How can it be that their trading engine has been down for more than 2 hours now?!
And no communication ... no message on their website ... nothing!
Yeah I really dont understand how incompetent someone can be.. My own service is made by 3 single people and even we provide status updates immediately when something goes wrong.. Really not understandable.. |

I have the same problem, I made 3 transactions on 7th november and now its 11th and they are not on my account (i used a rapid money transfer and paid extra fees for this.. argh!)
Support only copy and pastes me some "please wait, it can take time" shit...
