $100,000 if I remember correct numbers from their report).
Will anyone benefit from it? If coins were returned to the community, should community send these coins to the court?
They will dump these coins again on us, and we will pay for our own coins and will not receive money, because they will share all received money between all Cryptsy account holders. Is it fair? Not. Is it moral? Not. Is this even legal? Is there any good lawyer in the Mooncoin community?
It is not a hard decision for me (I am the most damaged mooncoin supporter!) I had always thought these coins lost. I love moon and mooncoin comunity! Better burn these coins. |

Click on any of the recent transactions on that address; all of them say not yet redeemedThey can send the unspendable MOON anywhere they want, but it won't make it spendable. Exchanges know it, they are monitoring, and they will report to the federal court of Florida, the coins that come from cryptsy top addresses are frozen. |

as of now mooncoin does not have any plans to any exchanges, but if the community grows the way it is doing right now it's not a dream what you are talking about  . you already in the telegram group? @mooncoineco join it, invite your friends, there is a good chunk of mooncoin lovers there who can tell you much about mooncoin share the group with your social media also. awareness brings people together. Are you new to Mooncoin? Or is that telgram-group simply uninformed? Mooncoin always has plans to get to more exchanges. But, the exchanges decide to add or not. So if you want to see Mooncoin on more exchanges you should write to them, as only if they receive enough requests, they may eventually add MOON. And to stay on these exchanges, MOON needs to constantly have a minimum volume. The low volume on C-CEX at that time was the reason, they delisted MOON. So any new exchanges alone are not the key. Btw. www.bleutrade.com is a solid exchange and has worked together with Mooncoin for years now. I'm new to mooncoin yes. but... what you say is what i really meant. because there are no new announcements about mooncoin joining new exchanges and that is what i thought u meant. because i know that exchanges is the last step to get on exchange. Do you know what exchanges are possible for mooncoin in the future, and i'll be sure of writing them a good letter. The most important would be Bittrex and Poloniex, because they'd bring the real volume. But for now, Mooncoin still is an "insider's tip". poloniex and bittrex are flooded due to increased activity and do not accept new users lately, I think we can have chances to add moon to Binance, now number 1 exchange.
