1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: We Are All Satoshi on: March 09, 2022, 09:08:28 AM
Sharing my latest Artwork with the Bitcoin Forum first, before anywhere else. I hope you enjoy it.

Title: WE ARE ALL SATOSHI

To this day, Newsweek and Leah Goodman have yet to issue a retraction regarding their article, The Face Behind Bitcoin, which they still claim is Dorian Nakamoto.

I do think we have to understand that , the fact that the creator did not want us to know about him was actually because *Satoshi is not a real person , it's an idea , it's an escape from the corruption, from the government oppression , it's freedom from the middle man , freedom of choice , freedom of keeping something that is truly yours and at the same time it does what you make out of it , it provides you with many amazing opportunities to trade , to earn , to expand your business internationally at the same time it does provide you with power to control what happens with your Currency , unlike the stock market , no one's stopping you , you don't have a certain amount of time , this way you can make profit , you can even loose a lot of money but at the end of the day you will be responsible , not someone else.*

It's not a name , it's a idea.

This passage is very good. I like it very much. I think it is more valuable to human beings than Satoshi Nakamoto being a real human existence.
But it made me wonder what a wonderful thought.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Impact of Ukrain Bitcoin Donation and Support. on: March 04, 2022, 08:51:43 AM
This is a profound opportunity to let the people of Russia and Ukraine know about Bitcoin, the war is cruel, it is a good thing for them that Bitcoin appears at this time as a free and inviolable asset, because the war will always stop, It is chilling to rebuild the home after stopping, and the wealth that has been fought for a lifetime has been turned into ruins because of the war.

I will not make a daily plan. But I will summarize the work of this week every weekend. As long as there is progress this week. If I make a perfect plan every day, I think it will soon become work to complete the task, which is not good for myself.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [Poll]Vote for the best NEW NFT game of the year 2021! on: August 03, 2021, 08:39:02 AM
Perhaps it's too early to judge the best nft, and the second half of the year is when the nft really explodes.

Yes, there are indeed many good nft games this year, but I think it is far from enough.

The full node saves the data. There are many full nodes in the world, you can read your trading information on the side.

The next Ethereum? I guess the next Ethereum-level project may be a perfect integration of Defi, DAO, NFT, Layer 2
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you find good ICO's and new projects in general? on: July 08, 2021, 06:10:13 AM
It is difficult to find a good ico in bitcointalk. It is now popular on various ico platforms, only by purchasing his platform tokens can you be eligible to participate in ico
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much did you earn from airdrop? on: July 07, 2021, 09:02:33 AM
The most famous airdrops this year are icp and solana and several new projects on the ftm chain.

But when I heard the news, it was too late
9  Other / Off-topic / Is it normal to not want to work at all? on: February 02, 2021, 06:53:15 AM
It isn't that I hate my current job, it's actually pretty easy and pays enough. I just don't want to go. I think even if I were offered my dream job paying quadruple what I make now, I still wouldn't want to do it. People tell me to find a job I love, but even if I loved it, I still wouldn't want to do it unless there's some way to get paid for watching TV - not writing reviews, not being in a focus group, just sitting quietly at my house watching TV and interacting with no one.

That scene in Office Space where Peter says if he had a million dollars he would do nothing? That's exactly how I feel. I just want to eat, drink and sit here in my chair watching TV or playing video games until I die.

However you also risk not thoroughly enjoying the fruits of your labors, like saving all those ethers past the end credits. Life is about balance. This balance is best achieved by living within your means, but setting your means lower than your income by 5-15%, and investing that 5-15% diversely and wisely. If you always live up to the edge of your means, you'll never feel like you're ahead. If you invest wisely, and get a little lucky, you can retire late middle age and live comfortably off the interest.

I wouldn't say there is anything wrong with it at all. Everyone needs time to themselves, just because you have a family doesn't change that. I finish work around midnight and I enjoy being able to come home and do my own thing for a couple of hours before going to sleep.

Was interviewed by a Senior programmer and the department head. The department head was continuously making condescending remarks towards the other interviewer. Poor guy just sounded broken. Hope he's somewhere else now.

Finally fix the bug when humans forget a queued action when walking into a room. Ugh.
14  Other / Off-topic / What is your job and what does your day in the life look like? on: February 01, 2021, 02:15:04 AM
I work in a central kitchen for Meals on Wheels and we provide anywhere from 400 to 600 meals a day for our county. There are only 4 of us that make the food and one person is in charge of dessert and only works 16 hours a week.

We start our day at 4:30 and the meals go out at 10. We rely on volunteers for help serving and delivery. I think our volunteer count was around 200 last I heard. Most of them are retired or people taking time during their lunch break to deliver 10 to 12 meals for their route. All the food is made from scratch and we run our operation our of an old nursing home kitchen. Our equipment is old and a little run down but we make it work.
15  Other / Off-topic / I feel myself getting dumber each day in quarantine. on: January 31, 2021, 03:26:28 AM
I mean, ideally you take some time to learn a new skill or something, and read books about new things.

But realistically, sometimes you just have to sneak some education into your quarantine coping. We've thrown some more educational shows into our netflix binging. Travel shows, etc.

A lot flipped houses. Be careful when looking at recently remodeled houses. Most of these are cheap flips with nothing more than some new paint, flooring and appliances. It becomes very apparent when you actually view the house in person and the doors don’t close right, the windows are old, and everything just feels cheap

This is exactly our situation. And everything they “repainted” wasn’t sanded first so the paint peels if you try and clean it. My husband’s mom pointed out it was cheaply redone during our tour of it but everything else we looked at in our price range we would have to flip it ourselves. We are first time home owners so we were like fuck it, we have no idea what we’re doing so let’s take the cheap flip and not a huge project. It’s not horrible by any means, just annoying when you realize how cheaply some things were done!

17  Other / Off-topic / What's the stupidest excuse you heard that turned out to be true? on: January 31, 2021, 01:47:26 AM
In high school my senior English class had a big essay due at the end of the year. Our teacher was very stern about the fact that no excuses would be accepted for it being late. She told us that she had only ever given one extension to a student. Of course we had to ask why. She said a student had come to class on the due date and said she couldn't turn in the paper because the FBI had confiscated the family computer her paper was saved on the night before. The teacher didn't believe it because, come on. The FBI? Turns out the girl had a copy of the police report stating the computer was confiscated as evidence because her dad had downloaded child pornography on it.

19  Other / Off-topic / How do you make friends when you're 30+? on: January 30, 2021, 02:46:47 AM
After many, many years of avoiding most of my neighbors I have spent the last year forcing myself to befriend and actually get to know the people around me (we moved here a year ago so new scenery new outlook I guess). One neighbor sucks butt, three neighbors are awesome, another neighbor is weird (like, weird for me), the new family is great but with something Mormon-y about them.

It's really nice. I like these people and I'm glad they're around my family.

I just saw that I will only be promoted after I get a reward, so my question is, what should I do to get the reward?
