1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Cardano Smart Contracts coming soon? on: August 17, 2021, 07:42:32 AM
Cardano (ADA) is scheduled to upgrade its existing network they call it the Alonso Hard Fork. The biggest upgrade of this cardano has
privileges capable of facilitating smart contracts on its network. If the cardano smart contract really happens
do you think cardano will be able to become a rival to bitcoin, ethereum and binance?
Your opinion its appreciated in this discussion.  Smiley
I also read the news if cardano will mainnet on 12 september,
However, I don't see cardano as a rival to Bitcoin, Ethereum or Binance, because I think each project has its own uniqueness and different ecosystem,
Binance will focus on the ecosystem it owns, Ethereum will focus on the ecosystem it owns and Cardano will also focus on the ecosystem it owns. I don't want to talk about the price because it depends on market demand and the marketing the team is doing on the project.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs, DEFI, NFTs, - what's next? on: August 16, 2021, 08:43:58 AM
Hey guys! any ideas what could be the next big thing after the three before which we saw over the years?
Greetings!
Cross chain and IDO, I see in the next few years those two things will become big topics like NFT,
If we take a closer look, now there are so many networks that have emerged, this problem can only be solved by the emergence of a cross chain that will make it easier for someone to make transactions without worrying about the wrong network,
I personally have now started to focus on researching projects that are developing cross chains on their platform.
and IDO will be the next choice after IEO, I believe DEX will be the best choice in the future because it doesn't require someone to do KYC.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I hope others will learn from this on: August 16, 2021, 07:25:01 AM
Holding coins and tokens and not looking back until you start hearing how big crypto market is will leave you in a very bad mood, I'm sure this must have happened to some people here as well, this is my new sad story, I have some moozicore and nxps in holding and I just heard that they swapped to new coins leaving my tokens useless
MZI swapped to MZG, NXPS swapped to PUNdiX
I hope others will learn from this
what you are experiencing is a mistake that beginners often make, one thing you should pay attention to in crypto is that you must always follow the development of the project, whether you are an investor or a trader, following the development of the project is very necessary, because the development of cryptocurrencies is very fast.
I will give some simple ways so you don't make the same mistake;
first, you have to join the project's official telegram or discord channel,
second, find out what progress the project is making in the next few weeks to months,
third, after you join and find out, you only need to look at the activity in the group and look for the latest information once a week or every two weeks.

If you do the three ways above I'm sure you will be safe, and if you don't find a telegram or discord channel, you better leave the project, because I believe the project is probably scam or if not a scam the development is slow because communication between the team and the community does not exist .
4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Signals in crypto on: August 15, 2021, 11:34:05 AM
Im intrested in trading in crypto, cause mining crypto in this days is not profitable. I Want to know how I can recognize right coin, expect BTC, and ETH, how I can recognize some other good coins?
Good coins are coins that have potential, such as unique ideas, usefulness of coins, and also ecosystems, in most cases coins with large ecosystems have a large community, and it is this community that will determine future projects,
But, don't compare it with shitcoins, because there are lots of shitcoins that have a large community but the project goals are not unique and tend to just be speculation (pump and dump)

How I can recognize when is the right time for buyng and sellig crypto to make most of trades profitable? Is it possible some how exploting some coin and be sure this coin can make 10x, 20, 50x,... in next months?
Sorry if Im spell something wrong cause my English is not best.
If you are not a professional trader, just look at the market on a weekly timeframe, see the trend, when the market is bearish you can buy coins gradually, then wait until the market is bullish, and when the market is bullish you can sell them.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you recommend staking? on: August 15, 2021, 09:28:23 AM
I was looking at staking my ethereum. The interest rate seems good and I found BlockFi.com which seems to be around 10% (not guaranteed rate though). Is there a risk of losing coins and is staking recommended? For Ethereum, which site pays the highest APR and is the most reliable/safest?
I don't know a platform that provides ETH staking with high APR, but I can give you information so you don't have to worry when you want to stake ETH, you can visit the official website here https://ethereum.org/en/eth2/staking/
There you can get the information you need, because the explanation there is clear and detailed.

If my advice, you are better off looking for other coins like Zilliqa or Atom that have a high APR than ETH, not only high APR but also easy, you just need to install the wallet and can staking easily.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Makes Meme Coins, What Do You Think? on: August 15, 2021, 02:03:53 AM
Elon Musk is an influential person, it is not easy for someone who has a great influence to make coins, because when the coin made does not have a clear function, the problem will be more serious or even be opposed by many people, you can see the case of LIBRA and TON which have many obstacles when it will be released to the public.
If LIBRA and TON are great projects but a lot of obstacles, what about meme coins or coins that don't have a clear purpose, I'm not sure it will last long
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do I start trading? on: August 14, 2021, 08:46:41 AM
Hello everyone, I just got introduced into crypto by a friend and would like to know how do I go about doing it. Have went through lots of tutorials from different places but did not quite understand how to use them and what to see. That's when I thought a forum would be the next best place to place such a question.
Understand what cryptocurrency is before trading, but I suggest for beginners to choose investing over trading, but if you force yourself to trade, there are several ways for beginners,
first, learn about risk management and knowledge of trading,
second, practice your understanding by learning to use a demo account,
third, if you feel proficient and confident in your analysis, you can already make real trade, but for the first step use small funds.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 14, 2021, 08:14:34 AM
Gold and Bitcoin both are two different things. Bitcoin is a digital currency. It is volatile so there are different prices at different times. If less today, more tomorrow. Currently a bitcoin is worth 46000 thousand dollars which is much higher. Again, tomorrow may be less. However, Gold is an asset  that has very little volatility. Gold can support you until the end of life but crypto won't do it. In this concern Gold is one step ahead.
Depending from which point of view one looks at it, volatility and limited supply are only one factor. Given the fact that technology is constantly evolving, Bitcoin has an advantage over gold, speed and ease of transaction are the main factors to consider, I'm not talking about just a store of value, but also an alternative transaction tool, and Bitcoin has both.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on Altcoins Strategy on: August 13, 2021, 08:01:49 AM
There is one important thing that you should pay attention to before being active in cryptocurrency, you want to become an investor or a trader?
If you can answer my questions, you will get answers to all your questions,
Investors and traders have the same goal of looking for profit, but have different strategies, especially when facing a bull market or a bear market.
An investor will only focus on the long term and bull market, and they will only hold their coins until the target is reached,
Unlike a trader, they must be able to take the opportunity when bull market or bear market arrives, and what is more difficult is that they also have to be able to control their emotions and also money management, the more experience a trader has, the easier it will be to make decisions.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income on: August 12, 2021, 08:13:33 AM
What are some of the best ways to earn passive income right now? I was thinking about staking $CAKE, just staking it and not using liquidity farms. But not sure how profitable that would be, compared to some other methods. I have a 5000$ capital.
There are many ways to get passive income in crypto, staking on Pancakeswap is only one of them, now it is more developed, such as farming using NFT, this type of farming is usually in blockchain games, the item you get is NFT, and when a player has many items in the game , players can do farming there using the items they have,
quite profitable because you can also sell your items in the marketplace, usually NFT games have their own marketplace.
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons for bad trading on: August 12, 2021, 08:07:07 AM
the biggest impacts to our psychology? maybe the media, the news, the rumors.
we read something and anticipate that it will move 'others' and so we act on our own.
we do it, but we have no idea what it should mean. what should a musk tweet mean to a price? 3%? 10%? what should india banning crypto mean?
One of the reasons traders make mistakes is to follow the media or news, professional traders never trade based on news, they trade based on charts and news is just a trigger to see market sentiment,
This mistake is often made by beginners, because beginners do not have knowledge of trading, so they trade based on the news that appeared at that time.
Whatever the reason, trading using news or media analysis alone is not the right way.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why newbies lose huge money in trading on: August 10, 2021, 07:05:46 AM
My advice is that a newbie should start from investing, and only a little capital is used for trading, so I don't think you will experience a big loss.
Beginners who have no knowledge of trading are better investing without trading, trading without a good understanding will only get loss and waste money in vain,
another reason is the goal, don't let the main goal be to make profit, but the truth is to invest without capital, so make sure to take capital first when you make a profit, this will help beginners to control greed.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how can i find alt coins before they explod on: August 09, 2021, 09:30:58 AM
so i havent invested anything in crpto YET (idk i want to see if bitcoin goes down lol il probly invest a bit into bitcoin and eth now tho) so yea as the title says how can i find alt coins that havent blown up. ps im a total newb so any tips will be welcomed and thanked!  Smiley
If you know the market trend, you will buy all altcoins that have a market cap top 100, because you will know that altseason has not yet peaked, and this means that almost all altcoins have not exploded in price,
You can look at altcoin chart in 2017, the average altcoin price rose more than 10x in just a few months, even though at that time mass adoption was not what it is today, and how would the price of altcoins at that time if altseason peaked when mass adoption occurred? I'm sure you'll understand what I mean Smiley
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of crypto on: August 09, 2021, 09:17:46 AM
China is always two steps ahead of all other countries in terms of future tech and I think the reason why they ban crypto miners is because of their CBDC but what will happen if other countries later follow the same steps? Will this put crypto in trouble?
CBDC is just one reason, actually there are other reasons why crypto mining is banned in china, one of the reasons is so china can control their economy even though adopting crypto, you may know that many applications are banned in china, so actually crypto ban is not a strange thing.
If other countries follow China's lead I'm sure there will be other countries too who open up about crypto technology, it's very unlikely if you look at the current conditions crypto is not accepted when widespread adoption is going on.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How do you make sure a projects funds are safe? on: August 08, 2021, 06:12:51 AM
Hey everyone,  How do you verify that a projects funds will not be stolen by the devs? Many projects hold ICO's or some other sort of sale to raise money for development and many have turned out to be scams where the dev steals the money. mWhat are you looking for to verify that they won't run away with the cash?
The team is the main key to find out if the project is legit or scam, if the team is clear then next you have to find out the background of the team, experience is the key to project success.
Next is the progress made, whether the project follows the roadmap or not, if everything goes according to plan, most likely the project is legit, then you just need to monitor what the team is doing, if there are suspicious signs you can get out faster. I've done this method many times and the results are very good.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does Altcoin season started again? on: August 08, 2021, 05:15:45 AM
Hello there, What do you think about the altcoin season in summer and autumn?  And a lot of other positive news for crypto.  Nevertheless this market is so speculative and unpredictable! maybe you could give me your piece of advice and share your opinion about a situation on the market?
Today's market conditions are still bullish, in other words altseason has not yet reached its peak, if based on technical analysis altseason will occur at the end of 2021.
many say that the current bull run is over, but I'm sure that the current bull run hasn't ended and altcoin party hasn't happened yet, the reason is that based on TA there is a last wave that Bitcoin must finish before the last bullish one, if you are in doubt, you can analyze Bitcoin chart at weekly TF uses Elliot Wave, and you'll find out what I mean.
News is just a game of market psychology, I don't really believe in the impact of news on chart conditions.
17  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Need help with trading on: August 07, 2021, 08:31:43 AM
I think, You need to now profitable trade. It's surely you need to know about trading. You make first trading so truly you need good trading signal. Then you can make you first deposit for trading. Trading with valuable coin and make good profit (2x) total.
I firmly believe that if trading signals are not a good strategy, it may be profitable, but for how long? Are you sure trading signals can give you consistent profits? I doubt that. Trading is about understanding our own potential and abilities, and the OP is very visible if as a trader he has not found his potential and abilities, learning from mistakes is the best way to solve the problem, not trading following trading signals.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH and BSC on: August 07, 2021, 08:19:25 AM
I thinnk BSC will keep having users even in the future, so many projects mostly NFT still using BSC even the newer ones ad they usually have their partnership with Binance and until now BSC still being frequently used by many people mainly the people who also uses Binance services and to have Binance Smart Chain as an alternative for ETH is okay i think. after all BSC was set to have really low gas price because it's for project like NFT projects.
BSC or ERC20 will always have a lot of users because global adoption of crypto has just started, but if you compare BSC and ERC20 I believe ERC20 is the best, because high gas fees are not a big problem and it will be over when Ethereum 2.0 is released.
If you look at the facts, BSC is widely used because it is an alternative to Ethereum when ERC20 gas fees are high, and imagine if Ethreum 2.0 has been released and makes ERC20 gas fees low, will BSC be more crowded than ERC20?
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it wise to invest in nft art work? on: August 06, 2021, 09:07:10 AM
Why not, if it can be profitable with what you invest. As should NFT, which is currently booming, we only need to do research first whether the NFT is prolonged and will give you benefits in the future or not.
Assessing NFT artwork is not as easy as one might think, I mean if you look at it based on facts (objective opinion) it is very difficult, but based on your own opinion (subjective opinion) it doesn't matter, it's just that the risk is to buy too expensive.
The question is, if OP is not an artwork enthusiast, why he should buy NFT artwork? This is a simple question that should be answered by everyone who wants to buy NFT artwork. My suggestion to OP, it's better for OP to buy an NFT game, it's better than artwork, because NFT games are easier to measure in value and also their usefulness is clear.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Cardano overthrow Ethereum? on: August 06, 2021, 08:55:33 AM
Source: https://www.newsbtc.com/news/cardano/cardano-listed-in-japan/
This good news will generate a good effect on the price in ADA, in fact in the short term it has not yet been seen, but it is gaining strength because it will enter a country where the demand for cryptocurrencies is great, and ADA will begin to shine much more. , because its demand I am sure it will increase.
I also heard news about Cardano being one of the accepted cryptocurrencies in Japan, this is good news because only cryptocurrencies that have great potential are accepted there.
But, that doesn't mean because of this news Cardano is better than Ethereum right Smiley, I don't want to compare based on price, because the price is relative and depends on demand and supply at that time, what I want to try to compare is about the technology owned by Cardano, and I don't agree that Cardano is better, due to the fact that Ethereum is better than Cardano.
